I make it a priority to listen to this podcast every week! It’s by far my favorite one in the health/wellness world! Loveeee it!

    Inspiring.
This podcast has helped me so much. It helped me with my eating disorder and discovering the ideas around discipline with food and hunger cues. I would listen to it before bed every night. Recently I have started re-listening because life went from so good to not so good. But I can say this podcast is comforting and honestly eye opening. It helps me Identify the problems within certain diet communities and work on genuinely looking out for my health.

    Love this podcast
I initially found out about this podcast via TikTok, watching small clips. I’ve listened to all of the episodes. I’ve found them helpful, even the early sustaining keto episodes, and I’m not keto. The fact that Maggie and Ryan also struggle makes this podcast more relatable. If they can do it, we can do it too. Maggie once said, nobody ever regrets NOT eating the cookie in the morning. That one statement has been huge for me and saved me countless poor food choices. I like to listen to the podcast during my workouts and I’m starting over again just because I like what they have to say and their voices are calm, soothing and now familiar. Kind of like rewatching one of your favorite movies.

    Negativity
So many recent episodes start with the hosts complaining about having to do another podcast. It makes me feel like they don’t truly care about their audience.

    The Forever Plan
“Eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re full.” I learned this concept from Geneen Roth about 10 years ago, but I was unable to put this advice into practice until I found this podcast. Maggie and Ryan offer straightforward, clear, sane and sensible advice. Every week they support me on my weight loss journey. With this podcast I have seen a slow and steady weight loss. But more importantly I have learned to make a plan and follow through with it. I have learned to trust myself in general, but especially around food. Maggie told me that I can do this. I listened and I dared to believe her. Best of all, I eat three delicious meals and a few yummy snacks everyday. I eat what I love while losing weight and feeling positive and strong. And that has been the most dramatic and exciting result. After a lifetime of struggling with food I am finally, FINALLY, calmly and confidently on the right path. Maggie and Ryan - thank you for figuring this weight thing out and sharing your wisdom with us!

    Life Changing.
This podcast has everything you need to change your relationship with food for good. No more fad diets, wild exercise routines, and diet brain. you finally learn how to stop over eating and stop over exercising to compensate for a lot of over eating. This podcast has helped me with a lot more than weight loss brain. I have applied a lot of Maggie’s teachings to other areas of my life and it’s solid advice!

    Life changing
This podcast alone won’t change your life, but listening to + putting in the work that Maggie suggests will. If you actually do the things, I promise you, your relationship with food will change.

    Just amazing.
Thank you thank you thank you 1) for talking about mindset and 2) for having this content be free! I’m not a vibe club member but I’d totally pay for this type of content. Today on my way home from work I made the choice to listen to a few episodes. I was feeling tired and bloated and my brain wanted to fix this discomfort with food. As I was listening, I made a plan. I went home I changed into some comfier clothes and got to work for feeding my body. I really really wanted to drown myself in nachos. Carbs fat and protein. However, I knew that chips would not leave me satisfied for long. I popped a sweet potato in the microwave and cooked up some taco meat. I mashed the potato with a fork and topped it with the taco meat and cheese. The mindset shift saved me. I had stuck to my plan all day and was on the verge of self sabotage until I looked in my coping tool box and pulled out your podcast. I’d call this a non scale victory for this emotional eater.

Just listen to one episode and you’ll be hooked!
I’ve been listening since November and every episode always hits it out of the park. I love the sense of humor and the bluntness. When I just scroll through and pick a random one, they are exactly what I need to hear. Thank you for keeping this open to the public and not shutting out those of us who can’t afford the program. I started at 205 in November and I’m weighing in at 177. I can say that you are the reasons that I’ve slowed my eating and drinking down, I decided to join Crossfit and commit 3 days a week. (I learned it’s my me time.) I still have a lot to work on with self control, but ya’ll have taught us even when you fall off the wagon you can get back on there! Don’t change a thing and keep up the great work!

