The Ted Lasso of economics podcasts?
A good natured and informative discussion that grounds economic theories in their social, historical, and personal context. Pete and Gav manage serious material with a light touch that makes the often abstruse material approachable. Also, appreciate that they call out problematic aspects of the work, or of the culture in which it came to fruition. A great starting point in the field.

Exactly What I’ve Been Looking For
I’ve been looking for a good podcast on the history of economics for years, and I’d almost given up until I found Economics in Ten! I’ve listened to every episode, and each one is like a little puzzle piece that gives me a better understanding of how various economic theories developed, and the people behind them. It’s exactly the type of info I’ve been looking for, and presented by excellent hosts! I don’t know who’s telling you to make these episodes shorter, but I think they should be longer. Strap me in, I’m ready for the five hour Pete and Gav experience.
