tomcat 74RomiJust can’t stand to listen to interviews with “up talkers”. Right up there with using “like” constantly.

Hamsa BeeHumble Pioneers of TruthThank you Emma and Fin for creating and facilitating this wonderful podcast community. I have been listening for 3 years now, and when I first started listening, I was just beginning to explore solo polyamory, feeling really intimidated and alone (strangely enough)… 3 years later I can say I have learned so much from hearing people’s stories- everyone is truly so different and beautiful.. and I have felt very encouraged to grow and flow with love because of this podcast. I feel like just listening to these stories allowed me to explore my own expressions of love before I was ready to take action . Now , I’m in action! Love is infinite, I’m so grateful and happy I choose to live this way, and it’s only because I have good examples to follow which light the way (Fin and Emma) you are shining stars in my world. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is even remotely curious about non-monogamy , it’s really fun and sweet and special. Thanks for letting me share ✨✨✨Love Hamsa

Steve&CathyGreat podcast!!These guys do a fantastic job of doing exactly what their podcast is called. It’s soooo nice to hear everyone’s stories about going thru the grand non monogamy adventure. Keep on keeping on Finnand Emma….and NEVER change the show theme song!!!!!
-
One man1Unbearable8 minutes of crap until the podcast starts. The advertising is more important than the message.
-
teebeeveeSo validating! There are many riches to be had in podcast world but this one has been the most impactful and marriage saving to me. Emma and Finn do such an amazing job interviewing their guests. Can’t recommend highly enough

Jetpac115Terrific resource and info for your ENM lifestyleThe openness, depth, and honesty that the hosts inspire really make me feel connected to the guest. Super insightful questions, and an entire cadre of different dynamics. These two humans are amazing. Somehow they’ve managed to fill almost 300 episodes of original content.

HonMyChestOne of the Good OnesI’ve heard many episodes of podcasts where hosts interview a person who talks about non monogamy like a hot topic in the way it’s being presented. What I appreciate about this podcast is that it speaks to the day to day lives of people navigating it having their own experiences. We can find ways to navigate this space as people interested in exploring outside monogamy as a way to set a foundation for boundaries as well. Very useful.

ZCakcpl907Best podcast EVERThis is going to sound cheesy as heck, but Fin and Emma and the podcast community they have created have changed our world. Open, honest, accepting, and inclusive—if these adjectives ring your chime then tune in! *Warning* this podcast is addictive.

jd73991Should have had 5 starsThis is a good podcast overall. The interviews are interesting and good to listen to. I can’t give it 5 stars because of the race baiting overtones, however. When they have a panel of folks saying that trans people are being slaughtered, I’m out! That’s literally a quote from one of the panel members on the most recent episode. When there are between 10-20 black males killed by police officers on average in the US each year, it is quite a stretch to say that trans people are being slaughtered. Get back to stories of non monogamy and have less political topics.
-
HinimsbdheuBest podcast I’ve foundI’ve been introduced to the world of non-monogamy and wanted to get informed for the sake of having a stable polygamous relationship. Emma and Fin and something wonderful going on here. I can’t stop listening!!
-
DrrandywBest LS podcastI’ve listened to a lot of relationship and lifestyle podcasts and this is by far my favorite. The diverse interviews are fascinating. I’ve learned so much and have found it very helpful in our journey in my marriage. This should be a must listen for everyone before getting married.

PhotosilThoughtful and classyThis is a great podcast for those who are considering ethical non-monogamy as a lifestyle, from polyamory in all its variations to swinging. Fin and Emma are smart, funny and have mastered the art of the interview: they create an open atmosphere in which their select guests can freely share their experiences. I love the laid back approach combined with a clear structure. Each interview has meaningful content that is easy to follow and learn from. It feels like we’re sitting down for coffee with the guests and having a casual, intimate conversation. From practical issues such as STI prevention and jealousy, to philosophical considerations such as the nature of love and healthy relationships, this show delivers.

RenaissanceBugGood material, but way too much!I am conflicted about this podcast. It is great to be getting these stories out into the world, so that more people can learn about building relationships and managing polyamorous relationships. The hosts ask good questions. I really want to love the show...but it’s way. too. long! I wish that the producers would edit it down. The 90-min episode I just listened to could probably have been an excellent 45-min piece if some material were judiciously cut. An hour and a half per episode is a huge time commitment, for the listener.

