cobywheelGreat Resource!Thank you so much for all the great information! I’m just over the limit with A1C but at 54 years I don’t want to keep going down this road.
-
I love TNTHelpful informationMore people need to know how lifestyle and diet affect our lives. It’s a mindset shift from the typical thought pattern that is ingrained in most of us, and Dr Delane is sharing great information to help change that.

Semi Fan 2013?Thank youI recently found out I’m type 2 diabetic. I’ve been listening to the podcast and have grained tons of useful information. Thank you for that
-
musicreporterGood basic informative show overdone repetitionReally learned a lot from this podcast about the basics of diabetes and fiber, protein, etc. very informative and authoritative. The one major weakness, which is become turn off, is the constant repetition of points and concepts, and the common repetition of multiple words. Indicative of not working from a tighter outline or talking points but instead ad libbing This podcast could easily be reduced to half, which would reinforce the adage – less is more My humble two cents

snowflakesinwinterAliciaI’m thrilled I found this podcast! Delane fills in the gaps left out by others in this space and speaks to my perfectionist tendencies. She provides such valuable insights and inspires hope that we can reverse prediabetes. Thank you!

JinNM25WellnessI found this podcast when I rejected the illness industry’s solutions for my diagnosis. I was told they had meds that would fix my blood sugar. But meds you have to take for the rest of your life aren’t “fixing” anything. I was convinced there had to be a different strategy. But I had no idea what to do. I listed to an episode of this podcast during which Delane interviewed one of her clients. I was crying because there might be a solution I could live with. I immediately downloaded the fourteen day eating plan mentioned at the start of each episode and followed it. And I saw big changes. I love listening to this podcast because Dr. Delane addresses all parts of the wellness journey, what you’re eating, what you’re thinking, and what you’re seeing in terms of the numbers. The cold and flu season episode was filled with practical, actionable advice. As are all the episodes I’ve listened to. My wellness journey is still in the early stages but I’m no longer in fear of being condemned to an orange bottle regimen for the rest of my life.

flygirlbLife Changing!I have mildly high A1c and am trying to remedy it naturally. This podcast is AMAZING!! Delane shares so much helpful information in a down to earth way and gives practical ways to make changes. I feel motivated and uplifted each time I listen. She makes things seem doable- and they are!! She is also very responsive and helpful through email. I highly recommend Delane and this podcast! * after listening to this and following her advice for nine months – I have lost 20 pounds and my A1c has gone from 6.1 to 5.7! This is an easy lifestyle change to make to drastically change my health.

JMW1911A Treasure Trove of InformationI was diagnosed with borderline Type 2 diabetes and was looking for a way to lower my blood sugar without medication. I came across this podcast and the material is excellent. Each topic is covered in depth, in layman’s terms, which makes it easy to understand and apply. I changed my eating habits in accordance with her recommendations, i.e., intermittent fasting, foods to consume/avoid, exercise and mental strategies to succeed. I’m down 20lbs in a month, 2 inches off my waist, losing fat and gaining muscle. I go back for bloodwork in 2 months and I’m excited to see what the impact on my blood sugar is.

Ifnot4graceWhat a Gift!I recently started re-researching reversing diabetes 2 and came across this podcast. I thought I knew it all, but Dr. Vaughn surprised me with new information. Her style of teaching about diabetes is so easy to understand, thorough and very well organized. What a gift to the world it is for her to share such important information in a free format. I am sharing her podcast with those I know who struggle with diabetes as well as those who don’t, but may be headed in that direction. Really, anyone could benefit from her podcast. Thank you so much, Dr. Vaughn!!

Gems grannyBest Diabetes Podcast I have heardThank you Dr. Delane for sharing your expertise with us. Although I have already reversed my diabetes through a low carb, anti inflammatory way of eating, I am learning so much through this podcast. It provides both scientific explanations and challenges us to do the psychological work to stay in a healthy eating mindset.
