This is a true gem of a podcast and so valuable. I started my freedom journey with the white coat investor and Bogleheading. I still felt there was more out there. Here it is! There is more to life than grinding and having a poor quality of life. Dr Kim has a wealth of information to share and he also features other physicians who have been able to build wealth for themselves as well. This is a free resource that is worth paying for. Thank you for your time and your service to other doctors.

Dr. Kim does an amazing job of highlighting important concepts and insights to help investing and creating passive income less intimidating. I deeply value the compassion he speaks with as he delivers his material. He has a genuine desire to help the listeners create more financial success for themselves, and it shows. Thank you Dr. Kim!

This podcast is great if you are looking for a cheerleader to encourage and motivate you to pursue real estate and other side gigs. If you are looking for useful or practical information regarding real estate investing or entrepreneurship, look elsewhere. I am a huge White Coat Investor fan, and I was disappointed to find that this podcast does not contain the same kinds of practical information that can be found through WCI. I have a strong interest in learning more about the nuts and bolts of real estate investing in order to diversify my holdings, so I stubbornly slogged through 60 or 70 of these podcasts before finally giving up. I think maybe 1 or 2 episodes contained any info that could be considered useful. This podcast is all about dropping annoying buzzwords and pumping yourself up to go start up a side gig rather than providing useful information. This is not what I was looking for- a very disappointing waste of time.

I spend almost 2 hours a day driving to and from work, so I’m always looking for a useful podcast to listen. I find that the content is too superficial and not enough details on how to do things. Most of the episodes are 15 mins long with a list of items but doesn’t show you know to do anything - it’s nowhere as good as WCI.

Dr. Peter Kim’s podcast is so valuable to shed light on financial literacy/concepts/ideas for health care professionals. Each episode Straight to the point and high value.

Peter's topics are always relevant, timely, and well-researched, demonstrating his commitment to providing honest, personal, up-to-date information and advice. Full transparency, I am not a physician but actually a fixed income trader. Even as someone in financial services, I have found Peter's content informative and thought-provoking which speaks to the quality and relevance of each episode. He has a variety of guests and actionable steps. I’ve just binge listened to the show and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We probably could turn one of his frequent “to be honest with you” phrases into a drinking game, but when it comes to the content of the show I think he deserves good marks.

I just listened to your episode about being the average of the five physicians you spend time with. I am fairly new to the world of finances. I’m a 50 yo oncologist who did not even know how to access her ATM bank as I let everyone else deal w my finances. After discovering you and WCI I am speed learning. I wish I could give you a big hug as you made me tear up after this podcast (that I listened to during my 20 min “lunch” break in between seeing patients doing EMR and wishing I had a third arm to shove food in my face. Thank you for all that you do..

Peter Kim is an insightful host and motivational interviewer. I enjoyed learning from each of his guests and learning about their journeys. Great Podcast!

Listened to multiple episodes and out of the 15 minutes in an episode, approximately 2 minutes were informational. The other time is just filled with different renditions of “you can do it”. It’s not my cup of tea since I like my podcasts succinct without any fluff. I was hoping this would compare to The White Coat Investor, but it’s nowhere close.

Dr. Kim is informative, the point, and entertaining. This is a great podcast to learn passive investing!

Literally EVERY single episode is packed with golden nuggets of wisdom. I love hearing about opportunities that I didn’t even know existed. The other HUGE thing that is gained from this podcast is help getting into the right state of mind! Our mindset really limits our growth at times and Dr Kim does a great job reminding me of that! This podcast is geared towards doctors, but speaking as someone who is not a doctor, the principles outlined are fairly universal, and are presented in a way that is easy to understand. Overall, it’s opened up my curiosity and given me a clearer understanding of how to set realistic financial goals for myself, and ways to go about achieving them, in terms of passive income.

I have listened to all episodes so far. Except for those episodes where another speaker is hosted, I haven’t learned much from this podcast. I feel that the host knows a lot, but he needs to start sharing his knowledge.

Dr. Kim is an awesome host and he packs his shows with insightful and useful information!

As others have noted Peter Kim does a great job of outlining his own philosophies and experiences with building passive income streams, and mixes in incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful guests to share their stories and insights. I’d highly recommend this to anyone (novice to expert) interested in leveraging their current resources to build additional (largely passive) income streams.

Passive Income MD is an honest and legit resource for anyone in search of other income sources besides their primary healthcare job. Peter Kim MD is passionate about investing and it shows through on his podcast. His first couple podcasts explain the WHAT, WHO, AND WHY Passive Income MD is so compelling (his blog is extremely well regarded among physician investors). Once the groundwork is laid out, the next podcasts will explain the HOW and WHERE aka the MEAT. His major focus (based on the blog) is real estate investing. I am excited to see where this podcast will go! His style is approachable, motivational, and encouraging. If you are a fan of podcasts like Morris Invest, Coach Carson, Rental Rookie, or Brandon Turner from Bigger Pockets, you will equally enjoy Passive Income MD.

He aimlessly wanders around FI, but has yet to give any PI advice after the first three episodes. I am out!
