Best podcast for sleep

Most other podcasts require you to pay money to listen to anything over an hour of ambient noise. So having one with so many options all for so long without requiring a pay wall is lovely!

Best sounds!

I love this app. It has the best sounds I have found anywhere… chimes, wind, rain, rivers, and traditional “white noise.” They also offer domestic sounds like washing machines which is a nice alternative to natural noises. Recently they added bedtime stories. I enjoy using these sounds while I fall asleep, or meditate. Thank you TM soft for this great resource!

i have autism so lots of sounds can cause me anxiety and stress, using these with my noise cancelling headphones does wonders! i listen to this podcast all the time, while sleeping, doing homework, walking the dog, cleaning my room, etc. it really helps me calm down :) 💕

Good and bad

I used to listen to these songs on Apple Music but when I found out that they were on apple podcasts I was so excited like on Apple Music they were only 10 minutes long but on Apple podcasts they are 60 minutes long now the downside is that every time a new episode begins a voice starts to talk

I have a six month old infant and when she gets fussy this podcast is my go-to for calming her down. The water, rain and shower sounds are her favorite. I just wish the intros at the beginning were shorter.
