    Helpful & kind
I enjoy hearing this kind and soothing voice explain different ways to have a simple (and free) lifestyle. Recent interview with Leo Babauta was particularly apt, questions helped guide valuable approaches to be uncovered. Thank you !

Exactly what I was looking for!
I’ve been looking for another podcast on minimalism to listen to that isn’t full of fluff, but truly gives tangible, encouraging, non-judge mental advice on how to make the shift toward living simply and scaling down possessions. This is a GREAT resource and is very complimentary to “The Minimalists” podcast and the book “Goodbye Things”, both of which launched me into minimalism. Clean, Simple, Free is a fantastic resource for anyone looking to be more focused on what’s essential in life and home.

    Practical and Attainable Change
Really enjoyed listening to this podcast! I was ready to make some changes in my life, but didn’t know where to start. Ashley has helped focus my mind with practical and attainable advice! Though this information might mot be “groundbreaking” they are all good reminders and thoughts that maybe I have had in passing but here they are all in one place, articulately explained, and the benefits of these changes are discussed. Very motivating on my journey to be better!

    Better than most
Stumbled upon this organization-oriented podcast after trying several others. The others I tried had lots of filler/blah-blah and not much actual useful info. Ashley offers a thoughtful and realistic approach with very helpful information. She is articulate and her manner of speaking is gentle and pleasant. I recommend this podcast to anyone who wishes to be more organized or wants to pare down their possessions.

    BEST PODCAST for home organization
I absolutely love this podcast. Actually, I think it’s my favorite of the hundreds that I follow and listen to regularly. Her tips are so useful and relatable. I appreciate that each podcast is the right amount of time - perfect when I hop in the car for a quick drive. The bonus: her calming voice!

    Binge-worthy
I have now listened to all the episodes in the span of about a month. Just about every episode has realistic actionable steps one can make towards living a happier, simpler life. I have applied just about all of these tips, if I wasn't already doing them!
  • BeautifulMinimalMillennial
    Like a PSL... pretty basic
Lost my interest, felt more and more like the same thing over and over, more like PSL, not very minimalist if you ask me

    Soothing to Listen To
Ashley’s voice is very soothing to listen to and her advice and wisdom is easy to incorporate in your real life. Since her episodes are compact, I don’t suffer from information overload and am able to retain a lot of what she talks about too. I really enjoy and recommend her podcast!

    Just what I needed!
I happened to listening to the episode about perfectionism and procrastination right when I needed it. I was staring at a pile of things I haven’t dealt with in month, because I wanted to do it “just right”. The tips really helped me get out of my own way and just get started. Can’t wait to listen to more!

    Life changing
I have to say that for me, this podcast has been life changing. I have always been semi organized, but with 2 kids and also being a thrifty and sentimental person, I finally hit a breaking point. I would put things away and organize over and over but I was not editing out items and had accumulated years and years worth of stuff. The concepts are simple and make so much sense, but I never would be on my road to simplistic minimal living without this. I have listened to other podcasts on the same topic and no others so far have kept me coming back and wanting more like this one. Thank you for breaking down minimizing in a way that is easy and adaptable to anyone. I also love hearing about the psychology and how that plays into our over buying, and difficulty to part with our belongings. My journey has only just begun but I am so excited to keep chipping away with all of your tips.
  • janie cake
She sounds kind of snobby sometimes
She sounds like she’s this knowing almighty being and sometimes kind of condescending yet, the information shared isn’t really groundbreaking.

Perfect to listen to for quarantine organization and BEYOND 🙌🏼
I was so glad I found this podcast!! This is a perfect podcast for me personally as I navigate to organize my home more during this time. Although I’ll do what I can on my own it can feel insanely overwhelming. Her thoughtful tips are given in a gentle but helpful way that helps to encourage me and give me great ideas to implement. I feel like I’ve known her forever and she’s right here encouraging me with her soothing voice episode by episode, as I declutter my life- almost like we are organizing TOGETHER. ✨✨💖 I can’t wait to finish the latest episode! A MUST LISTEN

    Totally hooked
I fully quarantine binged all these. Great ideas and looking forward to more

    Very helpful
I listen to her podcast while I declutter and it really encourages me to get more done with all her great tips. Please do more episodes on paper clutter. The volume of her podcast is very low, compared to the other podcasts I listen to. I turn the volume all the way up on my phone but sometimes it’s hard to hear when I’m actually shuffling papers. The unnecessary music she has at the end of each podcast is much louder, it should be at the same volume of her voice so I don’t hear this loud blast after the episode.
  • lilg3m
    Very practical advice
Love her voice ...so soothing and calm. I just started listening and completed the first 10. My fave so far is episode 6 where she talks about frugality vs minimalism and it really opened my eyes and spoke to me. I plan to move in the next few months and have started downgrading my stuff and was looking for inspiration to keep me on my goals and this came at a good time.

    Helpful for my Minimalist Journey
This podcast came into my life right when I needed it! I am a traveling physical therapist & began incorporating a minimalist lifestyle because I move almost every 3 month! I have been working on letting go of all the things I accumulated during college & grad school, but the guidance provided in this podcast helped me to have more of a focus of goal for my journey! Thank you!
