LateboomerbloomerLife SaverThis woman and her podcast has pulled me out of the deep so many times in the last year and I am sSosoSO grateful. Struggling all of my life with anxiety and depression, and it’s so inspiring and comforting to have people like you spreading knowledge and awareness, and Acceptance that was unavailable to those of us growing up in the 60’s and 70’s. THANK YOU, Caroline!!

VLHamptonIncredibly Helpful.I’m so grateful to have discovered this podcast! I just listened to the episode on medications to treat anxiety with Dr. Rosie Plunkett. It was an excellent interview that really lifted my mood. The guest was incredibly informative and reassuring, and I really appreciated the host’s willingness to share her story. It gave me the hope and motivation I needed today to keep persevering through this rough adjustment period (finally trying out an SSRI after trying everything else to manage my anxiety). Thank you. ❤️

squeaksrptPlease speak up 😬Love the content and all the material covered. However, sometimes the host’s speaking is SO quiet, even with the volume turned up all the way on my headphones that I get so frustrated and quit listening. If I do get through enough of the podcast to get an ad, I’m almost deafened because the volume is so high.

Court7096ReliefI recently found your podcast it is great to listen to while working - from home as of recent. Being home full time with everything going on has definitely caused a heightened level of anxiety for me personally but listening to your podcast has been very helpful. I can completely relate to your tummy troubles and it’s a breath of fresh air to hear of someone with the same troubles. I just started and I’m looking forward to all your tips and tricks! Thank you!
