    Obsessed with the podcast, Nicole and her guests!! I learn something new with every episode I listen to. The information and education that Nicole puts out is 💯💯💯. My favorite episodes are the ones on reverse dieting as this was a completely new topic for me a couple years ago and the podcast episodes helped me so much in navigating my reverse.

    Nichole has been a true benefit to starting my fitness journey over 14 months ago. I found her online and was instantly hooked. Her podcasts are so strait forward and easy it understand I always feel like there is something I can take away and implement immediately. Nicole is right to the point and bring guests that contribute to all aspects of wellness. You won’t be disappointed!     The most recent podcast seemed very critical...but for the most part I enjoy this podcast just not last episode. Also in the intro, Nicole says “rather you’re a newbie in the gym....”🤔 So I guess now I’m the one that’s being critical, but just pointing out that grammatical boo-boo. Just being helpful.

    The content and information on this podcast is relevant, up to date, and is for a variety of people, from people struggling with eating disorders, bikini competitors, gym junkies, and people interested in mental health. The people interviewed are also super interesting to listen to, and the podcasts are relatively short with how much information is covered. Definitely recommend!
