Bhutan123Background music very annoyingThe background music/sound is very distracting/stressful and annoying in an otherwise excellent series of podcasts.

Rex BugI lost a friendI found Mr. Dr. Mosley’s podcast a few months ago. I get so much usable and actionable information in every episode. When I learned he died I was dumbfounded. He seemed to be the picture of health and doing so well. I feel as if I lost a good friend. He was a beautiful person and his wife Claire whom he mentioned constantly, was blessed to have him. I can only wish I had met him and could call him my friend. If his podcasts remained available, I will listen to them repeatedly. John

donovehEasy to follow, helpful and very entertainingThis show is so wonderful, one of my favorites. The science is presented in a very entertaining way and each of the ‘one things’ is achievable and has tangible results. The host is very engaging and empathetic, and you feel like you are out for coffee with your smartest friend.

ChazidooLive a full lifeAn inspiring podcast by an inspiring human being! May Dr. Mosley’s voice live on, including through past episodes of this podcast. Our sympathy to the Mosley family, friends, and collaborators.

AnnsmacSnackingI really like the podcast in general but please help out us common folk, the Nutritionist, says switch to snacks that are high in fiber and polyphenols that doesn’t help me much….. what specific foods: ???? and what size??? 1 apple or 1/4 apple?

plumearth01Love itI just started listening to this podcast and have really been enjoying all of the tips which can be easy to incorporate into my busy lifestyle. I especially like to research behind it.

SeattlemkpDisappointed with the Prof Giles Yeo interviewIn general I love this podcast and the guests that Michael invites. Therefore I was quite surprised at the things left out of the most recent podcast on weight loss. I guess it’s a reflection of how specialized science and medicine have become that professor Yeo, whose field is genetics, did not mention the genomics of the gut microbiome and its potential impact on one’s weight. Furthermore, well dutifully repeating the calories in and calories out hypothesis and critiquing it somewhat, he completely failed to mention ultra process foods which seems to be a curious omission in light of Chris van Tulleken‘s new book. I am hoping that in future episodes Dr. Mosley will try to flesh out ( no pun intended), what scientists in adjacent fields are learning about weight gain and loss.

DerecognizeNew research, concisely reportedThis podcast probably gives the biggest return on listening time among the dozens of podcasts I subscribe to. I follow health news, but this podcast reports on research I’ve never heard of, and it does it in a concise and compelling way. Plus, the episode titles make a great reminder system: just scroll back through past episodes for quick advice from the titles alone

KailanderflyLove this show… just one thingAs someone with Misophonia, I would really LOVE for you to stop the lip-smacking-eating noises when you do episodes about food/drink. It is almost becoming a deal breaker for me.

GatsbyblueLove listening to Michael Mosley!Bite sized episodes with great advice. It’s less overwhelming to do one small thing, create that habit, and then build upon it. And his voice is lovely, very relaxing!

Used to love yonderBrit PowerI enjoy this podcast way more than I thought I would. I don’t understand it but it seems that whenever a person (Brit) with a British accent explains something you automatically assume its correct and should be given more weight than anything being spoken of in any other accent. The person with the British accent can be discussing the most mundane thing and yet you listen intently while thinking Wow this person is really smart lol And so it is with this podcast lol. He has an episode discussing the effect houseplants have on our health. Immediately after listening to it I went and bought 7 or 8 houseplants and placed them all over my home lol. I’m telling you its “Brit Power” lol. Watch any of the most recent Bond films with Daniel Craig or any show with Idris Alba and you will see exactly what I’m speaking of. lol

Sugar aka GmaWish this was a Daily PodcastI have really enjoyed each episode. I find myself standing on one foot-just to see how long I can do it. Each episode is interesting-always waiting for the next one!

PT HarrisVery helpful light in the middle of the dayThe few minutes listening to the important thoughts and actions that I might take to improve my health, supported my sense of being in the present. I’m more conscious of my actions daily. Thank you!
