    Insightful and totally practical
Kevin Rapp’s episode brought me here. Hayley’s interview skills are top notch and I felt like she was asking questions I had in my head. Not only was the episode a breeze to listen to, I walked away with practical and actionable steps I could apply to my own production company. Even though I’m not a motion designer, I got a ton of value out of that episode. 50 minutes and a new perspective, best investment I’ve made.

Great show but I think it’d be even better if you could just manage the duration of the podcast so it won’t be more than one hour. Thank you for the dialogue content on your website btw
