Leaf Angel TooFabulousnessOriginally thinking to open a wedding venue, I discovered this series and began to listen at night when the house became quiet. What I have discovered here is actually far more valuable than a series of flowers, which if that were all that there was, would be a wealth of information and well worth my time. This instead is a culture, a whole little world which operates quietly creating beauty for our little celebrations. It’s a farming community of creative thinkers. Apparently lovely people whom I would enjoy I think living among. Thank you.
-

Posy KellieEntertaining & sooo educational!!I’m a flower farmer in my second season and I just adore Scott’s podcast! I listen when I’m seeding, planting, watering, harvesting or whenever I need a little boost and to feel connected to the industry! The insights & tips from other growers are amazing and while I’m not a florist, they are my customers and I especially appreciate hearing their perspectives and learning what’s new and cool in the floristry world. The best part is Scott, the host! He’s kind and funny and humble and asks the questions that I would want to ask if it were a call in program!! Thanks flower podcast for keeping it real and making it fun!

MaemadtayInspirationRaw information here! Why do I LOVE The Flower Podcast? The weekend I decided to go ahead and move forward with my business ,so many doubts surfaced: I’m 50 why in the world would I start this, do I even know what I’m doing yada, yada, yada. So during a sleepless night I found the flower podcast with Julio ( the flower hat guy) my heart swooned and All I can say is this inspired me in so many ways! So much so that this month I found myself in Bozeman, Montana attending his workshop! Looking back I’m like what 😜😜😊 I met great acquaintances and learned so many different techniques from the best! So, moral of this story is 1. It’s never to late to start an endeavor! 2. The flower podcast is way beyond my small personal story , it is full of great information where all types of flower lovers can benefit! Keep inspiring Scott! It’s so worth it 😘Thank you for beginning mine! Bethwoodyflorals

Amy E. R. D.Can’t believe this podcast exists - and that I found it!I started my own flower biz about 6 weeks ago. Seriously, I can’t believe it’s only been 6 weeks. I started it the Tuesday before Mother’s Day. I announced it on my personal Instagram and FB pages and told people to hit me up if they needed flowers. Well, from Thursday evening until the morning of Mother’s Day, I made 30 arrangements. Thirty! No sleep, occasional panic, the sheer will to stay focused. But I completed everything and people loved what I made. It hasn’t stopped since. I’m extremely grateful - and also brand new at this. This podcast offers *exactly* what I need to get a handle on what I’m doing, what to expect and how to grow this into a viable business. It’s honestly just me: flower buyer; flower prepper; sweeper; bucket cleaner; designer; delivery person. If it has to get done, I’m the one who does it. It’s exhausting...and so much fun. I love it. And this podcast allows me to feel like I’ve bumped into the leaders in the industry at the supermarket and they feel chatty enough to share an hour of advice with me. How lucky I am to have discovered this podcast. So so informative. Thank you for creating it, Scott. Thank you!
-

KWakefieldDesignsInterviews with Foundational Floral ArtistsI am continually amazed at the talented people Scott finds to interview. I’ve only been attuned to the floral world for 3-4 years but have picked up quite a few favorite “celebrities” in the industry. Each new interview is with someone I’ve admired from afar and it is so much fun to get to know them over the hour! Particularly loved the interviews with Sybil Sylvester, Amy Osaba, Shanna Skidmore, Colonial House of Flowers, Lewis Miller and Francois Weeks! Okay, I’ve loved all of the interviews! Thank you Scoot Sheppard!!!
