Bo SternAbsolute KnowledgeI’ve been an avid follower of the podcast since 2018. I credit Kyle’s Absolute Strength show with being the first podcast I’d started listening to on a regular basis. At the time I was in college, an aspiring powerlifter, and had no real structured training. Since finding the show I’ve found myself hungry for knowledge on everything sports science related. Now I’m a certified NASM trainer working with private clients and feel I owe a thank you to both Kyle and Derek for using the podcast as a platform for educating the public weekly and even assisting me, however indirectly, in my career. I’m always going to be a listener. Great podcast, great vibes. Thanks guys.

Definitely a podcast you can listen to 5-10 episodes back to back and not be bored yet take in a lot of information. His programs, books and ebooks are also great too. I’ve purchased them for myself and others numerous times.

olisizeOne of the best there isKyle does a great job covering strength training and simplifies it for everyday people. His early episodes are filled with great interviews with all kinds of people in the strength world and his more recent stuff does a great job of answering questions people have. I’d love to see some more of those interviews and would love to hear him share client success stories. My IMDb rating for absolute strength is a 9.0.

E.S.8Great!Perfect mix of entertaining conversation and very practical lifting and fitness advice. As an older lifter it is nice to listen to someone who is young and strong but also frames things functionally so it can be applied to each individual’s level. It isn’t so industry specific that things get lost in the weeds, and most episodes offer alternate ways to do things if you don’t have access to all the equipment out there.

Food MortyBest Fitness Podcast in ExistenceKyle is a breath of fresh air in the fitness podcast space. He can clearly explain the basic principles of strength and muscle gain, as well as nutrition. He presents himself as a normal person and does not promote extreme or odd protocols. Also, Kyle is entertaining. I usually find myself laughing at least once throughout the episode.

BryanNotRyanExcellent and Real InformationThis podcast is fantastic to listen to with good information. It can be valuable for the beginners and experts alike as it goes into the data to support the arguments but also emphasizes not being bogged down by the nitty gritty. It is nice not to be overwhelmed with “perfect” and hear how consistency and enjoyment is far more important. Highly recommend!

I recently began listening because Kyle was featured on Mike Matthews' podcast Muscle For Life (another good one to sub to). I love Kyle's Q&A podcast and deep dives on varying topics. He is also reachable by email which is awesome! Although it's only been a short time of listening for me, I look forward to each episode being released! Plus IMO, this pod has the best intro music lol -- I feel like I'm about to go to the beach or listen to Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Kyle Hunt is a well informed and knowledgeable strength and fitness coach that gives some awesome ideas on how to program, diet, and data collection. Logan GossPodcast too good to be free!I stumbled upon this podcast and while scrolling through Spotify podcasts about 2 years ago and I still remember the first podcast I listened to which was covering the science of pre workout supplements with none other than the might as well be co host Derek Charlebois! Since that first podcast I have been hooked and haven’t missed a single podcast since! This podcast is full of top notch information backed by Kyles scientific based methods, awesome guests from former NFL athletes to powerlifting champions such as Taylor Atwood and Russ Swole and not to forget the hilarious tangents with Derek Charlebois! Overall this podcast is super informative and very entertaining providing information that is in my opinion too good to be free! Kyle also offers some of the most bang for your buck powerlifting programs on the market which I have had amazing results running! Keep up the great work Kyle!

He keeps it real backing up his content with research proven material. As you hear his podcast you can clearly distinguish his grade A material to other over commercialized stations. Jrob88Great Channel!This channel has actually started my “Podcast Journey.” I had never listened to a podcast and the first one was Absolute Strength. I work a lot of overtime, and often times the OT gets boring and leads to a lose of motivation. Then, I found Absolute Strength. Not only is Kyle engaging, but his mindset and breakdown of info is not only motivating, it keeps my brain engaged into this lifestyle and my goals! His one on one interviews are excellent but the bread & butter shows are his solo shows where he answers questions on everything training & nutrition. I have been lifting for years & I still get tons of new, quality information on the industry when I tune in. Keep up the excellent work!!

IvyStrengthYour new favorite podcast!I’ve been listening to the Absolute Strength podcast for as long as I can remember. It’s definitely the podcast I look forward to the most every week. Kyle is always dropping practical, in-depth information and I’m always learning. There’s a ton of podcasts spewing out similar info but Kyle really breaks it down and goes super deep. One QnA question can go on for 20-30 minutes haha but it’s much appreciated and context is needed to answer the questions and Kyle always delivers on that front. Keep crushing it man. You’ve got a lifetime listener!
