This is one of the most insightful HR podcasts that I have ever come across! The Gartner team does such a great job of sharing their wisdom and I love how they lead meaningful conversations with guests who bring so much experience to the table. Highly recommend checking this show out - you won’t be disappointed!

This is a podcast where you think it will be all "business-y", and yes, it is. But so much of what they cover can be applied to your personal life. The ideas presented, back by research, can really make you re-think the way you conduct your business and your life. Well worth the time.

I just listened to the September 29 episode, and I think that this is one of the most important messages to CEOs, managing partners, and owners. Organizations need to align their brands with their social platform rather than avoid taking a stance on social issues. Ben and Jerry's models this and have experience year-over-year growth. Thanks to Scott Engler for raising awareness about leadership and the need to move society towards ethical thinking.

This is the best, at least my personal favorite, HR/Talent Strategy Podcast. Each podcast I’ve listened to has enlightened me with strategic and practical ideas I can implement right away. Keep up the great work Scott and team.

I enjoy the insights Scott shares by connecting the dots with research, ideas, guests and previous episodes. I’ve even gone back to listen to some episodes again.

The dialogue between the host and the guests draws out much more than you will find in their books or their Tedtalks. The conversational tone makes the hour goes by fast.

Really like these frank and eye opening conversations with top thinkers, and I really like the way Scott asks the tough questions. The insights are invaluable.

Just listened to the interview with Gabriel Weinberg. First time listener. I listen to a lot of podcasts and produced some. Not sure I’ve heard one where the hosts adds as much value to the conversation as you did in that conversation without stepping on the guest, over sharing, or inserting some ego in there. Really excited to hear more.

These podcasts are essential listening for anyone who wants to improve themselves, their teams and their organization. Scott’s guests are thought leaders and bring great perspective and insight in to what people need to do now to survive, compete and thrive in our increasingly complex and demanding world. The Talent Angle podcast is a must listen for any leader in a company. Wonderful guests with fresh perspectives on talent. Scott Engler does is great at drawing out the essence of the guests and bridging this knowledge to the business world based on his experience in working with companies in the trenches.

Please have your guests use headsets, handset or land line and not join your podcast through their speaker phone. This is great material but poor sound quality through call in guests.

Most podcasts that are focussed on talent topics are very theoretical. CEB Talent Angle is different. Great speakers, well researched questions, thoroughly prepared host (Scott Engler is one of the best speakers in the business) and high production quality. If you are interested to learn from great authors, without reading 100s of pages then CEB Talent Angle is for you.

The caliber of the guests is just incredible. Just when you think you've heard your favorite episode, the next one is even better. I could go on but it is best that you try it for yourself. I guarantee that it will become part of your regular listening.

This podcast first grabbed my attention with its A-list of guests in the fields of decision-making, emotional intelligence, peak performance and the like. All experts dedicated to fascinating aspects of human behavior. So, I became a subscriber. But, it's become my favorite podcast because of the insight and repartee that (host) Engler brings to every conversation. He's as good as his guests - which says a heck of a lot.

This podcast keeps getting better and better. Scott connects with his guests in a way that makes the conversation enjoyable and easy to consume.
