zenovakI see a change in me!Dear Shaun, I have been listening to your Mindfulness for Beginners podcast only the last few weeks and I am already well aware the tremendous change my inner self and the way I look at my life. Your casual, at times humorous, and using the everyday lingo in your delivery makes your podcast to be amiable and affectionate. One more thing. For someone like me who has been a victim of childhood trauma, rejection and neglect, smile doesn’t come easy for me. But in your latest meditation when you suggest to smile to your shoulders, feet, eyes, heart and lungs, made me for the first time genuinely smile to my fingers, knees and why not my belly. I am now a 71 year old man and I will follow your podcast for the rest of my life. And once my financial situation becomes clear I would love to make a donation!

Truly anyone can do this, and the world would be a better place if they all did. betts_rThank you so much!I stumbled on this when I was searching for something to calm me down from the roller coaster of life.. this has become part of my regular routine to start my day and I find that I am reacting less to stressful encounters in life. I can’t describe the sense of calmness and peace I am starting to experience. As I continue my mindfulness journey.. I now start to see in other people what I used to be.. I only wish I had discovered this earlier.. but better late than never! Thank you so much for this!

This podcast (along with other things) has helped me find calm in moments of complete overwhelm/panic. Shaun’s approach from the first guided meditation really helped me understand mindfulness and has been a great tool to utilize on my journey to healing!

I think I’ve found it, the one that will suit. Not chirpy, not fanciful, just practically done meditations and great advice that can slow your kind down and allow you to feel more in control of your emotions rather than being controlled by them I am so grateful.
