belloj90Thank youMatthew is so informative and such a motivator for me! His episodes not only help me understand relationships better but also give me a real boost in confidence and self-esteem. I’ve listened to other male-hosted relationship podcasts, and he’s completely different in the best way. I really enjoy the personal stories he shares about him and his wife. Honestly, I do wish there was more longer episodes but I’ll happily take the shorter ones too! I’m a big fan, Matthew .thank you for everything you do

Miri_87Great resource! There is so much wisdom in all of these episodes. I wish I had found this podcast years ago, but now it’s helping me start again, this time with the right foundation.

EliBendetTaicherWhy is his wife part of it?I never listen to the episodes where his wife, Audrey is part of. Unless they are taking about their own relationship, why is she a part of it? Why is it a family business? Who is she do give advice? You can get someone off the street and have him there instead of her and it would be the same. It’s either Matthew or some professional guests, but I care less about what Audrey has yo say cause besides the fact she’s his wife, I care less about what she says

batlashes1984Plagiarism isn’t coolHow do you do a whole hour with Mel Robbins, push her book and don’t bring up the originator who started the “let them” movement- Cassie Phillips. Cassie cares about helping people. Mel by contrast does $100,000 speaking tours. Disappointing. Makes me wonder whom you’ve stolen from.

Laura SeeLove!!Love your podcast so much, Have heard you guest on many other podcast and was so happy to find yours. Love the guests, your cohosts and that there’s a variation in length and style of show to keep it interesting. Your mashup with @ramit was a mashup I didn’t know I needed. Love Ramit. I’m a fan of his and feel deeply the struggles of being a successful woman on the dating scene and how to handle in a sea of candidates to who live at home in their late 30s, have jobs vs. careers and barely scape by financially. It’s awkward to think about who pays for what, do I just pay because I’m able to but risk resentment.. etc. Hung on every word with Esther Perel also, loved your rapport with her and now enjoy to follow her.

DarlingHejTotal confidenceI mean I can write a whole book if I could, but coming in contact with your podcast not only change my confidence in terms of relationship but the whole trajectory of my life for the better. I really want to go in depth but will pause here for now.

universalglowThank you!I really love this podcast. It’s one of my favorites. Although I’m married and not dating, I feel that so much is still applicable because it all boils down to your relationship with your self. The advice he gives is so relatable on so many levels. It’s so honest and real. Nothing about his messages comes off as harsh or arrogant like many other relationship coaches. I love that you can tell it comes from a place of genuinely wanting the best life for other people- it’s never preachy and does not ever have an “I told you so” vibe. There’s so much to be learned here on how to better connect with the people around you in all forms- friendships, coworkers, romantic partners etc. Always a soothing and uplifting tone that I really appreciate.

Bkgal917!Matthew you the MAN 👏🏾💯👏🏾Absolutely ❤️ the book I’m telling all my friends about it and your podcasts i can’t get enough thank you don’t stop what you are doing
-
lo__noSo much potentialI want to start off by saying that I love Matthew’s passion for the subject matter. I’ve had so many a-ha moments listening to his work and am very grateful for his insights. That said, I love that he adores his wife and I fully get that she’s a huge part of his story. But I think involving her in his podcast is a perfect example of why mixing business and personal isn’t always the move. I find her insights to be very trite, adding very little value to the conversation. I’ve learned to just skip over the episodes that she’s a part of. I intend to keep listening, but only to the episodes showcasing his perspectives or guests who are also relationship experts.

NicolemBlanchardAmazing coach and mentor!MH changed my perspective on dating. Not only is his podcast wonderful and insightful, his coaching did change my life. He was the second “life” coach I’ve had in my life and he has played a pivotal role in helping me find the wrong things I’ve been doing, attachments that have been unhealthy and having the right goals for my future. I value his input tremendously.

OmgitsdevoncSo Grateful ❤️I’m so grateful I came across this man’s tik tok! Listening to this podcast has been helping through one of the most difficult times in my life while also helping me prepare for the future. Matthew is the big brother I never had but always needed.

DeeBEarlySpot on!I’ve been healing from a narcissistic discard for the last 18months (married for 12yrs). I’ve listened to all the podcasts, read all the books, and your JULY 22 episode got me like none other! I was shouting, “Yes! That’s it!” in my kitchen while doing the dishes. Thank you so much for seeing me, for seeing us🙏
-
Ryan 4557 things a narcissist does that you’ll never understandOmg I started laughing when Mathew said “all of a sudden your on another planet than the one you thought you were on!” I was in tears like YESSS EXACTLY! I love Mathew and the gang! Been listening to them for about 3 years now! You all feel me in ways I can never articulate properly. Truly helped my mental health!

