Educates Children with Respect and Gives them a Voice
This is an excellent show, and such a good resource for educating children at home or at school. The Kids Crew interviews musicians, politicians, scientists, you name it. And the music is good too.

    So good
We have listened for a few years and the space and animal subjects are the best! Thank you!

I am going to be a few minutes early but I’ll let the girls out in the next couple hours to pick it all off so I will let her out when you are here so that we don’t have any issues and I will get it done before the next couple minutes my. Kids

Meaningful, gentle, and not dumbed down for kids
I originally stumbled across the Children’s Hour on an AM radio rebroadcast and we’ve enjoyed it ever since. Even as a parent I have learned new things from each of the show’s topics. Thank you for accessible depth and humor for the family!

    Perfect for kids and parents!
My 5 and 3 year olds love this podcast! It’s the perfect mix of fun (good) songs and interesting facts with an engaging host and guests. Great for the parents to learn fun stuff from skunk knowledge to banned book. Especially nice for car rides. Love this podcast!

    That’s cool
The fact that there’s a children’s radio and I’m like 10-year-old child I am pretty excited about that so that is actually really really nice because there’s a lot of stuff I can’t follow and listen to wanna play then going back to Washington in two days so yeah

Where kids are treated like people
This show is made by and with children - music, science, and kids interviewing all manners of folks - in the arts, science, and technical fields like water treatment. Kids perform - what a refreshing change from what adults think kids should be told! One more thing - only science and facts are aired.

Educating not indoctrinating and instilling fear
I was so happy to find these podcasts that seemed as if they would be a great educational tool I could use as a homeschooling mom. I was pleased with the facts provided right up until commercial time when the FEAR MONGERING COVID Commercial came on that informed my children they could GET it and then took it a step further and said CHILDREN DIE! Thanks for taking it upon yourself to traumatize my children! I wish I could have captured their horrified faces when they heard. Keep your propaganda to yourself. Stick to the facts the survival rate for children is far superior then most anything else that could happen to them.

    Awesome for families
Our family loves this podcast. It’s not only wonderful for children, but fun for parents to listen to as well. Every week is filled with education, music and fun. We especially love the skunk episode and can’t wait to find out more info about Dr. Dragoo’s center.
