These guys are so wrapped up in the success of this team with more than a $300 million dollar in salary. Try being a Cleveland Fan and putting a competitive team together for less than 1/3rd their Annual salary. Most teams get one star at best. In the 21st century which is now 1/4 over, the Yankees have won a total of 1 ring. Same as half the AL Central who Yankee fans never fail to criticize. Yankees can’t even field at the level of softball teams I have played on.

Ok yet another good episode, another 5 star rating ok.

As a realistic Yankees fan, there isn’t a whole lot in this organization to be blissfully optimistic about. I don’t want to hear about everything nice and great about the Yankees when the reality is, they haven’t won a World Series in 13 years. These guys keep it real for REAL fans that know the Yankees organization is currently a disaster. Out of the 4 other Yankee podcasts I follow, this is the BEST one for real fans.

Pod has good content for yankees fans. Sometimes Christian can be a bit of a "yankees management can do no wrong guy" but over the 100 episodes i have heard, its been a good Pod that i look forward to after each series.

This isn't a yankees podcast. This is a podcast to just complain about other yankee fans. This is what happens when you're a fan that thinks you're better than other fans. Every episode more complaints about yank fans rather than what the team is doing.

I followed these guys for years and have been missing out big time by not listening to their podcast! Glad I started! Patreon has great unique Yankee content as well! Give them a follow and check out their patreon! Great value!

I want Chris’s life to go to the gutter

So I genuinely like some of the takes that the guys have, and I enjoy the impersonations but sometimes - MY GOD, it is hard to hard to listen to this podcast. It’s hard to listen to them bicker, and talk over one another like 5 year old brothers do, when I want to listen to what they actually have to say and their differing views. Speaking of differing views, I try not let political views skew my likeness of shows, but one listen and it is CLEAR to see who these guys stand behind - which would be fine if Chris didn’t act like a cocky know it all and constantly put the other side down. I don’t even mind all the cussing, I’d give this show 5 stars if I didn’t have to skip through parts of the show. I’ll continue to support the show because I think there’s potential, we will have to wait and see.

These guys are entertaining to listen to. Like listening to friends pushing each other’s buttons to see how far they can drive each other crazy. Love hearing the guys talk about my favorite team. They show passion for the Yanks. I need somebody to help me through this rough start. Let’s hope the Yanks start hitting. Also, maybe the old way of getting the starter out early so we can get to the bullpen doesn’t work now with relievers throwing 100 mph gas. Just sayin😞

Thank you for not making my ears bleed with an entire Podcast laden with analytics! Which is about 99.5% of the others. The game is suffering because of the stat nerds but I don’t need too! Keep up the great Yankee chop ups!

Just the worst. These guys need a better grasp and knowledge of the game and....the Yankees! Seriously just bad. They complain about everything. Are you even fans? Christian has anger issues. Just check out his socials. He also has an unhealthy fascination with Rocky. Grow up and stop bullying women.

They spent over 30 minutes defending themselves about a nonsense review during what is supposed to be a 90 minute episode about the Yankees offseason. Too sensitive to have a show

I listen to these guys religiously. I love their vibe & their banter. You can tell it’s 3 dudes that are buddies talking Yankees baseball but the level of Yankees & baseball knowledge is phenomenal & they have some great guests on. The punch on the pod, Brandon Drury rant, & Stat Guy Ry’s Francesca impressions (also Gardy impressions) are just some of the many highlights. There is simply no other Yankees pod as good as this because the chemistry these guys have is so natural & fun to listen too. Most other Yankees pods I’ve listened to are too forced.

Appreciate the hard work that goes into this podcast. Stat Guy Ry is a legend. Everyone on the show provides strong insight but they do not overstep their boundaries by acting like they played in the majors. Everyone provide great content on my rides back and forth to clinical. Hope you guys start a patreon soon!

I don’t write many reviews, but I had to let people know my experience with the NYYST Podcast. I’ve heard many other Yankees and MLB related podcasts in the past, and most of them are just fine. The NYYST Podcast is unique because it literally feels like I’m having beers with my buddies, cracking jokes and talking baseball. The episode right after the Yankees lost Game 5 against Tampa in 2020 made me laugh the hardest I’ve ever laughed listening to any podcast, which helped because I still felt like I gut punched in the gut after that horrific loss. Chris, Christian, and Ry are passionate about the Yankees, and it shows especially when they get fired up as they discuss hot-button topics. Oh, and Stat guy Ry’s impressions of Mike Francesa are hilarious (if you’re from NYC and listen to WFAN, you know what I mean). A++++

Longtime listener through iHeart Radio but finally switched to this format so I could actually give a 5-star review. The NYYST crew is a beacon of rational team diagnosis in a sea of loudmouth fans that tend to live in a loose version of baseball reality. If you have a couple of buddies where busting eachothers balls is your love language, this is the pod for you. Keep up the stellar work, fellas. And when it comes to numbnuts fans, continue to swing away.

I find this program has a nasty, mean edge to it. All the cursing, misogyne.I’ve listened to many episodes but I don’t think I could take it anymore.
