My favorite podcast for when I just need to escape this galaxy at work. Love you guys!

If someone asked me what my top 5 Star Wars Podcasts would be, TRB would in the top 3! John and Lacy are great, and the guests they have are top shelf! Not to mention they are big Solo fans like myself. Only down side, John is a Yankees fan… which I guess is marginally better than being a Mets fan. Go Braves! Go add TRB to your weekly rotation y’all, you will not regret it.

They are kinda getting political and that’s gonna hurt this show. Trash twitter/X yet stay on there. Like ok u dnt like Elon and its probably political, regardless of what they say, but keep that out of it! Other than that, it’s amazing, and has been for years!

I’m so glad I found your podcast. Love the positivity. Even your differences of opinion aren’t rude exchanges. And you are hilarious too! Been a fan since ‘77. I was in 4th grade. Stood in line for 3 hours with my dad to get tickets. Saw at the most state of the art theater in Seattle, the UA150. My cousins and I were the only girls we knew who were into Star Wars. (I even saw the Christmas Special when it aired.) Anyway, all that to say you make my week a bit brighter.

I love that they can discuss Star Wars thoughtfully and with genuine critique without having blind loyalty *or* being critical just for the sake of being critical. Good honest discussions, lots of fun.

I heard that Disney is working on a tv series called Darth Vader and was wondering up if you guys could do a podcast on it. That would be very interesting. And fun love the podcasts!

Hey! I am so excited for the new show- was on the hunt for some new content/podcasts. You two are fantastic! The final predictions episode was my first episode of your pod and I love you!

I was shocked to see I haven’t reviewed yet. Been listening for years now and they continue to impress and entertain. Their chemistry is amazing and they truly love Star Wars and care about the people that listen.

This is by far the best Star Wars podcast out there! John, James and Lacey do such a phenomenal job with the content as well as having fun too! I love how they involve the audience in every show and they make us Star Wars fans feel great! It truly is my favorite Star Wars podcast and I can’t thank them enough!

The female could be quite annoying and the most cringey; and sometimes the 3 hosts seem to disagree and debate more than agree on things. Part of what makes the podcast so entertaining and it IS the best star wars podcast available

I had to EDIT…… and reiterate Seriously, Lacy is the weakest link. She makes me want to turn it off each week, but the John and James keep me coming back. Thankfully she is taking one episode off per week for now. I look SO forward to not hearing her voice. I hope she reads this. Focus on your own thing lacy, a blog or something Ben solo or love focused. Now read my original review…. I really wanted to give this show a higher rating. I listen to about 30 podcasts and I was hoping to add a new Star Wars pod to my list. I heard that a host from another show I listen to was going to be a guest so after that one, I checked out about 5 episodes. Here in no particular order are the main reasons why I won’t return: 1. The argumentative nature of the hosts. 😤 In one episode they were playing a game (that I guess is a regular thing) where they have to guess who said the quote. They argued about the rules for what seemed like 5 min. The person who was the main antagonist, ended up losing by 6 points. There are only 9 questions. 2. For a podcast about Star Wars, they seem to not know a lot about Star Wars. 🤔 I mean, hey, there’s a LOT to know about this galaxy far, far away… but basic pronunciation of LEGACY characters is kind of a deal breaker for me. I don’t wish to single any one out, but it was the same person who lost the game. 3. It’s pay to play.💰 Basically, if you want to have any kind of theory or thought read on air, you have to pay money. I don’t mind paying for a Patreon page (theirs is 5 bucks) but I’m not paying EXTRA to send a “super chat” message so you’ll read it. Bonus: If you’re in their super tier, they will read your name….EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. 🎉 They give a LOT of love to the people who pay. But, Almost obscene amounts. I think it’s to make the non payers feel bad. I was just weirded out. 4. The main reason I will not return is the one combative, antagonistic host. Without revealing who they are by name I will say that I have never been so put off by a person’s demeanor on a podcast. I found out during one episode they are giving away some prizes if you can figure out a secret code. I wanted to win the prize, but I could only get through 5 episodes because of this persons attitude. Their voice actually made me physically ill at one point because they would filibuster for minutes at a time and NOT let the other host (only one in particular, on every occasion there was an incident) explain something. It was very unprofessional podcast behavior. 5. These fine folks are doing a PANEL at CELEBRATION in England. I guess the Patreon folks are paying for that. If not, definitely DO NOT give these people your money as they have a better “real” job than you, most likely. What I liked: 1. They have some great guests. Although I don’t know how, quite honestly. 2. THE OTHER TWO HOSTS. Seriously, I’d give a higher score a definite 5 if the “Patreon praise” was less and the other person was M.I.A. Lose the third wheel, you’ll definitely have more listeners. May the force be with you… you’re gonna need it.

If you’re looking for a Star Wars podcast that has an amazing and positive community this is it! Every week John, James, and Lacey bring thoughtful discussions and great recurring segments. A place for people to talk about the things they love, no place for hate, but still offering different opinions and viewpoints. While they focus mainly movies and tv they also dive into books, collectors, conventions, and current news and future speculations! Love them!!

Great to have a broadcast where the hosts are upbeat, positive, and love what they’re doing.

I’m ranking your podcast with the same logic you are ranking Star Wars episodes. “This part ran a little long”, “I’m tired of being on this topic for so long”, it’s good, but I wish there was more of the stuff I wanted”. 3 stars is t bad, it’s passing. :-|. The two guys on this show can be just too much, it use to alternate, now it’s somewhat consistent. There is no pleasing and they’re talking about show running items and the volume instead of just enjoying it. They can’t go to space like a network show can go to a real Restraunt or building. Anyways… I just wanted you to know it wasn’t a bit since it was mentioned in one of the episodes.

So glad I found this podcast! It’s great for all things Star Wars!!!

I absolutely love this podcast! It’s family friendly, the community is great and very supportive and the hosts are very knowledgeable about Star Wars. Each host has a different area in which they excel and they have a lot of fun. They have 2 shows a week, one which is live and lots of folks can chat with each other during the show. I’ve been listening to this group for some time now, and this is my favorite Star Wars podcast. They have great chemistry and three different outlooks and interest areas of Star Wars, so it makes for a really excellent and insightful mix for any discussion… plus they also have great guests from time to time! These are people, like me, who love Star Wars and are always excited to talk about it, while keeping the vibe generally positive. For any of the live streams you can watch and comment on YouTube and may even get your comment called out, which they do really often (not just Superchats).

Love the show! Love the talks, topics and attitude! This is the number one stop that I come to for my Star Wars news! The hosts are great, interactive, and give a variety of different points of view. Love it.

Having been a Star Wars fan since 1977, it has been a huge part of my life and I continue that fandom well into my older years. This podcast is definitely the best one out there. Extremely entertaining. Never condescending, and always great conversation! This is definitely the podcast that you are looking for. Not only is this a fun podcast that I get to listen to twice a week, it’s also a great group of people to hang out with (hosts and other viewers). I’ve been listening for over a year now and this is one of THE best Star Wars podcasts out there. Definitely keep up the great work!

I like the content. But it feels like they desire the listeners to constantly pay them. I get it, I was in radio broadcasting for 10 years. Need a profit. But for them to even act like you exist, they ask for a “super chat”. Pay to interact. Even “Star Wars Theory” (Another Star Wars YouTube guy) has emailed me back. And he has more than a couple hundred views on a video. Like lots more. Just a thought.