Good so far, but a couple thoughts
This podcast is very helpful and there’s a lot of good content. The dynamic between the hosts is helpful to see how real people digest the tools but there are some things that could improve listen-ability. For one, I can’t tell if there are two podcast hosts or one host and a “pretend” client. Maggie has the tendency to constantly discredit or modify what the other host is saying. For example, he may say, “These are really advanced tools.” And Maggie will say, “Yes, they’re advanced, BUT they’re really simple.” And this goes on ad nauseam and it gets really grating. There’s a difference between conversation and teaching. If the other host is there as a stand-in for a client, that’s perfectly fine. I just can’t tell what the dynamic is supposed to be. I don’t say this to be rude because I know Maggie has talked about having ADHD and I understand that it may make it feel like her brain is running faster in conversation. I just get the impression from Maggie that she’s constantly thinking of ways to say something better or do something better. But when this comes out in conversation it’s really grating to listen to. Otherwise I’m enjoying the content.

One of My Top 5 Fave Podcasts
I’ve been listening to Maggie’s podcast for almost a year and I always look forward to a new episode every Friday! I love that the tools and advice she offers can translate into other areas of your life, not just weight loss. I have loved hearing little nuggets of truth that I can also implement in my personal growth, desires, and goals. I also love that she shows that it is possible to hold both self-acceptance and the desire for weight loss at the same time.

    Helpful podcast
Typically I’ll listen to her podcast on my walks. I feel like I learn a lot from her. She keeps it real. Although I am not a member of Vibe Club, I just want to let others know how genuine Maggie is. I reached out to her about joining, but admitted I am still tracking and calorie counting. She let me know it’s probably not a good time to join, and to just continue listening to her podcast. She could have easily said to join and that would put money in her pocket, but she was honest and transparent and I really appreciate that. Vibe Club may not be in my life now, but when I’m ready to give up MFP & macro counting, I might just have to join. Thanks Maggie for all you and Ryan do!

The words you need to hear even if you don’t WANT to hear (sometimes)
I’ve been listening to Maggie and Ryan for a little over a year or more. And when I find myself in my internal dialogue battling my own thoughts, I know that no matter what episode I click on Maggie and Ryan are going to help me sort it out. They have truly put together an outstanding example of NOT selling you on the fastest, most outlandish ideas of how to be the slimmest, fittest person. But rather, continue to give you tools to create a long lasting, healthier, and sustainable version of yourself. Their use of metaphors, personal examples, and evidence allows for any listener to relate and process the given information. Living into todays ongoing society of social media and garage mind candy, I’m so grateful for people like Maggie and Ryan for breaking the norm and providing this resource to us! Every episode is true gold, regardless of what stage or phase of your journey you are on. You can’t go wrong!

If you need real-life talk, don’t miss an episode!
I appreciate your real talk about the ups and downs with the process of losing my weight and loving myself. Your emotional talks are what I needed to hear and connect it to my journey. Joining Vibe Club was the best thing I ever did. I reached my goal and was able to lose 46lbs. 8 months later, I continue to use the tools I learned and have maintained my weight goal. Use her strategies! It really helps you dig deep and heal wounds to have a new relationship with food and yourself. AMAZINGLY honest! Thank you!

    A Must Listen
I have been searching for a way to get back to and maintain my healthy happy weight without the toxic diets and dieting rules that are so pervasive in this culture. This podcast is it. I have been listening for about six weeks now and have made so much progress in viewing food in a more neutral & positive way. I have also lost five pounds but what’s most important is how well I’m feeling and how exited I am about the future. Thank you Maggie for the work you do 💜
  • shelbymh12
    Resonates like no other
She dives into the realistic mindset shifts to not only make changes around food, but in your life too. There is an episode for every single inner dialogue you’ve ever had with yourself. If you’re someone who has struggles with weight and feels like you’ve tried everything, this podcast is for you.

    Mental Gamechanger
Days within starting to listen to her podcasts my mentality about my body and food drastically started to change. My hatred of my body started to go away. My harsh self talk started to go away. My fear and guilt of food started to go away. I’m starting to learn to prioritize healing my relationship with food and my body over weight loss. Im learning that I am not the problem, my mentality about food and my body is and I can change that. I am not stuck. I am feeling more in tune with my hunger than ever before. Definitely still a work in progress and I have mental relapses and hard days and days where I overeat but I know that I am growing and learning and healing day by day. I’ve been listening to her podcasts for probably 2 months now and I am so glad I found this. I never thought I could listen to my hunger but I am slowly learning how to. Even though the scale hasn’t dramatically changed since beginning, my mentality has and that is far more important for me. Just days after starting this journey I felt so much happier and more free. I began to not hate my body. My mental anguish and anxiety from weight loss began to go away. I began to have more peace and mental energy to focus on more important things in life than weight loss. I’m confident that over time I will be able to lose weight through this method once I learn to stop overeating but I’m also learning to have peace during the process, not subjecting myself to a diet that’s x number of weeks. I will give myself however long this journey takes. Thanks Maggie!!!!!!!!

