Usually I enjoy the pod but the last episode where the reporters joked about an RU women’s soccer player punching another player and getting suspended was strange for a few reasons. They gleefully recapped the violent incident and didn’t take it seriously. If a starter on the men’s basketball team was out for three games because of punching an opponent would they have reacted the same way? No, they would have treated it seriously. This suggests that since this happened in a women’s sporting event that they don’t take women’s sports seriously. What gives?

Politi and fonseca are terrible. Both have very annoying voices. The other guy is cool though.

No real Rutgers fans like you or your agenda. And you’re in desperate need of a producer because the audio quality is really terrible.

A must listen every week during the football season. They should expand it for basketball too. They are the go to guys for all things Rutgers Athletics(written or spoken) whether it be the good, the bad or the ugly.

Great way to catch up on the current RU football stories. I like how the hosts seem to tell it like it is, like it or not.

Love these guys, best Rutgers football podcast out there, can't beat it.

Basically consists of the beat writers at the NSL complaining about things as mundane and trivial as where they have to park on game day. And when it is football-related chatter, its not very astute- even a casual fan could provide you with the same level of observation and analysis. No insightful information. The one thing it has going for it- production quality is decent, sound is good. If you want information beyond what you probably already know from watching the game yourself, do yourself a favor and listen to the Rutgers scoutcast podcast. Sam Hellman and Brian Dohn do a fantastic job covering the team and unlike these guys, actually know whats going on behind the scenes (maybe its because they spend their time watching practice, talking to people in the program and researching as opposed to complaining about their parking spots).
