    Must listen!
What a beautiful show! In the world of podcasts only featuring celebrities, it’s very refreshing to hear about the lives of a (not-so)common Indian! Great job done to all who are involved in the production of this podcast and specially to Kalki for presenting! ❤️

    Never miss an episode
This is one of my favorite podcasts, and I never miss an episode. As a child of Indian immigrants born and raised in the US who moved to India after undergrad, this show hits home on so many levels. In each episode I can picture one of my own friends, and Kalki’s enthusiasm and genuineness shines through with every story. I hope this show is around for many years to come.

Love the show and the jumpin’ jingle
I’ve been listening since season one. I am not even a little bit Indian but I really enjoy the show. I also really like the song you picked for it. Great work on everything.

This podcast is so important, thank you
Please keep making more episodes! I am an Indian American 23year old learning more and more everyday about the country my ancestors come from, and learning about the modern issues I am passionate about working on. I am so grateful for your work, and the fact that you talk about things that are usually swept under the rug— I really hope you make more episodes.

Great show. I loved the energy in the room. I retired from years in software where I worked with many men and women from India. You are doing a great job promoting appreciation for the diverse culture of India. Thank you. Bill from Virginia.

    Good, but could be better.
This podcast is the opposite of conservative stereotypes about India. Too much to the point where the stories shared are anomalies that represent portray extreme liberalism. Maybe ordinary stories and less salacious stories would get me to subscribe. Take a pointers from NPR’s This American Life. This podcast is okay, but not representative of the India my husband knows.

    Celebrate diversity
I’ve loved every episode and set aside special time each week to listen uninterrupted. This week, I loved hearing Diskit speak of the pure joy of playing hockey. I want more women to have these cathartic, confidence building experiences of physical expression because it is an antidote to most women’s domestic labor that systemically goes unrecognized. Diskit’s story shows the diversity of human expression across genders.

Another great podcast from BBC World News, thanks Kalki!
I’m a white woman living in Denver, Colorado, USA...and I just started listening to this podcast. As far away as where the topics & stories are occurring, she makes it easy and relatable, as well as touching on very human issues! Thanks BBC and Kalki!

So refreshing to hear these stories
I am a young Indian who has found a home in the US because I am so afraid of what it means to be a young gay man in India. This podcast is so refreshing to hear about the struggles young Indians are facing and how they tackle it. Thank you, Kalki, for sharing these stories and the bold subjects for telling their stories.

    Nothing changes in India
As an indian who left 30 years ago, i can see nothing has changed The nepotism corruption lack of empathy Sexual and physical abuse is the norm Very often by close family members Societal values are ingrained and bred resulting in rape and abuse of children, women, poor people snd people of a lesser caste

    Off to a superb start
I love India, the chaotic energy and cultural richness and modernity butting up against deep tradition. This podcast is off to a great start in delivering on all these things, and without the crushing jet lag of having to fly there. Bravo.
