Time To Parent

96

Parenting is a full time job. From caring for your child to working to sleeping to breathing, there just aren’t enough hours in the day! Bestselling author Julie Morgenstern felt overwhelmed, so she drafted a road map--full of practical guidelines and insights--for parents to raise children without losing themselves. In this podcast, Julie brings her productive parenting manual to life with stories from real parents, advice from experts, and knowledge culled from her almost 30 year career as a consultant and a mom.

    I needed this
I so needed this podcast today and can’t wait to get your book! The episode about creating edges and ultimately putting working Mom guilt in it’s place put me in such a good headspace. I can’t wait to hear more! Thank you to Lisa Woodruff for the intro.

    So relevant with aplicable take-always
I feel like the episodes were written for me. Every one I take a key piece that I can implement. Thank you!

Enjoyed the content not the sponsor
I really enjoyed the content of the episode I listened to about engaging children so that they can take ownership of housework however, I was really turned off by the milklife sponsor. I know not everyone falls on the strictly no dairy side but there is certainly enough evidence to make people think twice and this ad felt like dairy propaganda akin to tabaco advertising in the 50s and 60s. Hoping there are a variety of sponsors in the next few podcasts.

    Invaluable!
The first episode I listened to was a perfect example of why I was looking for a parenting Podcast for the first time. Arrange I really can not explain that this was talking about my life and giving me invaluable information. I have sticky notes everywhere, which might defeat a little bit of the advice. Ha-ha. I can not wait to listen to Teach: Get him to pick up! About to listen now! Thank you for giving us this information in a way that is powerful and easy to understand!

Great podcast, parenting and connecting advice
Thanks for trying to create a virtual manual for us parents that sometimes desperately need one- great podcast! And it’s humble too, not preachy or condescending, and easy to apply tips. I have not yet heard a bad podcast from the series - I just started listening!

    Pretty insightful
Just listened to the first podcast as advertised from nutrition diva that I listen to every morning and I found her thoughts to be really insightful for a beginning podcast. I like that it’s short too the long podcasts I just loose interest in after twenty minutes. Looking forward to the next episode!

    Happily, not overwhelming
More podcasts should be like this one. It isn't clangy and obnoxious with too much information to sort through. It is easy, smart, and simple.
