    Outstanding!
    A great primer biography on the life of Thomas Paine prior to or after delving into the texts of Paine's writing.

    I wish new episodes were made
    I have learned so much from listening to this podcast. Riggenbach has exposed me to many inspiring (yet unfortunately obscure) historical figures and thinkers whose ideas I found thought provoking and illuminating. This has greatly expanded my reading bucket list, thanks!

    AA++ work.
    Great work by a great reader. It is hoped that additional episodes expose the pledge of allegiance as the origin of the nazi salute and nazi behavior; and the use of the swastika as crossed s-letters for "socialism" under the national socialist German workers party (see the work of the historian Dr. Rex Curry). Keep up the good work!

    I love this podcast
    I've listened to every single one - many two or more times. But it seems to be on hiatus. Any idea if/when new episodes will be made?

    It doesn't get much better than Riggenbach
    Riggenbach continuously proves himself as a masterful researcher and knowledgable critic of even the most obscure figures in history who have influenced the Libertarian tradition. I love his deep brooding voice and excellent expressiveness in ever book, podcast and article that he reads. But this as his personal series is especially special because it shows that he can not only be a great narrator, but he understands that of which he is talking about and can paint one hell of a good story.
