My main complaint is the sound balancing. Frequently, the intro music is so loud I can’t hear the first minutes of talking. Often, the talking or music is so loud it hurts my ears after listen to half a dozen other podcasts at the same volume with no issue. It’s seemingly random what volume it will start out, and drives me crazy.

Sigh.
