One of my new fav podcasts!

Holy cow! Just started listening but I’m hooked! Excited to listen to everyone on your show! Dean gives you perspective on his system step by step! Thanks for great advice!

Dean provides: a lot of insight, has a great group of guests on his show, and it's very informative. I love that his interviews are very in-depth.

If you want to try to listen to these podcasts you need to speed up the playback x 1.5 to x2. It is like pulling teeth to get anything out of this guy. Painful to listen to. Tried 2 or 3 and they are all the same. Slow and grueling Can’t believe I wasted the time to listen to these. To make it more exciting I’d play a drinking game of how many times he says “Um” or pauses 5 secs or longer. Brutal!!!

I can’t miss an episode. Of course, if you’re in the real estate industry it will probably hit home (pun intended) more, but there is so much value packed into these podcasts no matter your industry/niche making it worth the time. A true master of his craft, Dean speaks in such a way that I believe a 10 year old can take what he shares and use it to make money via marketing.
