I accidentally found this podcast while trying to find the Official SVU podcast and glad I did. I love the fact that they can’t keep up with Stabler’s family but then again who can! They make me laugh and put a smile on my face. Thanks guys!

Best podcast - love the guys and love their take on the show

I recently found this podcast. I love the banter between Matt and Aviv and the tangents they go on. I have been trying to catch up from the beginning. I hope to get caught up before the podcast reaches the end of the series!

Love the podcast, just thought Matt should know that Rebecca Lavoie from These Are Their Stories said in a recent podcast that she also believes Stabler and Danny Beck had sex, so he isn’t alone!

I finally switched to an IPhone and was able to write a review since Apple Podcasts is the only platform I can do this one. I love this show, I have been a fan since the first episode many many years ago. It’s what I listen to while working from home.

I started rewatching SVU two weeks ago, and as of writing this I have finished up to S4E3. I have also been listening to these lads along with it- having just finished their ep on the S4 premere. I can honestly say that they are enjoyable and diligent in their review, and for the most part do not miss a beat... when they do i have to restrain myself from @ing the poor dudes on twitter. I would love to see them pay more attention to when episodes are “ripped from the headlines” (the S4 premere, Chameleon is distinctly based on a REAL female serial killer, which they dont mention), but otherwise they are so fun to listen to and bring such interesting perspective they deserve 5 stars. If you are doing a SVU rewatch, or even watching for the first time, they are the perfect companions for your journey! These guys are great together, you can definitely tell they have been friends for a long time. I’ve always loved SVU glad to see others also do and get irate at some of the absurd things that the writers have put together. There are a lot of tangents in the show which at first was slightly annoying, once you get to know them and how they interact the tangents and side conversations make sense and totally fit. Fun listen, absolutely loved the Decent into Madness...totally ruined my Sunday because I had to listen to it all at once. Please do it again!!!

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, I would drive for hours upon hours across the country scrolling endlessly for a podcast that was longer than an hour and entertaining enough to keep me awake while driving. These guys are the perfect solution. Their podcast is engaging, funny, and long enough each episode that I don’t need to constantly scroll through the podcast app to find something new. I’ve been listening for about 6 months now, catching up on old episodes, listening to 10-20 a week while I drive. I can honestly say there has been a few times I’ve needed to pull over on the road because I’ve been laughing so hard at Matt and Aviv, and it reminds me of when my friends and I get together and talk about our favorite movies and such. TLDR; solid podcast, super entertaining, no commercials, Matt and Aviv are great.

Two friends break down SVU episodes in order. Don't understand why people complain about their tangents. Two things: ITS FREE TO LISTEN and how do you talk to your friends if you have them? If they weren't fun individuals, this would hard to listen.

These guys are smart, funny, and create such a natural feel to the podcast I often find myself responding out loud to their comments as if I were part of the conversation. They are going through all the episode in a row, which I love. This is the best compliment to an episode of SVU. I've gotten into the habit of watching an episode at night and then listening to the guys review it the next day at work.

Two things make me laugh out loud on a regular basis: Reruns of The Office, and Matt and Aviv breaking down episodes of my favorite cop drama. This show is amazing, I love when they just go off script or Aviv gives listeners some insight into movie production and filming.

It is like watching my favorite guilty pleasure show with friends!

For me to get into it. Gave it three tries then gave up. They seem likeable though so if you don’t mind that give it a try.

How does this podcast only have 45 reviews...?! I've been listening for almost a year on an Android and Google Podcasts doesn't let you leave reviews but I finally got a hold of a Mac and the first thing I'm doing is giving this five stars. Aviv and Matt are hilarious and each episode of the podcast only gets better and better. I don't know if they're best friends doing a podcast together, but it definitely seems like they are because they both host and play off of each other perfectly. Keep up the great work!

Funny podcast. The hosts do a great job of not taking themselves or the show too seriously. It’s an enjoyable and easy listen. I’m looking forward to this podcast going on indefinitely as it appears SVU the show will also be on for forever.

One man and one insectoid break down the best television show to air in the entire world. Bless you guys! If you love dark humor, this is definitely the show to listen to.

