    I love bedtime stories
Can we get Helms to tell us more stories of Carl Lewis in the 1936 Olympics?

    Good no-nonsense content
Great guests, great content, very helpful for aspiring bodybuilders. I would like if the interviews had a bit more follow-up questions and dialog, but the content is awesome.

    Good guests, bad host
I hate to be critical but the host really brings the podcast down. He has good guests on like Brad Schoenfeld, Eric Helms, etc. but the host doesn’t add any substance. He’d be better off just asking questions that viewers submit rather than trying to come up with in-depth questions that often don’t make sense, or overly broad questions that are missing a lot of context. After each answer of his guest, it’s always “mmhm” “yeah, no I think that’s a great point” “I definitely agree with that” followed by some generic statements of him trying to summarize what the guest’s answer was.

    keep it up, dr. swole
Health and fitness can be quite subjective person to person. It’s always nice to hear many different perspectives on health and the best way to go about building the body you want. Keep it up, dr. swole.
