So thankful for this podcast and how it takes the Truth of the Word of God and teaches it in a way that is approachable yet without losing its power and magnitude! Highly recommend this podcast to anyone… Regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey with Jesus Christ.

I have been doing the original TTW app on my phone for a couple of years and I have learned so much. Now I have this podcast and the other app to listen to everyday. I really cannot get enough of learning about the Lord. I would sit down every morning open the Bible and hit play and the teachers would make me feel like I am right there seeing it for the first time. My husband would sit there and listen with me and two years ago, June 23 he gave his life to Christ. So when two or more gather in his name he is there. I would recommend this app and the other TTW app to anyone who wants to learn about God and to find out your purpose in this life. Blessings to all.

I needed and wanted to be fed Gods word. This pod cast and the Bible app do just that. Both tools help me get into and understand the word of God.

I love this. It’s such a great way to study the Bible, in short chunks of time and Chris does a great job of making it understandable and easy to apply to everything I’m dealing with in my life.

I would often find myself at the end of the day tired, and disappointed that I hadn’t made time in God’s word. I would pray, “Please make me WANT to spend time in your word”. But for years my studies were more because I felt I SHOULD study, not because I had a burning desire to study. Then I got the Through the Word app. I found that when I finished one chapter I’d want to continue and I finished my first two journeys in record time. Some days I do need to listen to the study and scripture reading more than once so I fully understand but Pastor Kris (and the other pastors) are so engaging and do such a great job of highlighting the important points, I don’t mind listening again. And the scripture reader has such a great reading voice. I look forward to the scripture part almost as much as the study. Through the Word has become a daily habit for me that I really look forward to.

I found this podcast while researching for scripture study. I’m certain this will be a go to resource from this point forward for me when prepping for bible studies and devotionals. Thank you for creating something that’s simple and to the point while also being very beneficial!!

This is easy to listen to and follow. My only question and “concern” is I’m new to Apple Podcasts as of today, May 22, 2020, and I only Episode 35 or “Journey 2 |Day 11...” as the “first” to be able to listen to today. So... where is episode 1? I want to start from the beginning like I would if I was reading the Bible. I hope this gets looked at to help others just starting as well.

Theologians teach us by interpreting chapters through the Bible in ways that we can understand and relate to, mixing in a bit of humor here and there, but most importantly on the actual Scriptures that are God breathed and inspired.

I use a number of different apps as well as old fashioned hard copies for devotionals. This podcast is perfect for my morning and evening commute. I generally get three or four episodes a day. The length is perfect as it gives me something to listen to other than the increasingly divisive news! A perfect way to stay focused on the positive.

For a long time I have tried to get into the habit of daily Bible reading, but I struggled to be consistent. Through the word has changed that because I can listen while I do other daily tasks. Thank you for this great resource. I love it!

As the whole pandemic began, I felt the urge to begin to understand the roots of my faith. These roots come from The Bible. I attempted to read The Bible once before, but it was just overly confusing to me. Through the Word has allowed me to actually understand what I’m reading and allows me to understand my faith more. Through the Word has also allowed me to continue to learn and read more everyday. This allows me to pace myself and understand my faith and The Bible.

I started using TTW app. A few weeks ago when all this covid-19 stuff started. So a couple of my friends and I started The End of Time journey and we love it.

I have been using the TTW app consistently for a few months now and it has been extremely helpful. Every audio guide is quick and gives good background to understand the Bible better. I highly recommend it!!

I use you version bible app and stumbled upon audio guides and through the word. Then I downloaded the app. Then the quarantine and I don’t know ho so would be making it without the app. I loved homy week on Facebook live. I’ve learned so much about why we do things as Christians I didn’t understand. I asked my friends their favorite book and felt a call to start at the beginning. Pastor Kris has helped me understand lore about my Christian faith and Jesus then I ever thought I could know. I’ve been going to church for a while. I’ve been a “Christian” since I was 18... baptized at 19... I remember the time I couldn’t get up from prayer because I was so overwhelmed by the spirit. But I’ve never understand things until now. I’m 34. It’s never too late to learn new things.

TTW has been a blessing to me, my faith and my Bible knowledge!

This is a great way to read, study, learn the Bible. Very easy to listen to. Explanations are easy to understand. You are challenged to go deeper, and put what you’ve learned into action.
