Jo mo JoJomojoThis is a truly worthy podcast and the latest episode available 2/22/22 is the best of the best! Great work Also the current leaving Neverland is very insightful on so many aspects of what to do
-
BschoraIT’S MY PROBLEM, WHAT?!I do not understand what the host is saying half the time. “If we go back to your days as an ADDIBLE CLACK.” A WHAT?! (Ep: Lex Lasry; 7:45 minute mark).
-
SadieHawkins85Great content, thorough research and historically accurate!Amazing podcast! So happy I found it! Keep up the good work!

okcandy19Good content, but know-it-all hostShe often talks over and interrupts her guests - let THEM tell the story.

VietSchlongAny podcast that has a “land statement”…you know is going to be an exercise in white-hatred and race communism

b3853rGreat podcast with very interesting topicsThe episode - Particular PTSD of the County Town Beat, August 1, 2022, is really amazing! Anyone involved in law enforcement, relatives, friends or those interested in what it’s really like being a cop should listen to this episode. Quickly becoming a favorite!!!

-
Krissie ScribblesGetting harder to trackThis was once in my top five favorite podcasts, but with all of these shortened episodes and extras, it’s getting harder to keep track of the cases. Honestly, I don’t know anyone who wants short episodes.

SjakwfqkspywhqidoeeThey support convicted rapistsThey let a convicted rapist come on their podcast and lie about how he’s a changed man.

Sr JulianLove This PodcastI’m American so enjoy the many professionally done episodes here. There is no random chatter to put up with when you’ve downloaded to hear a true crime case. Interview with the forensic psychiatrist and another of a victim of a schizophrenic person was top of the mark interviewing.
-
DawnzaLillaGoodbyeJust my opinion. Everyone has the right to create a platform for all types of subjects. Yours advertises as crime. That’s what I want to listen to. Not a lecture on social or political issues. You are pushing your personal agenda. Right or wrong I don’t want to hear it. Nor does my friends. You are no longer on our lists of quality podcasts that live up to their name. Goodbye and I hope you fail. As you failed your listeners.

uberistrashSnooze FestI feel like it use to be better but I haven’t been able to listen to an entire episode in forever. Finally gonna unfollow
-
ManniMonOne of my faves!I love this podcast! I LOVE hearing from people directly connected with the cases you cover. I also think it very special how you acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which your show is recorded.

Albertg601Amazing!!!Very compelling crime stories.

bucketheadsdadTruly enjoy their compassionAs an American who became a Footy fan 7 years ago, and started a footy podcast, I've become a voracious consumer of all things Australian. I'm a huge fan of True Crime podcasts, and Meshel and Emily are wonderful hosts. They show a great deal of compassion to their guests, often survivors or law enforcement who have been involved with solving cases for long periods of time. Ladies, I thank you for a wonderful program that helps make my walks around my hometown in Ohio all the more interesting. Cheers!
-
FloridaKate52Beyond excellentI’ve been listening to this podcast for a few years. I eagerly await each new episode But the Cheryl Grimmer episode is just so good. It’s a compelling story, so tragic. The way Emily and Meshel conduct the interview with empathy and professionalism is riveting. I found myself crying with and for Ricky. After listening, I went to the Fairy Meadow podcast. John Kay’s report provides a lot of information and background. Thank goodness this precious angel who was so loved and cherished is having her story told.
-
emd1020AmazingI have been bingeing this show for weeks! So amazing and full of information. I love hearing from people about the aftermath of crime. Not only from the police, but the families, and from some who have been convicted of crimes. I can’t get enough of it. I literally have been ignoring my other shows so I can get semi-caught up! I started at the very beginning and recommend everyone else to do the same!