Alexas MaxxHits the bullseye every timeThere is so much relationship noise out there it can be challenging to find what speaks to you. This show constantly hits the bullseye for me. The letters people write or the topics discussed always resonate and arrive exactly when I need to hear them. Matthew is so good at getting to the root of the problem vs just spouting buzzwords or therapy speak. Keep being passionate about helping people and delivering positive advice.

karilyn2So goodThanks for the great advice, keep it coming 🩷

Superfoodfreak“Change their name to something empowering…”Another great episode. Love listening to your view points; your content is powerful. I’m with Audrey: I had changed the name in my phone to ‘Narcissistic Douche’. Lol. It could be longer with more adjectives, but it’s a great reminder of what I choose not to put up with anymore. Create boundaries and stay true to yourself. ❤️

PM-MPPMGems of wisdom but too much self-promotionMatthew Hussey is brilliant and helpful, and this podcast contains gems of wisdom, but the constant hawking of his products and frequent episode interruptions for promotion of his programs is a bit tacky. Leave the self-promotion and marketing to the end of the episodes and let your work speak for itself. The constant reminders that we can sign up for this or that are tiresome; they make him seem like a salesman first and foremost.
-
Listener ListenerLove expert needs sensitivityI used to enjoy this podcast but lately Matthew strikes me as a pompous jerk. There have been a couple episodes recently where he was unkind to Audrey, which completely undermines the advice he is giving. Come on, Matthew, you can do better.

BadBaldieEp 249…Right on time!! After 6 yrs of an extremely unhealthy marriage and a year of recovery I’m trying to get back on the dating scene… and I’m realizing that if after we match on the app and I give my number ( which I don’t do for everyone) and they are NOT consistent with text/calling me…I get Anxious 😕… like either I did or said something wrong or they are trying to play with my time…🤷🏾♀️… I know this is unhealthy… at least I’m aware of it
-
mugonlyQuestionSo if they tell you they don’t want a relationship- and they say okay I’ll give you what you want. Can you trust them or are they cheating behind your back? Thanks for your help.
-
Mindy LoooAnxious fawningThank you! This is exactly what I needed to hear after a week of waiting on an avoidant. I have trouble communicating my needs after 20 years with a textbook narcissist but this helped me speak up in my new situation. Thank you!
-
Grateful918So grateful for this showI loved this show and am so happy that I learned of Matthew. He is amazing and comforting and his advice is exactly what I have needed. I just listened to the show How to Have an Honest Conversation with his wife Audrey. So helpful too! I will be buying his new book too! Thank you Matthew!
-
WonderezEpisode 244Listening to this weeks episode and so much is hitting hard. I was actually just talking with my tribe of women this morning about this exact topic! So grateful for everything in this podcast. 💜💜 Also it has opened up a cpl more boxes in my head that I haven’t unboxed yet and it is helping. Me make a lot more sense over it. Thank you!

MayaTuckAngela’s StoryAmazing. In tears. She is one person who you and your family have touched and changed her life. She called you a trailblazer and wow, you are.
-
Julie Ann 2020A gem 💎Matthew is a gem. The work he and his team do (and now Audrey too) is life transformative. He’s so much more than a relationship coach. He’s an inner child healer, trauma healer, emotional compass navigator and so much more. Whether you’re in a relationship or not, check him out!

Reese mplsLack of content, too much of a salesmanThis podcast used to be good. Now host just seems to be pushing you to buy. No real content, he just wants to make money off the loveless and hopeless.

BettieBloemYou Reading StuffsFirst of all, as someone whose ears are quite persnickety, a podcaster’s voice is paramount to me. His recommendations have been quite useful in my communications especially regarding texting! His encouragement to shift mindsets is illuminating ! Now dearest Matthew has started reading personal stories which I absolutely love. Only Keith Morrison has captured attention in this way! Keep writing, keep reading, keep working, Matthew, cause it’s appreciated and being happily received!

checkoutasguest96Excellent, Life Changing Podcast!I recently found Matthew Hussey’s Podcast when I was searching for how to get over a heartbreak, and I was surprised at how perfectly and completely he and his crew can articulate, and make sense of the issues surrounding the human heart. After listening to these shows, I am better able to put the complicated issues of my love life into perspective, and I have gained a much deeper insight into myself. I very highly recommend this podcast to anyone trying to get over, sort through, or keep a relationship (romantic or otherwise).

