    Unvetted guest?
Generally a fan of the show. Very disappointed in the last show. Little to no knowledge of neuroscience.

    Deep dives
Andrea’s messages are always so interesting. This is one of my top 2 podcasts ( along with The One You Feed, Andrew Zimmer) Earlier this year she did a deep dive into the classic Think & Grow Rich, one of my favorites from my early days in finance career. Now - the Silva Method - thank you, thank you. It’s wonderful to revisit these in depth. Happy New Year, to you, Andrea. Faithful listener

    Every Leader Needs This
First off, let me say… although this podcast is about neuroscience, Andrea curates the show to be applicable and easily understood by anyone! Not just the neuroscientists. As a CEO and Executive Trainer, I found that Neuroscience Meets Social and Emotional Learning provides actionable tips to build resilience, recharge your energy, and face challenging workplace situations. Andrea guides guests to the conversations that matter by asking the right questions. I have studied applied neuroscience in the past, and I find that Andrea's show consistently brings up new angles that no one talks about. Give it a listen and you won't be disappointed!

Program your brain to work for you, not against you!
We can train and shape our brains to handle emotional and social experiences in a way that best supports the life we want to have - less stress, more resiliency, and the ability to pull positive out of almost any experience. Andrea Samadi has a wide range of expertise in using proven neuroscience techniques to help us shape our brains. Imagine what we'd be capable of knowing these things early in life! Andrea's mission to bring this knowledge to school children has the potential to make a massive impact on our world.
