I started listening to this podcast when Talkville was on a break and needed a Small fix. Got really interested when the the host said he organized a gaming convention in Dayton,OH where I live. I’m finally all caught up with the show and I’m so excited to participate in Michaels calls to action and give some feedback on his shows. He always has interesting guest hosts who add to his reviews. This is definitely a great show for people who want a very deep dive in to Smallville with other people who love the show but also see it’s missed opportunities.

Hey Farm to Fable, “look who came to check up on you” I’ve been binging this pod cast for about 2 months, almost caught up, great hosting and cohosting, my favorite cohost is the French guy. I’m a long time smallville fan since it’s original broadcast. Lex and Lionel are my guys 💪🏾👌🏽. Great job to all involved with this podcast👍🏽👍🏽

I discovered the podcast not long after starting my own rewatch to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Smallville. Michael is an incredibly insightful, funny, and eloquent guy, and he's very good at finding cohosts who play off of him. His charm, and ability to make the podcast feel more like a conversation than a scripted show that needs to hit specific beats is amazing. Obviously there are things like the scoreboard, Pass the Torch question, and general structure of reviewing a show with acts, but those are only guidelines. The rest of the show just consists of two people talking about a show they love. The whole presentation is great. Things like a cold open of one of the scenes, and little sound clips from Smallville tie everything together wonderfully. The insights are always entertaining, and one often learns something they didn't know, or finds satisfaction in knowing one or both of the hosts noticed the same thing they did. If you haven't listened yet; I highly suggest it!

This is a fantastic re-watch podcast, I love hearing others opinions on the show, and Michael and the co-hosts are just spectacular. Good thing fanfiction exists, so we can change the course of the show

I really like this show, I am a big superhero fan. So watching this show opened up my mind for how Superman started his teen life.

I’ve been slowly digging through rewatching Smallville on my own, and discovered this podcast. Need to say, I love it. Michael has a great way of putting the stuff we are all feeling while rewatching into words. Can’t wait for more!

I’m enjoying listening along as I rewatch Smallville! I’ve learned so many behind the scenes facts about the shows production, effects, crew and cast. It’s fun to pull at the lose threads and laugh at some of the weirdness that is Smallville with other fans! It’s that feeling when you can make fun of your little brother but if anyone else does you will fight them. I’m looking forward to keeping pace all the way into Season 10!

Michael and the costars give a fresh perspective on a show that started 20 years ago. The structure of the show is really well made, adding more than just pure discussion. Great podcast to get back into Smallville!

Loved watching Smallville when it was first airing and been quite a while since I’ve done a rewatch. This podcast is a great deep dive and constantly brings a smile to my face. The cohosts have also been great, loving all the discussions and opinions. Didn’t have close friends who loved the show back then that i could talk about it with so this podcast more than makes up for it.

I’ve loved smallville since I initially binged it during my freshman year of college. Since then I’ve rewatched the series a few times, noticing new things, putting details together. I was at work thinking about smallville and decided to search for a smallville podcast since I listen to podcasts daily. When I found this show, it was perfect. It brought back all the nostalgic feelings of me watching smallville especially when a host of the episode hasn’t seen smallville prior to watching it for the podcast. I love the fact that other people nerd out about smallville like I did.

This is a great show about a great show! I love the format and the hosts. They are nostalgic, but they don’t ignore the silliness that was mixed in too. Perfect!

Who knew I needed a podcast on a 20 year old CW show! I love how the show talks about all things Superman and digs into the lore when relevant. Also the rotating lineup of cohosts keeps the podcast feeling fresh

A good podcast for a smallville rewatch. I only have two complaints. 1. A podcast show should never longer then the actual show. 2. Way to much nitpicking on a 20 year old tv show on the WB/CW. If you edited out all the nitpicking about reality vs.Fictional CW Superman show this podcast would be a perfect 45 minute Smallville rewatch podcast

Michael and his co-hosts do a great job of balancing coming from a place of true enjoyment but also gently ribbing the show, as well as pointing out things that may not have quite aged well. I appreciate the format and the variety of perspectives brought by the show hosts. I plan to follow along for all 10 seasons!

Michael and his cohosts do such a great job of doing deep dives. These thought provoking discussions let me re-enjoy a show I lost track of during its original airing.

I love listening to forever host Michael and his rotating door of co-hosts re-live, dissect, and enjoy this classic CW show. The revolving co-host adds a lot of spice to the mix and provides a different set of insights for different episodes. This is gonna be a helluva ride all the way to the end of the show!

I can’t imagine what the scoreboard is going to be at come the end of the first season, much less the series. That alone will be like 2 hours! And I can’t wait.
