NuclearWintreappallingi wouldn’t have expected psychology professionals to throw around an armchair bpd diagnosis towards someone guilty of extreme and calculated abuse medical child abuse, as if there aren’t plenty of people who suffer from the stigma of that diagnosis who are in dbt and trying to heal. it’s irresponsible at best.

SweetAfflictionNice hostingYour voices are good, the recording sounds professional, there isn’t a bunch of off topic chatter, everything felt relevant to the topic you were talking about. Thankfully I listened to a few episodes before I got to the Watts case or I would’ve stopped. It was irritating to hear her involvement with a multi-level marketing company (pyramid scheme) a good job with lots of training. It’s understandable that you’re not doing a deep dive into their financials, however it doesn’t take a deep dive to realize what that company is, and I find it disappointing to hear professionals essentially legitimize it as a “job”.

Desi Dez DepSo this show starts off...Great! I like this guys voice he started off super relaxing then some music comes on, the quality lowers quite a bit and this gal starts talking. I don’t want to say anything bad, because it’s not awful but it could be so much better as a sleep podcast with just the guy.

Jenna StreeterFavorite PodcastThis may be my favorite podcast of all time. Not only does it cover some of the most interesting topics in true crime and abnormal psychology, it also tackles interesting cultural phenomena and baffling current events. The hosts to an excellent job of summarizing the topic, then discussing it from two dramatically different psychological perspectives. I love hearing from both the clinical forensic perspective and the more philosophical humanist perspective. Amazing content that I cannot get enough of!

dani__g20My Addiction!!!I’m always waiting for the next episode. My standard for every other psychology/true crime podcast. It’s led by two brilliant and aware people who do their research. I listened to it at work for 2 months straight until I finished. Thank you Dr. Jessica Micono and Dr. David Morelos!

mattcoraline13Informational and EducationalIt’s hard to find a podcast that is easy to listen to and a simple and coherent conversation. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! MCrater505Entertaining and thoughtfulThis podcast dives deep into the darker areas of the human mind and behavior. I love that the two impeccably credentialed hosts challenge us to set aside the simplistic dualities (bad/good, mental/physical, healthy/sick) often used as explanations and excuses. I confess I binged the first four episodes and felt a much deeper appreciation for those who strive to understand how humans work. Great listen!