MaverickAbundanceDisappointed LadiesListening to you attempt to speak about Britney and Whitney, I have to be totally honest. You guys are BOTH MISSING THE MARK! If you want to reach us “normal”people who have real life experiences and abusive relationships. Add me to your Podcast. In the mean time, I won’t be listening to you again. You simply don’t have the empathy and compassion that comes from real life experience. It’s so obvious you both have not a slot of experience about what you’re speaking of. I here your words. But I do not feel you. Words are not enough! I hope you add someone like me or me. And I don’t need to work for you. I am offended by your lack of real life experience and hearing your empty words. You are so wrong about what and why Britney and Whitney did what they did. You don’t know. That’s its. Not listening again.

Rookie the Crime JunkieDefinitely recommend this podcastThis is so well researched and so respectful of all parties involved. I love the acknowledgement of the aboriginal peoples and their lands. I can’t get enough of how well spoken and yet relatable the hosts are. The expert interviews are exactly what I want to hear. If I was Australian, this representation and honesty of events and situations would make me so proud. Congratulations on a job well done ladies! 🖤🖤 (p.s. Narelle Fraser is AMAZING)
-
GmaNineteenFrom TURTLE ISLANDI appreciate the honoring of the land. The aboriginal people all over the world have been abhorrently treated through time and the odd thing, they have so much information about how to live close to nature. I’m ready for a change where we put our Earth and all it’s beings, plant and animals, as priority. We are terribly out of balance and could use the traditional ways as a guide for restoring our balance.
-
Evy CrayneInformativeI’m not even Australian (wish I was or could go visit) and yet I find this podcast quite informative and the hosts do an excellent job of summarizing Australian historical events when brought up. Their natural discussions allow someone from anywhere to easily understand and follow along.

Aussie Howie in LALove your workMy daily walk around Hermosa Beach in LA has become so more invigorating. As an Aussie from Mornington , your stuff weirdly enough makes me even more homesick
-
possehAmazing graceEpisode 183 was so amazing and inspiring. Thank you for letting her share. People really need God in such a cruel world. Always know Jesus is just a whisper away.. I love this podcast
-
kimble59Podcast of March 7th 2021The woman who her brother was killed and then the guy posted that’s how the cookie crumbles. What about having someone check on the well being of the child. And have them see if there are things going on in front of the child and check her behaviors.
-
Marlen DarlinSuperior podcast"Somebody Knows Something" the perp is either law enforcement or religious figure they all knew. He is in plain sight; the women are trusting him. Might also be a couple with a woman to lure. My money is on someone that fits in as a safe person. Trust is how he is getting them in the car without alarm.
-
LDSFGSAmazing Grace183 is such a great episode! Loved hearing her testimony of faith. Thank you for allowing her to share it.
-
HeidiPie8It's Okay, Could be BetterI've heard better. I listened to a few of these and liked them, so I subscribed. But I have to admit the more recent episodes did not hold my interest. Very much appreciate the intro clause honoring the indigenous people of the land, though -- beautiful ladies. I really want you to succeed, so c'mon, please take it up a notch.
-
LulahbelMore interviewing than story tellingMore interviewing than story telling and if that’s what you are interested in, this show is for you.
-
lizcriLove the hostsOutstanding! These ladies are so heartfelt and lovely to listen to. Being from the US it is so interesting to hear the nuances of how crimes are handled in a different country.
-
InfinityizSuch kind, caring, and informative hostsI love the in depth nature of this amazing podcast. The hosts are so conscientious and caring and give their guests the respect that reflects the gravity of the cases they are sharing. I also so appreciate that the hosts acknowledge and care how different people’s experiences are and we learn so much along the way about humanity and each other. Love the podcast and thank you for your awesome, engaging work.

