LedeimReviewGreat job brother. You’re clearly a legit Bucco fan and your appreciated earnestly. I only wish that Mr. Nutting would appreciate your efforts and support and open up his checkbook for two legitimate bats to impose in this lineup to gel around this incredible pitching staff we are currently lavishing in before time rips this city a new one. Great job dude!

Steel City Diamond.Getting worseOnly listenable when guests are on. Seems to be getting worse, especially how many names he mispronounces.
-
buccos636Lack of contentSupposed to be a daily show, lucky to get two episodes a week.

piratesfan12322Audio quality has been bad recentlyGenerally I like Ethan’s podcast, and his guests Gary and Adam always give a quality perspective, but recently the podcast quality has been jumpy and a bit difficult to listen to.

Gramma Holly Hillpoor productionC'mon guys... is anyone listening to what you're releasing before you release it? Mic volume is sporadic. Episode 352.... aauugh! I'm a Buccos fan and really want this content but you're pushing the boundaries.

aaron1402Awful12/24/2022 was my first episode I listened to. Turned off after 6 minutes when the first topic was the guest Adam Bittner whining about ownership.

Still Hoping For One MoreBottom LineThe bottom line for me is that Ethan has made this season, of a very bad baseball team, interesting to me. He’s got me following the team closely in a year (my 56th as a Pirate fan) where in April I didn’t foresee paying any attention at all. Can’t do better than that for me.

TheBigRed10zNot greatYour host that reads the most adds. I’m listening to a dude say obvious stuff after looking at a box score while spending over half the episode reading adds

Joe101219OKDecent content but the host is not a good speaker. (Lots of sniffling recently also). Makes the podcast boring. Not enough content to keep you interested with a drab host.
-
BobbyG84_TerribleThe host reads news articles without attribution and presents them as his own thoughts. In the February 24th show, the host’s “takeaways” from a spring training game were taken directly from a Sports Illustrated article, word-for-word, including calling a pitcher “super hot and super cold” and describing a hit as a “flick of the wrist.” This plagiarism should be taken down. Beyond the plagiarism, the host just reads from a script each show without adding any of his own insight. Avoid.

Eric ParsonsBest on the PiratesI have gotten to the point that I hardly listen to the radio anymore. Living in Columbus, there is only so much Ohio State I can take, particularly since I'm not a native to the area. I had seen on Bucs Dugout that this podcast was being publish, so I gave it a shot. Very nicely done. While Jason doesn't seem to be updating his end much currently, the River Blast section, once they hit their stride, does quite well. It's a nice mix of the sabermetrics, an explanation of the same, and old school "gut calls," with good writing evident that makes me look forward to each publication. You may not agree with every statement--though, I have, for the most part--but they are not supporting their arguments by going, "c'mon! I mean, he's..." or any other worthless statement. It's backed up by numbers and well thought out. Well worth the time.

Tanner YohoJason and his Brigade keep you informedJason and his team have built something respectable here at LOP. I love the podcast and every time a new one gets put up i jump right to it and listen to it. It’s entertaining, informative, and a must listen to for unbiased pirates information.

BketchamGood showIt does not feature any “ Yinz or Aht “but still good.

vibunixLocked on Pirates. It’s great to have a place to go to listen to intelligent analysis of Pirates baseball, especially as the team sinks into irrelevance to the mainstream media. Jason provides an intelligent and objective conversation, though sometimes heavily laden with advanced metrics that can be challenging to absorb without a visual component. Improved sound quality would make it much easier to enjoy the podcast. Some of the interviews by remote hookup have been difficult to follow.

Buffdog1981Very entertainingVery good, interesting podcast for your Pirates news. A smidge more humor would take it over the top. Way to represent our Buccos. #LetsGoBucs #WinTheDivision

Steve in CincyLike it!I sincerely like the podcast. My only potential complaint is that some of the sabermetrics terms used i am not familiar with and i bet I am not alone. Might be a great idea to explain some of the terms as they are used or potential devote some shows to the topic. With that i am sure i would enjoy the pod even more.
