Each week, you will get a tasty conversation about a topic surrounding digestion and gut health from an IBS specialist dietitian, Erin Judge. Erin believes in a holistic approach to improving gut health and IBS, so she will cover everything from what you eat to how you move your body to where you spend your energy.     I honestly have learned so much from Erin! And even though I am an RD myself, I learned how to simplify matters for my patients in terms that are relatable and in ways that are very understandable . I also learned A plethora of new insights about gut health that I never thought of much myself. She’s an excellent source for patients and practitioners. I love how everything she says I backed up with evidence based research, that is vital for clinicians to hear !

    I found Erin on Instagram and immediately started following her. She has so much knowledge and experience to share and does so in an easy to understand manner and with such transparency. I have listened to most of her podcasts and I either gain new knowledge or leave with a sense that everything is going to be OK. I have contacted Erin a few times and have asked questions on her stories and she has always gotten back to me. Erin makes IBS less of a burden and more of an opportunity to get healthy.

She makes you feel heard and creates a sense of community you didn’t know was possible when discussing digestive issues. I recommend to anyone who is struggle with GI complaints or someone who is looking to improve their overall health!

    Practical and Informative!
    Erin presents evidence based information in easy to understand terms as well as practically what that means for me with IBS. Not only is she a gut expert, she is also helping her listeners improve the relationship with their doctors. Providing encouragement and information on how to get diagnosed, what questions to ask your doctor, what type of symptoms or lifestyle information would be helpful for your doctor to know etc. It is clear she is an advocate for all of us who experience IBS.

    God knows for how long I’ve been asking him for a Dr & Dietitian who genuinely care about their patients. I have been through so many since first diagnosed and with so many others before I could actually get diagnosed (Im talking about 18 yrs or more) and I have never had so much valuable information like whit Erin in all her platforms.     Hopeful of healing
    I’m a fairly new subscriber and yet feel so seen and heard. I’ve struggled with digestive concerns since I was a baby, which were exacerbated by an eating disorder, followed by IBS. I haven’t found a solution for my GI challenges, however, I’m finding helpful gems through Erin’s podcast and Instagram presence. In the few podcasts I’ve listened to so far, I’ve felt validated in my struggles. I’m hopeful of healing as I continue to listen and learn from Erin.

    This podcast is AMAZING! I have tried listening to many different podcasts surrounding gut health but they all fell flat - until I found the gut show! One of the things I love most about it is that you can tell Erin empathizes for each and every one of her listeners, and she provides so much science-backed information, support, and encouragement, all while being free of judgment. Her range of special guests really tap into all the aspects of the IBS world. She has created and shaped such a supportive space for those with IBS. I can’t believe this is a free resource - I have learned so much! Can’t speak highly enough of her podcast!

    I only recently found Erin’s podcast but am so thankful because the information she has to share has been so helpful for me. As someone who has been dealing with gut issues for a long time now I am finally feeling like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel and it doesn’t have to stay this way. Can’t recommend enough if you are dealing with any IBS issues

    I follow Erin on Instagram and have listened to some of her episodes of this podcast. Having IBS can feel so isolating. Listening to her episodes makes me feel not so “crazy” when I’m having issues that no one seems to have answers for. She breaks down lots of different topics and gives tips that are easy to try.     Love this podcast! One of my favorites - as a pelvic floor PT who sees lots of patients with gastrointestinal conditions, constipation, bloating, etc. this podcast is very informative. Love how the episodes are nice and short, enough information to grab my attention without being too long and lengthy.

    This podcast is really uplifting for me. It helps me to normalize my IBS symptoms and feelings, and reduces my stress about IBS after getting my diagnosis a few months ago and currently trialing different treatment options.     A review of episode 5: The One Thing You Can Do Today To Improve Your IBS Symptoms As someone who suffers from IBSD and anxiety, I’ve often been told that to help IBS, I needed to reduce my stress. However, I was never really given tangible ways to do this, making this seem like a daunting task. I appreciate so much being adviced a specific way to start doing this, for the first time! My sleep schedule had been erratic during this quarantine season, so I will begin tomorrow trying to keep a consistent schedule to see if this helps my stress and my symptoms. I believe it will since this podcast even gives specifics on how this works including explanations of the circadian rhythm and stress hormones, giving sound backing for its recommendations.     I have been reading Erin’s articles and am so glad I found her on Instagram a while ago. Especially since I just read the article on HORMONES! No one I have followed, talked to or any of my research had mentioned hormones. My life has pretty much stopped for the last three years because of IBS and she has brought so much more information that is giving me hope my life won’t be like this forever. Yes, the podcast just began, but from her other resources I already trust her! Which is huge when dealing with any health issues, but especially when it’s one that is so difficult to explain to others why I can’t eat the delicious meal they invited me over for. She’s already given me some language to help me explain it others in a way they understand (and isn’t incredibly gross!)

She helps your her clients, like me, gain confidence with food, identify symptoms & triggers, and guides you through the highs and lows of IBS. She doesn’t give up on her clients and makes you feel comfortable talking about an uncomfortable subject! Her podcast is another great avenue for her to share how to have a happy guy! She’s amazing and you should definitely listen to her podcast if you haven’t started already!