60YearOldHusbandStillTryingEmma and Fin are amazing interviewers. They ask great questions. They display deep respect for their guests. And they never get in the way. When their guests are speaking, the only times they interrupt are when they ask for a clarification. They don't try to steer the conversation in a predetermined direction. I would listen to Emma and Fin even if they were producing a podcast on building model airplanes. Superb.

MistressEnvy513Love this!Newer to poly and experienced in swinging and this is an amazing podcast! I can’t get enough!!! 🦄

S. ShellyAwesome Podcast!! One of the best!As my wife and I venture/ventured into the world of swinging/polyamory, I can’t think of a better resource for learning all the variations within the lifestyle. This podcast helped me see what is “normal.” What I learned was that “normal” is whatever we choose. The people who are interviewed, give their real stories, struggles, and benefits of living with an open heart and mind! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.

——- In love with the podcast! They expose different styles of non-monogamy (swingers, polyamory, etc) with real humans, with real situations. Their questions are well thought and they help to get to know different perspectives. All of this in an atmosphere free of prejudice and one or two jokes to keep to keep it light hearted 😆.

ChemPlusBioConstant info that makes you thinkA great starting point for anyone interested in non-monogomy. Rather than learning all about one couple’s perspective over and over for hours, you can learn about so many different viewpoints in one place and then go explore more on your own. We look forward to the unique and unexpected conversations that we get to have each week while listening to a guest with a whole different spin.

heyybro_sup❤️Ever since I found this podcast, I’ve been catching up by listening everyday. Every episode’s informative and it’s great to hear different perspectives of the nm lifestyle. This show is great for anyone, especially this who are new or just curious about nm lifestyle. You hear all sorts of paths people choose and they all give wonderful advice.
-
HeliclineRelaxed and informativeEasygoing conversations with NM couples inform the listener about the topic about many different perspectives and experiences of people living in the NM lifestyle. Reflects its title well.

Lord DemosA conversation among friendsThere are many podcasts out there but none like this one. This program is friendly, informative, and in a format that feels like friends meeting over coffee... Sexy coffee of course. Deep topics are covered with both a lightness and skill that make the listener at feel at ease. One immediately finds themselves relating to the unique perspectives of the guest speakers. In the end listeners find that whether in the lifestyle or not, we are not so different from each other after all.

NewFriends241Just what we needed! We're brand new to the scene...in fact, SO new that we haven't even yet dipped our toe in the shallow end of the pool yet. We've been doing a lot of reading on Lifestyle and Poly (Ethical Slut, Sex & Love Handbook, Opening Up and others) and while the books are good for wrapping our minds around the concepts, pros and cons, they don't quite tell us what the people are like in this brave new world, and what to expect at events, conferences and retreats. Since discovering NNM, we now feel like we've "met" people who have been there, done that, took off the t-shirt. And hearing about their anxieties, mistakes and learning curves have made us feel much more confident about taking our next steps. Emma and Fin are such warm, easy-going, non-judgmental, authentic ambassadors of the NM world, we feel like we already have friends there!

Tr7891Gave us the courageBegan listening to the podcast about a month ago and have already finished all of the episodes. Out of all the podcasts about this topic this one has been the favorite. Its not preachy, and just gives experiences, tips, and educated opinions. There are a lot of good resources mentioned on each episode for newbies and experienced people. The variety of guests offer a wide range of ideas so you will definitely find more than a few episodes you can relate to! Recommend for anyone thats looking to try the lifestyle or just looking to have a more open outlook on relationships.

ManderLordBreaking down barriers! As an anthropologist human sexuality is varied everywhere and I am so glad there are podcasts like these that are more inclusive of different lifestyles. Just by use of the word “normalizing” in their title, it’s a first step toward encompassing other ways to view sex and relationships. Plus it’s funny and down to earth!
-
M&M JonesFunny, Informative and RealFor those curious about the lifestyle there is no better way to learn than from listening to those who've been down this road. Hearing different and fresh perspectives each episode makes us all feel a bit more "normalized" for being in the lifestyle. Nice job Finn and Emma, keep up the good work!
-

Others have tried the interview based format show before but not at this level of quality. Hats off to you & keep it up!
