kh81wouldn't listen to more after victoria episodei like the video series but the podcast doesn't work for me. i was extremely frustrated by the constant interruption of victoria in particular to try to finish her sentences or add their own thoughts. the hosts seem more interested in having her agree with their opinions and takes than hearing hers. there were so many comments she made that i would have loved for them to dig into and discuss, but we just got more opinions and declarations from the hosts. i ended up feeling like i only got the barest insight into the guest herself.

bettanbeckhamBoringI fell asleep watching. Nothing new or groundbreaking. Better podcasts out there.

AgentRayneBeauXNewfound Gem!!!I came across this podcast looking for podcasts featuring Jeffrey Marsh. Gave it a listen and here I am 4 episodes later listening to all the authentic, vulnerable, enlightening perspectives from different yet equally radiant people. These are the conversations I wish I could have with people on a daily and now I can! Thank you for the work you do!

KelseaRoseThese conversations are a blessing.I cannot possibly express my gratitude for all that these conversations have revealed to me about the human condition. So many different life struggles and triumphs are expressed by the guests. More than anything, this podcast has helped me discover the beauty in vulnerability. Elisa and Lily approach these interviews with such empathy and compassion, which allows each guest to shine in their authenticity. Thank you for creating an open space that encourages self-reflection and discovery in everyone.

JJahnayVery Intentional and Calming!!I listen to this in place of my music when I am working or traveling. The interviews have this calming affect on my mood that I didn’t know could happen. Everything flows and each question and response is done with so much intention. It allows me to reflect more than I ever have!

A husband and proud dadShare this with everyone you care aboutAs the father of a highly anxious 11 year old girl going through the struggles of middle school, growing up a world dominated by toxic media, discovering StyleLikeU and the stories they help share, was a shot of relief and gratitude. I've shared every video and podcast, and seen my daughter truely inspired by taking ownership of who she is, and the potential of realizing who she can be by being 100% comfortable in her own skin. Amazing x

Rinpil<3I love you guys, thank you for making my days better. <3

WardwellStreetStylelikeuI love the work this mother-daughter duo make so much! If you haven’t watched their YouTube series definitely get on that, but the podcast is just as amazing! It’s more in depth conversation of some of their What’s Underneath Videos and new ones too. These podcasts make me think and question our society and help me see that if you want to create change, you must not conform to the constructs that shackle you. Be unique, be utterly weird and different, because to be otherwise is to blend in. If you have something to say, say it, share it, wear it!

nickthom15More women of color please!I loved the video series in that it featured people from all backgrounds and ethnicities and the difference I find with this podcast is that there isn’t much of that same representation. I understand that the podcast is still fairly new, but it’s just something to keep in mind for future episodes.

NicoleychiSelf-care via a podcast 🌻I have loved the YouTube series for quite a while and am so thrilled that the honesty is still flowing. I still carry small quotes from the videos as mantras and attitudes that have shaped my life and supported my life, and I am already finding so much connection in listening to the podcast. I love the format- it is perfect for long trips or for brightening a usually mundane morning commute. So much gratitude! 🌸

dcherry12So excited for this podcastI've been a big fan of the Style Like U What's Underneath project for quite a while now. I find that I'm able to find a piece that I resonate with from every single episode and I'm so grateful for the way its helped me process so many things in my own life just by hearing others' honest and raw experiences. I would love to listen to BANKS aka Jillian Banks (the artist) be interviewed just for the way she has spoken to themes of heartbreak, relationships, loss, and depression. Also Emilia Ortiz (@ethereal.1 on insta)!
-

Ms. Pisano...and many more! 🎶I’ve so enjoyed hearing the different perspectives presented by Style Like U in the past, and it is a nice kick-off to the podcast to hear the creators’ stories. Looking forward to many more episodes!

must love ParisInspired to find What’s UnderneathWith a constant overflow of information from the world around us, it is our duty to find the thoughtful and purposeful messages that will provide us with the nourishment our souls need. STYLELIKEU’s What’s Underneath podcast steps up to the plate and takes me on a personal journey that leaves me feeling uplifted, self-reflective, and, most importantly, inspired to create a life in which I love myself at my most imperfect moments.