    Changed my life…
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt the need to at least give credit where it’s definitely due. I came across Maggie through a random Tik Tok and her words beyond resonated. Oddly enough, Ive heard these words so many times before, but in different ways and I couldn’t relate nor understand how to make it work. When she said them, it clicked for me. I’m down 24lbs. I have plenty to go but I’m not rushing like I usually do. I think one of the best things that I found was how she changed her mind on her own keto diet. It’s not that she was on the keto diet, it didn’t matter which one she was on, but she took a step back and kept an open mind and changed it and discussed it. I think that’s huge for anyone, especially one that has a podcast and an “image”. She’s brilliant and funny and her coaching through these podcasts has epically changed my life.

    Life Changing
This podcast has changed my life and I’m just getting started. I really can’t put into words how amazing Maggie is but if you are looking to heal your relationship with food just give the podcast a listen. I can’t thank Maggie enough for sharing everything she has. AMAZING.

    Very Helpful
I came across a clip of your podcast in a stitch on Tiktok….you were talking about losing weight without exercise and from that point I have been listening to your podcasts everyday. I can’t even explain in this review how much your realistic point of view has changed my perspective in dieting and it is ultimately changing my life for the better. I prayed for a change and all of my steps have lead me to you, to just what I needed to hear to keep going and to give myself a shot at something different. I truly, truly appreciate and I am so grateful for you both sharing your journey and perspective. Really life changing.

    My World is Changing
I came across this podcast through a friend about a month ago. A little about my journey is that I have lost 70lbs in the last 3 years I was 255lbs and am now 187lbs. The things that I truly believe have attributed to this is tracking my calories and a small fasting restriction. (So in other words less calories). I have hit a plateau in loosing weight and I need a mind reset! Im so glad I have found this podcast I believe it’s going to help me make some major changes in my plans that will last a life time. I looked at my goals I set in January and it’s crazy how different they are now with this new out look. Wish me luck with my first month of not tracking my calories and changing my focus. Thank you for everything you do!

    Thank you
I’m 50 and because of you I have control and also food freedom for the first time. I’ve never felt more empowered and the weight loss is secondary. You’ve given me my life back. Having control in that area has also improved my marriage, better mother etc….Forever grateful.

    Life-changing
Not to be dramatic, but this podcast has changed my life. As long as I can remember I have struggled with my relationship with food and body image. This podcast has COMPLETELY shifted my way of thinking not only about food but also how I treat myself. I have weight loss goals, and even though I’m not there yet, i now have a whole different attitude and mindset that I believe will eventually allow me to achieve them. I cannot thank Maggie enough for the work she and her partner are doing through this podcast. What a breath of fresh air.

    The Perspective Shift I Needed
Maggie’s podcast is a breath of fresh air in a world obsessed with quick fixes. I tune in for a dose of encouragement that my slow-but-steady pace is right where I need to be. She calls it like it is and demystifies things I’ve struggled with for decades.

    Fabulous at 50!
I have struggled my whole life with my eating habits and body shaming. I know I have had stress from these things for far too long. At 50, I decided I needed to stop! The other day I thought I’d do a cool hip thing and start listening to a podcast. This podcast popped up and I began listening. I am obsessed! I listen to and from work and whenever else I’m in the car. I take one of Maggie’s quotes and apply it to my day. Very inspiring on so many aspects of life! Thank you, Maggie and Ryan!

    Wow!
I am in awe as to how much this all makes sense! Finally, a language I understand after so many attempts and fails over the last ten years. I absolutely love this podcast and have learned so so much! The only downfall is the program is closed for new enrollment! :(

    Just Listen!
Maggie’s mindset mastery around food and weight loss is like nothing I have heard before in my 25 years of being an adult who struggled with food, weight and body image. Her principals and guidelines are truly life changing will set you FREE! I joined Vibe Club a month ago after months of listening to her podcast and am absolutely loving it!

