    Funny, Cerebral, and Practical
My summer PD happens at the pool with Ben and Becky, and they definitely keep my attention. Their online personalities are authentic to the educators they are; smart, passionate, and a bit silly. They are dedicated to the profession, and it shows in the questions they ask their high profile guests. My “to read” list keeps growing because of this podcast, and I love how Vrain Waves prompts deep conversation and action at my school too. Keep the episodes coming.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ben and Becky during ASCD's Empower19 Conference in Chicago. They are two phenomenal podcast hosts full of informative takes on education that'll have you pondering what's happening in your classroom. To that end, Vrain Waves does what all education podcasts should do: it gets you reflecting on best practices to ensure you're meeting the needs of every student in your classroom and school. I can't recommend this show enough!

    Awesome!
I love this podcast. Becky and Ben ask great questions of authors that I don’t have enough time to read. I really their practical use tops at the beginning and their take away statements at the end of each show.

Learning Lots and Inspired by Passion
I have never been much of a podcast person, but I decided to give this one a try for Professional Development credit and I ended up binge-listening! I have loved every single episode so far--I've learned long-term implementation tips as well as tips I can easily apply the next day. All of the interviewee's are so interesting to hear from. Becky, Ben, and all of the guests are so PASSIONATE about what they're talking about that it is entertaining and engaging to listen to. I'm sad that I'm all caught up and now I have to wait until Mondays to hear the next one! In the meantime, I'm actually relistening--which is not something I would typically do! I will absolutely keep listening as long as this show runs and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs inspiration, new ideas, or just great listening while driving, running errands, or walking the dogs.

    Insightful and Tangible
These are the kinds of conversations that all educators need to be having in order to continue to better serve kids. A podcast is the perfect format for busy teachers, and I really appreciate the balance of philosophical discussion and very tangible resources and tips.
