MarkrunsslowMakes me want to run 100 milesI stumbled upon Melody and Jacob’s podcast about six months ago. I am a huge fan of the “everymans” or woman point of view . I want to know what it’s like for people like myself who have active full lives and families to take on a 100 miles . Being a stat freak is the worst possible personality type for attempting ultra distance races and Mel and Jacob are perfect for me to disengage the mind and enjoy the process . I find their humbleness and pleasant tones to be most encouraging and relaxing . I have since listened to everyone of their podcast , met Melodies father( virtually ) of course and signed on as to recruit Melodie’s aid in checking off a few ultra accomplishments myself . Thank you for the allowing us to join your family on the “Trail to 100” journey. Mark Fradd, Wildomar , Ca

JaosnBahaGreat ConversationsMelody and Jacob are excellent at chatting with their guests and highlighting the athlete during the conversation. Their ability to have fun while chatting shows through the laughter and makes you want to be at a dinner party with them. This podcast is definitely worth your time to listen.

dadbodrunninfrommeInspiringJacob and Melody have a great podcast here. They are very inspiring and have great stories. I used to run a lot more in my collage days. I have run a few races since then, like an Ultra Ragnar; but nothing to the level that they have. They have wonderful grit and candor. They really inspire me to get back out there and run. I look forward to listening to their next podcasts and can’t wait for the day that I’m good enough to be invited on the podcast to share my stories
