    Valuable Nuggets of Information !
    Enjoyed the podcast on working out even through troublesome Arthritis issues. Have discovered that lifting and the elliptical have actually helped my Arthritis symptoms , alleviated my hip pain and helped with postural fatigue. However, non- steroidal anti-inflammatory meds, cortisone shots , and CBD actually got me to the point where I was able to work out and lift heavier and get stronger to combat the symptoms. Thanks for talking about topics that aging lifters need to circumvent daily.

    PLEASE fix the audio. I’m not sure if you are just too close to the microphone or it’s another issue but it’s awful and makes it unbearable to listen.

    Just listened to Susan’s latest podcast and it is gold. She always does a great job, and I always come away with something useful. But I am going to point this one to my friends and family that keep telling me their weight problems are because they aren’t exercising.

    Great content, terrible sound quality
    I love the content. Susan (and Jordan) are the best and very relatable health and fitness coaches. I hate how I can’t listen to some episodes in my car or with my headphones because even with the volume at 100%, it is way too quiet. It is a tad better in more recent episodes but the variation between speakers is always significantly different. Pleaasssee fix the audio!!

She has a straightforward, no BS, but empathic approach in helping people identify why they might not be making the progress they think they should be making. Love her!

    Today I went.
    Today I went to the gym. I’ve of course been before but today I didn’t go to walk on the treadmill or do a Zumba class (I still love both). Today I went to lift. I was so nervous/scared/self conscious. Two things happened to get me there even though the thoughts were to not go. Yesterday I listened to Susan and Jordan talk about doing all the things you’re scared of and to quit disappointing yourself. I also watched Susan and Kim’s fit at any age 6 week challenge. So, today I went with a plan and my heart racing!! I did it. I did lower body day #1!! I deadlifted, goblet squatted, farmer carried and lunged like no one and everyone was watching. Here’s to day #2 and being scared but doing it anyway. 💪 ❤️ 🏋️‍♀️ Thank you Susan, Jordan and Kim!

    Susan's podcasts never disappoint me. The information on her episodes is spot on. She understands the road to getting lean and strong because she traveled the journey herself. She doesn't discuss gimmicks or extreme ideas. It's all about how to get lean and strong by being consistent with your fitness and nutrtion over time.
