    Late to the Party
These podcasts are excellent and on point! As someone living and working in the sake industry in Japan, I’m impressed with the depth and accuracy of the current sake trends/info being broadcast from abroad. Well done! I can’t believe it took me this long to discover….better late than never.

    Well Done!
I learned of this great podcast after they had already done over 80 episodes, so I’m trying to catch up. I love learning about sake and these guys are real sake evangelists. I’ve listened to 38 episodes, starting with no. 1, and I can say that Timothy Sullivan and John Puma are doing a great job. They are knowledgeable and entertaining and have a good rapport. Their guests have been interesting and engaging, especially John’s wife. I especially like the Sake Education Corner (wish they would spend more time in that corner) and the educational information they provide as they discuss some of the sakes they taste. I also love hearing about Japan. I have been there many times and miss it. Keep up the good work. Arigato and Kanpai!

    Great sake podcast!! Highly recommend
I work at Sake bistro in West Hollywood and I have to study a lot about sake in order to explain to customers. Tim and Jihn brake it down and it’s really easy to understand about Sake. Very informative and easy to listen to it. Thank you so much for all of the information! I would love to listen to interview by Toji in Japanese too if there is any chance!

A Great Podcast for People in or outside of Japan too!
Being in Japan I feel like I have an unfair advantage —or responsibility— to go out and try many of the sakes introduced in this podcast and it’s absolutely enhancing the local food culture experience! The hosts Timothy and John have great banter together and the topics covered, like debunking myths of nigori sake, are always super interesting and informative. I’m excited to hear more from you guys as I venture further into the world of Japanese sake, so keep up the great work!!

    Congratulations on 50 podcasts!!
Great work Puma and Tim! The pod cast is very well done. Easy to listen too, informative and interesting. Thank you for your hard work at making these episodes. It’s a great reminder that the best way to learn about saké is to drink it. You should have a contest to see if anyone can name a brewery that Tim has not been to.

    Great info
It’s a pleasure listening to these guys. For an American, I already know a fair amount about sake, but this show fills in the gaps in my knowledge. It’s great to know there are other people as excited as about sake as me!

    Diamond in the Rough
Anybody and their brother can start a podcast these days and they often do. But the results are not always as interesting or meaningful as their creators intend. Sake Revolution is far from such a haphazard venture. Timothy Sullivan, of Urban Sake.com and Hakkaisan brings the sake knowledge and expertise and John Puma, of the Sake Notes.com brings the enthusiasm and the color to this entertaining and informative partnership! Lots of conversations about sake can get bogged down in sake jargon and obscure technical terms, but Tim and John keep the conversation fresh, interesting, insightful and most of all, insightful. Recommended for sake newbies and connoisseurs alike!

    Calming presence for me
I listen to this to feel like I have company during this pandemic when we all are feeling a bit cabin fever-ish. Each episode is a delightful encounter about the Japanese national beverage, Sake. I love sake, and I love listening to this. Thank you!

    Mouth watering journey through sake
Recently found this podcast and love it - easy and informative listening about sake. The hosts describe their experiences traveling to various prefectures, breweries, izakayas etc in Japan, which has been lovely in these times. They taste 2 or so bottles an episode which always leaves me aching to drink whatever they are having. Eagerly awaiting every episode!

    What a delightful podcast!
I have recently begun listening to this podcast, which is so fun and informative. The hosts are charming even when they’re cheesy. Sake fans, no matter where you are on your sake journey, from beginner to otaku, you will learn something.