They have great chemistry, really go in depth and despite the fact that they are very big liberals and I’m a moderate so sometimes I’m kind of like guys stop hating yourselves so much and not every white person is a big racist. Not everything is problematic. Remember the context of the time in which are watching it.

Two funny guys “lovingly mock” the OG binge-worthy tv series SVU. They’ve already done several seasons- gotta love the Benson and Stabler years. I’m always glad to see a new episode pop up in my feed. I look forward to Matt and Aviv’s completely off-topic banter as much as the episode recaps. It feels like hanging out with a couple of other law and order nerds.

So, we're living in dark times, and these days I'm a big fan of anyone who can make me laugh. Matt and Aviv manage to do that consistently. The gallows humor in this podcast suits both the subject matter and my general mood all the time these days, and they manage to do it without being exceptionally problematic, which is actually a pretty big accomplishment given the fact that these are two dudes mocking a show that deals with rape and sex crimes. Good job, Matt and Aviv! Never change. Yeah, this may not be the most organized and deeply researched podcast in existence. But they're thorough, fun, and I enjoy the tangents they go on as much as I enjoy the discussion of the show. Who doesn't want to hear more about the Tommy Westphall universe? Besides, good freaking luck finding anyone else going over all the SVU episodes in order from the beginning. I couldn't find anyone else doing it, probably because it might be a lifetime commitment considering how long the show has been going on. Here's hoping that Matt and Aviv are completionists. If I were going to complain about anything, it would be the length of time between episodes... they say it's weekly, but it's really more like every two or three weeks. On the other hand, there are no ads or requests for Patreon donations, so I have to assume they're doing this for fun and have real lives to deal with in-between recordings. I can't really complain about that. And hey, this is free. I'd probably be willing to throw a few bucks a month at a Patreon account for more frequent episodes, but I shouldn't because I can't really afford to, so probably just keep doing what you're doing, guys.

I love this podcast. I love funny people but I’m not very funny. Listening to this I’m reminded of my bartending days, i worked with a bunch of jokers... I’d listen and laugh. When I listen to Matt and Aviv i feel like I’m sitting in the backseat listening to their private rants. I love it!!

I’m the only U.S. military officer embedded with the Japanese military on a small island with no other foreigners. After a few months I found myself missing the kind of deep/ridiculous conversation one has after a day spent on the couch with friends drinking and watching SVU. Then I found this podcast. It’s like having actual Americans to talk to. Kind of. So, if you’re the sole American at an isolated foreign military base on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean desperate for a little dose of American culture so that you don’t completely lose your mind, then this podcast is for you.

I wanted to like this podcast. I really did. I'm a huge fan of SVU, so I thought I would love to hear people talk about the show. I seriously don't like this. There's no editing or research. One episode included 30 seconds of dead air because one host wanted to show the other host a funny gif. Another, time there was 10 minutes of chit chat before they got talking about the actual episode. I don't mind a little introductory chat about stuff going on, but 10 minutes is way too much.

I'm so happy I have this.

I am addicted to this podcast. Only recently found it and am both going through chronologically from the beginning and following weekly, it's THAT GOOD. Entertaining, informative and laugh out loud funny! The only podcast I'D want to be on!!! It's better than Serial... yeah I said it. Keep it up Matt and Aviv!

Could be so much better but they don't understand that podcasts aren't just people talking freehand. Do an outline and research any questions you have BEFORE you record. Nothing more frustrating than hearing "I don't know" "I'm not sure" "I think..." Also stop trying to come up with insane theories. You're trying to hard and you don't get the joke. It was also weird you guys automatically assumed Cassidy was gay because he said "I was on a date with a buddy..." It was a double date

Matt and Aviv do a great job of breaking down each week's episode. I really enjoy listening to them strike a balance between comedy, appreciation for the show, and incredulity at some of it's more outlandish turns!

I hired Matt Reuter and Aviv Rubinstien to represent me in court, despite them repeatedly telling me that they were not, in fact, a lawfirm. Now, I spend my days listening to their expert analysis of each and every episode of "Law & Order: SVU." It really helps to pass the time, and boy do I have a lot of it. ::gung-gung::
