Just recently became a fan and I’ve gone through a good portion of the episodes so far. Jordan does a great job with his questions and keeping the conversation going! His audience is already educated in the western world…but after listening to each episode, you get a whole new deeper understanding and learned something you may not have already known.

I’m not involved in rodeo or roping but follow on Cowboy Channel. Jordan gets the most interesting people and he takes the time so we know their story. This recent one is my favorite, feel I understand what these guys go through and especially the challenge and respect for the horses.

Love this podcast! Some days more than others! I’m going to listen to the Anthony Lucia episode over and over! It spoke volumes to me!

The episode with Anthony was profound in so many ways. Real. Genuine. Authentic. I believe this episode will impact many others. Good on you Jordan for letting that organically come together. This podcast is such a great combination of realism, humor, western world, and faith. One of my favorites in my queue.

This is the best rodeo themed podcast for having great content and rodeo cowboys. The only issue is that the host interrupts them constantly instead of letting the guests speak. If he could minimize that he could have the best western lifestyle podcast out there.

I enjoy the podcast a lot! I don’t care anything about beets or horse vitamins and not much about lights for the roping ring. I started listening when you interviewed Matt Cohen, as I am one of his students. During that episode, you mentioned your past included pastoring. My husband & I both thoroughly enjoy your guests & the conversations you have! I think what people are trying to relay by criticizing the “interrupting” is that we would love if you’d let your guest finish their train of thought after your question ~ as that’s what often gets cut off and makes the conversation choppy. Wanted to present it as more of a constructive criticism point as opposed to coming for your throat in the comments. Otherwise, keep up the great content!

Let the guest talk. We know you owned the head horse of the year in 2022! If you would ask questions and quit telling them what you do it would an awesome podcast.

It’s a great podcast but there’s getting to be a lot of ads. I know people have to make money but it’s starting to get excessive.

Tried listening in the past but Jordan constantly interrupting the guest made me quit listening. Then decided to give it another try with Jeff Medders episode and couldn’t make it all the way through because of the self-absorbed interruptions of a great guest. Won’t listen again.&

Awesome interviews brother. Would be great with less interruptions as these individuals have unreal experiences. Thanks for bringing it man!

I am a chronic Flatbed Podcast listener and just finished up the new Justin McCormick episode (amazing). I decided to autoplay my unplayed episodes (there are only like 4 and they’re all bonus episodes) the first one was the Ayla Lawson episode which I had consciously skipped because she wasn’t the conventional guest and I didn’t think the episode would bring the content that I’ve come to appreciate from the podcast. While I was partially correct, not the usual content, it was amazing. AYLA IS SO SMART AND INSIGHTFUL AND HAS MADE HER WAY ONTO MY LIST OF 3 PEOPLE I WOULD INVITE TO DINNER (not that anyone is asking, or cares😂) This review is long overdue as the podcast has added value to my life long before I stumbled upon the Ayla Lawson episode. Jordan is an excellent host, he asks loaded, thought provoking questions, providing his listeners with an insightful, informative and entertaining listening experience. Great content and people but way too much interruptions. Nobody likes people who interrupt. It comes across as you being self absorbed. The name dropping is annoying but then you say you didn’t know who Randy Bernard is??? You’re kidding me! I’ve always heard calf ropers are like this and you solidified that notion. And you come across as hating the western way of life when you whine about cattle ranching. Very off putting for those of us who are in the ranching business. Get better!

I like the podcast and all the people on it and could be a 5 star if Jordan didn’t talk over and interrupt everyone so much to tell his story. Half the time I feel like I’m just listening to him talk about himself. Let the guest talk!! Other then that it’s a great podcast.

This is a good podcast. It would be so much better if you didn’t interrupt so much when the guest is trying to to answer a question or telling a story. Let them speak.
