This has been one of our five year olds favorite podcasts for at least one year now. Pretty sure the retelling of the myths are why he is now a HUGE fan of all things mythology. I have already read all of the Nanny Piggins books already and finding this podcast was so amazing. Because I learned that she writes Friday Barnes and The Peski Kids too as well as tall tales. If you are in America it is also fun because there was a chapter that I’d never heard before because of the American Vs Australian versions. I love listening to this podcast because it makes unpleasant tasks and cleaning so much more fun. Sometimes if I’m doing a repetitive or quiet project I can relisten to an entire Peski Kids Book in one day. Even for cooking I listen to Fraday Barnes or a Nanny piggins story while doing a puzzle. Thank you R.A. Spratt for making some things a little more fun and/or entertaining. Also in a tall tale about socks and goblins Vanessa asks what tooth fairies do with teeth and mum says that it was a story for another time and not to sidetrack her. I LOVE your books. The creativity is amazing. Thank you for writing these stories. Especially your books. I am in the regional spelling bee and your books have helped me learn better vocabulary. Your podcast has helped me with the pronunciation of words. I highly recommend this author. R. A. Spratt’s books are good books to improve literacy, spelling, pronunciation, and for when you want a good book to read. These books are especially good for road trips, except if your siblings are yelling and you can’t focus on the book.

Obnoxiously woke undertones in a children’s story. Not necessary.