    Maggie!!
Love your approach towards healthy lifestyle and new ways to look at weight loss. Just listened to most recent episode and a little confused as to how someone could lose weight if they eat ice cream twice a day. At some point, if your goal is weight loss the double dose of ice cream every day just wouldn’t fit- it would only fit if you’re reducing calories in other places/meals…..right?? Help me understand!! Love you!!
  • ozzler8
    Such a game changer!
Found this podcast after another failed attempt to get back into keto. Didn’t realize it was geared toward women at first but it didn’t matter because the information is beneficial for all. I lost 80 lbs with keto, then gained 65 of it back. Tried to get back into it but I just love carbs way too much and that lifestyle just wasn’t sustainable for me. Started listening I think at ep 130 or so and it has changed my whole mentality when it comes to dieting. I haven’t felt like I’ve been on a diet at all and the weight just keeps slowly dropping off. I now weigh less than when I lost the initial 80 and have been maintaining within 5 lbs for 3 months. Thanks Maggie & Ryan, y’all’s podcast is a game changer!
  • AkShlee
    Keto episodes
Would be 5 stars if those were deleted. They were filled with diet culture.

    Just makes sense
Found on tik tok. Very realistic approach, I’ve listened and read a lot about this topic and the best way I can describe this pod is that it just makes sense. It’s simple but real advice and you can trust it bc it’s so relatable how they describe the experience. It’s thought provoking but not being too woo woo. Thank you for sharing and being honest!!
  • Janaba8705
    Loving this mindset!
I found this podcast through TikTok and took the advice of starting later the first episode. I started on 134 and I cannot get enough. I LOVE this podcast. I knew counting calories wasn’t sustainable for me because I panic and feel it creates an eating disorder (at least for me) and I wanted to enjoy life. I remember hating my body when I was “skinny” and still hating my body when I was heavier. This podcast has filled a void in my mindset that I’ve always needed. This podcast is encouraging and acknowledges what we might think are “small” victories but in reality, it’s a piece of the successful foundation you are building on that will last a lifetime and not just 30 days. I’m grateful for this podcast!! I give this podcast 5 stars but it’s not allowing go me to click on the stars….

    Binge Disruptor
Amidst a 3-day binge, I chose to take a walk and get caught up on Maggie’s podcast. I’m so grateful for episodes #177 and #178! I feel so seen and grateful for Maggie’s messages, because I was able to disrupt the binge and get back on track thanks to her valuable insights and reminders. Feeling hopeful and capable going into a new day and a new week!

    AMAZING
Maggie and Ryan are the real deal, and they’ve helped me completely shift my mindset around food, overeating, and losing weight. I’m down 20 pounds since I started listening to the podcast in Jan 2023, and I’m focused more on the journey than the end result. Their honesty and realness hits home every time, and each episode is a nudge in the right direction for my health and well-being. I can’t say enough good things about them, and my next step will be joining Vibe Club to dive even deeper.

    I needed this Podcast
I found this podcast on accident. I was watching a TikTok video of a girl that is really trying to lose weight and she was given a recommendation to listen to this podcast. I went and listened to one episode and I was hooked. It was as if Maggie was talking directly to me and telling me all the things I needed to hear. I seriously can’t get enough!!

    So glad I found Maggie
This podcast has helped me identify the ways in which my brain is working against me, become aware of unhelpful thinking patterns, accept that they are just thoughts ñ, and make a better choice from that place. Thank you, Maggie! I hope to join your coaching program soon.

    Question why not how
I feel like diets are all about how and only solve today. This podcast challenges why u got to this point, what your food issues and challenges are, and the idea behind scale drama. It takes away diet telling you what to do and puts you back in the driver seat. Great simple and connective language. Can be used for food or whatever IMO.

    Amazing podcast
I can’t say enough good things about this podcast and Maggie’s overall approach to having a healthy relationship with food. The podcast itself is straight to the point, very digestible with clear takeaways in each episode. Maggie’s approach is so practical and simple - she’s just the best!

    Healthy weight loss!
I recommend this podcast and ultimately the program this coach runs. The basic premise is learning to stop over eating and deal with the thoughts and feelings that come up around food. She talks about unlearning diet rules and ending the cycle of yo-yo dieting. She talks about setting habits that serve us and working through issues that come up all along the way. The Podcast is a good place to start to get a sense of the program.
