I’m so glad I’ve found the “Ladies” podcast. I’m a 43-year-old woman who was raised in American Christian purity culture. Though I’ve been deconstructing the faith tradition I was given and have been completely free of those beliefs and worldviews for many years now, the “Ladies” podcast has accelerated my healing and given me the tools to reconstruct a value system that honors womanhood apart from patriarchy and prioritizes my wants and needs. The generous and profoundly intelligent conversations between Yumi and the experts she interviews have inspired confidence and strength in me. I look forward to every episode and recommend this podcast to all the women I know!

Is there anyway we can get an update on them”Women who cheat” episode? Especially the second woman is the affair still going on/did it survive quarantine/lockdown?

I have missed you! Very happy you're back for another season. I came for the childfree by choice episode and never left. The topics covered here are a lot of the things I think about but don't get to talk about too often. This podcast is interesting, enriching, and absolutely delightful.

Started with the Sex after Sexual Assault episode and can’t emphasize how much this podcast was helpful for me. This is incredibly powerful and I think it’s beautiful that someone is engaging in these kinds of conversations.

This podcast helps so much with those issues ‘we don’t talk about’.

I. Freaking. Love. This. Podcast! I started with the episode on mental load and immediately shared it with all of my girlfriends. I grew up with a mama who didn’t broach any uncomfortable topic so there was a lot of trial and error for me and shame about totally normal things. Wish I had a girl to share this all with (but no need to worry, my 3 boys will be so knowledgeable about the female struggle!)

Started with the episode of women choosing to be childless and I loved it.

This is the information I wish I had learned in high school... better late than never. I love how plain spoken this is.

The episode about mental load BLEW my mind. The thing I love about this podcast is that the topics are all things we live with as women, and most of the time never discuss, that's just the way it is. Learning about how other women navigate the world is always helpful. Appreciate the educational opportunity as well, I'm in the US and am learning a lot about Australian slang and terminology in this podcast!

Wonderful podcast that really dives into the topics all of us ladies really should be talking about and addressing what is so very hard to talk about. And all with a sense of real interest and compassion. Great job!!
