I absolutely love this podcast. Susy goes straight to the point with her guests, she asks interesting questions and has a fabulous way to make me curious about the recipes she prepares . I adore all book recommendations . Keep up the good job !

This is a terrific podcast. I find the information very useful, and I follow almost all her guests on social media. I am so happy to have come upon Ms Chase and her expertise and appreciation for all the books she promotes.

I find these interviews very useful when considering if I want to purchase a book. The conversations are interesting and I learn different things about the authors and books than on other food podcasts. One small request. Please put in information about each episode’s length when uploading. When I have a specific amount of free time to listen, I choose based on length. I always skip over your show because I don’t know if I can finish in the amount of time available.

I love this podcast. Ms. Chase finds unusual authors and subjects as well as famous chefs. She asks good questions, getting the best from her guests. I like that she tries recipes in what she calls her small NY kitchen. For this podcast, she went to the ice cream store and tried several of the flavors. The podcasts are just long enough. Good stuff.