KaiserKristinSuper FanJust heard #106, after/while binging on the entire catalogue and having spent 8 weeks in Australia with my grandfather 12 years ago, I appreciate the new introduction paying respect the first people there. Donated on the Go Fund Me for the couple featured in episode 106, from Los Angeles, on 6/22/20. Keep up the great work.
-
ODM3Excellent program.More Narelle Fraser.
-
aliB71Really like but.....I really like most of this podcast but I feel the same as Bschora. I get really frustrated at the empathy for the criminals and the lack of time they have to service for their crimes. What about the victims???????? My 5 stars is for Norelle...love her
-
TuckerBupOfficer Gary RaymondThis was a really excellent episode with Police Officer Gary Raymond. Do police officers have a soul? This officer does and his compassion will pull you in!
-
LexiswimOne of the best!!This podcast keeps me riveted and is so well done! I have cried and laughed, amazing guests and stories!
-
Lss659Another great Australian crime podcastRecently heard a recommendation for this podcast and gave it a try. Excellent storytelling with in-depth details of the crimes, the victims, the justice system, and the impact on everyone involved. The hosts’ descriptions are articulate and professional. You can tell they’ve done thorough research and distilled the information into an excellent narrative. The book reviews are also well done. Unfortunately, most of the books are only available in Australia. I can’t afford a Kindle or Audible so I’ll miss out on what sounds like a lot of great true crime books. (Not that there’s any shortage of them here in the USA...)
-
shamrock'smomMy new favoriteIf you like in-depth discussions of true crime, give this one a listen. It is professionally done and covers a wide variety of crimes. Love the hosts Meshel and Emily. They are always respectful and focus on the impact to the families.
-
terrapin.texcellent podcast!i devour true crime podcasts, and this was such a lucky find. since i’m in america, i’m not familiar with most of the cases and get to learn about Australian culture as well as the crimes they discuss. this does have some of the most graphic content of any podcast i’ve listened to, but the episodes are captivating and the hosts are very respectful of the subject matter and people involved. the narelle frasier episodes are always my favorite, she is a true inspiration!
-
the future IS veganAustralian True CrimeFeeling so emotional after listening to the Joanne Ratcliffe and Kirsty Gordon episode. I have not ever been in the desperate position of a lost love one, but can only imagine the torture it would be to have to live with. Feeling pretty helpless so I am sending thoughts/love/blessings to the families, also to the man who saw them with the abductor. Thank you for your podcasts Meshel and Emily xx Lola
-
Crickie&FozzLove it!True crime has always interested me, and being from Melbourne myself, I love that I know the locations that are being discussed...most of the time... I love the compassion and support given to victims and families of victims - too often this is forgotten or lost and the perpetrator (and the crime) gets all the attention...but not here and that is fantastic. I also love the respect and compassion given to the police!! Keep up the great work, I Love it.

@anawkwardartist1Incredible.This is one of my favorite podcasts. I’ve listened since the beginning and only recently does Meshel have to “waste her own time” by explaining that certain things weren’t meant to be offensive. Let’s be real. Meshel isn’t offensive, her intentions aren’t offensive, and I wonder if searching for reasons to be offended will ever get old. Meshel is hysterical in general so why not have some fun with her fans before the dark story begins? There are plenty of podcasts that are dark beginning to end. No smiling. No laughing and then it’s over making me feel like I need to watch something funny or take a shower. Am I allowed to say shower or is that offensive? Anyway. I’d give more stars if I could. I’m not usually one to rant, but....I was🤔...offended. 😂♥️LC

Nanabear/Mo.Love these Ladies! From their accent to the wonderful way they interact with each other and guests!

TakeoutblondeBaby screamingA baby screaming and fussing in the background is very unprofessional and disrespectful
-
FyaByrdExcellentI’m not usually a fan of 2 host podcast ,these ladies have changed my mind. Excellent research great delivery not a lot of giggling and talk. I’m enjoying this very much
-
RParkerJLike almost everything, except for Ken KrantzI really like this podcast, until I got to the Ken Krantz episode. He was given WAY too much time to spew his bs. If you planned to let him jabber on, you should have had Stevens lawyer on as well for rebuttal. Or at the very least, follow up with tougher questions. That was a one sided heap. I can’t stress enough how much I hated listening to that episode. I recommend skipping it! I cannot. Dropped to 4 stars.
-
LuckyjeaneTrue crime & REAL HOSTS - THANK YOU!I wish I lived in Australia. I want to live where I know my culture raised Emily & Meshel, who understand and communicate so effectively the crime and its devastating effect to the country, territory, city, family & listener. I stand with you, my sisters.