Mz FlowersBuyer BewareMatthew's podcast offers great content, but beware of the push for additional products for purchase at the end. The Love Life Club membership was disappointing due to inconveniently scheduled live sessions and lack of downloadable content. Stick to the podcast or YouTube for better flexibility and value.

JbGirl007007A lot of bad tacticsI don’t think anyone should take this advice seriously unless you want to manipulate a man for life. I actually prefer Adrienne Everheart because she has lived the story and gets you to work from your bodys own feminine energy so you always know what to say and it works every time.
-
KilmgGood tips!Thankyou for these episodes!! They are keeping me hopeful!
-
hahsvkEhhh..I used to love his podcasts and videos, but now it’s becoming to repetitive and annoying. It’s time to switch it up Matthew.
-
Nish the DishShockingly insightfulLove this podcast. Tells you good hard truths, and is more empowering. I didn’t want my ex back, just wanted to understand why I was holding on to something toxic. I didn’t want to feel like a victim…love this podcast

Pekol399Thank you for your hard work and dedication! As a man I’ve had trouble listening to many podcasts and being open minded. After my divorce started , I knew I didn’t wanna bottom out emotionally , physically and mentally. This Podcast has reached me in some of the darkest moments I’ve had in the last few months and has really helped me put many things into perspective. So thank you from the bottom my heart, and keep it up.

kategrant1988What you just said was EPIC!Good afternoon- I just listened to your podcast with Lewis Howes about true love. He asked you a question about leaving this planet and what you would say in a love letter to your soul mate - about what made you happiest about and thankful for her. Your answer instantly brought me to tears. I am consistently trying to create that epic love within me and others. Your response deeply moved me and inspired me. Thank you 🫶

Maysam 5280DenverPast few months have been a roller coaster of emotions. I’ve started to feel better and enough to start healing. But that didn’t stop me from glorifying or fantasizing the what IF’s . A friend of mine suggested podcasts. So I googled, and after some searching I stumbled on your episodes, and I just listened to my first episode named; How to get over someone you cant get over. At fist I was skeptical, as the episode did start with talking about weather of all things. 🤷🏻 however, it did give me great confidence and insight into how to deal with hardship or rejection. I especially enjoyed this quote” when you meet the right person, anyone who ever felt you were meh, will be a distant memory” . I hope others can enjoy these podcasts from the JAMS

Erin HeartsExcellent Dating Advice!I’ve listened to about 10 episodes so far and Matthew gives stellar dating advice. It’s really helped me understand what I can improve when I’m dating. Thanks for the clarity, Matthew!
-
Vidya21May 15,2016Great content, I started listening from the beginning and it’s been good so far, but a little disappointed with this episode ‘This will snap you out of your shyness’. He seemed a little hard on the girl who is openly saying she is shy and came across as little full of himself. He didn’t get that extra boost to the ego with compliments he normally receives from callers in this one. It was based in 2016 and he’s definitely learned and grown since then. The more current episodes are amazing.

alkistarrLove this podcastI go through waves of listening to different podcasts… true crime, anything horse related and dating. I’m always happy when I come back to this one. The most recent one reminds me that I’m a unique person. Not that generic. It’s going to take meeting and getting to know a number of people before finding someone that gets me and I get them. “I’m going to accept that most people are going to be wrong for me.” The more I continue to better myself and be my best, the easier it will be to go through that and attract the relationship I want to have. Anywho, I always take something positive for the short and impactful episodes.
-
shadowkitiUnexpected way episodeThis monologue hit me hard! It was eye opening and deeply hurt! It made me see that I’ve been trying to be everything for someone when I don’t have to be. It also made me see I’m looking for someone to be my everything and that’s not fair to anyone, to me or them. I’ve been flowing Matthew for a few years now and every retreat he has done I’ve always had something planned. I really want to join his retreat sometime. My girlfriend went to one of his retreats and that’s how I found about Mathew! Matthew has great advice and insightful information about dating and what is as women need to do. He also has suggestions for other information. I will try and get time to go to his next retreat when he does them again. I can’t make this next one.

mihrllecRelationship from a porn star?I love this podcast but I can’t understand why I just listened to relationship advice from a former porn star? What makes Candice a good source of information.. the fact that her marriage survived her being in the porn industry? I am lost. None of her advice was very fresh or something everyone else doesn’t know. Yuck. Your other guests (Esther perel, etc.) right on. Porn star, not so much.
