ItsMeMichelleCastroHonest & VulnerableI love how you speak so openly, boldly, and honestly about sex & intimacy. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!
-
J CeciliaSex positive and faith positive!!I love that Hanna talks so openly about sex, pleasure, and ways to overcome pain in the bedroom without bashing church or religion at the same time! Looking forward to learning more and coming back week after week! Thank youuuu!
-
Mertle RollinsBrave, honest and fun!Hanna is so enjoyable to listen to! I did have several “say what?” moments while listening lol which shows how I am really not accustomed to this level of openness around sex from a Christian woman. I love her boldness, vulnerability and humor. I think this podcast is so needed and helps me and so many others think about and talk about things like sex, purity culture, and our bodies. Go give this podcast a listen!

Tay•lor Ma•rieShe’s breaking chains!!Hanna has torn walls down I thought I’d never get past. Purity culture, while well intended, has caused so much fear and tension in my life. My premarital counselor recommended her podcast and it was an INSTANT game changer. Thank you for saying what needs to be said, bringing warmth, welcomeness and making these topics acceptable in the Christian woman’s world, Hanna! 🫶🏼

beachy_galDisappointingAfter listening to a few episodes, good info on vaginismus but doesn’t seem to be a safe space. Lots of claims to be totally different and supportive but other than how you dress seems to be like every other harmful Christian group.

Katelyn WilhelmsenwowedHanna is a gem and I’m taking notes for when I start my own podcast! She is so friendly and relatable and I am so grateful for her openness because it’s given me so much insight into my own life from the very first episode. Her podcast was recommended from a friend and I would pass that recommendation on in a heartbeat 💛

chefjcsSuch a blessingHanna is a huge blessing in my life…even though I have never met her in person. I follow her on Instagram and her content has helped me so much with normalizing my feelings about sex and relationships. Purity culture negatively affected me more than I realized and Hanna has honestly been a huge part of helping me process all that.

ruby5740VulnerabilityFirst time listening to one of Hannas podcast and fell in love with it! I first found out about it on tiktok and finally had the chance to sit down and listen. The way she brings about vulnerability makes me feel so safe. Can’t wait to continue to listen and learn from a trust worth woman of God! ❤️🎉

Te$$@TEN STARSHanna’s wonderful words have been with me through my vaginismus journey and I cannot thank her enough for this podcast. I’ve been so encouraged to speak out about purity culture trauma and how it’s affected young girls. I feel better prepared for sex in marriage with the help of the Saywhat? podcast.
-
Jet ShadeWhat a reliefAs a newly-wed who grew up in the church, and purity culture (I was given a purity ring at 13 lol) this podcast has been a breath of fresh air. I wish I had found this podcast before I got married, but hey God’s timing is perfect. This podcast has made me feel like I am not alone, and I have learned so much. So thankful for this podcast!
-
SydneyGruwellListen!!This podcast is so great! Hannah is so real & vulnerable when it comes to sex and hard conversations. So thankful for someone who is sharing about these topics in such a genuine way! Make sure to listen, Hannah is the best!
-
momoflick21Worth a listen!Thank you for bringing attention to things that many people STILL don’t feel comfortable talking about. Love hearing someone young and energetic for a change!😂 If you grew up in purity culture, you’ve gotta listen to a few episodes at least!
-
krisaamberPodcast GOLD!Everyone needs this podcast in their life! Educational, fun and authentic! Hanna’s content changed my pelvic health outlook by helping me navigate all things vaginismus. A must listen!
-
HannamberliAuthentic and relatable and funHanna is such a wealth of knowledge and her honesty makes me feel like all of my lives experiences are valid and okay! Thank you for your vulnerability Hanna!
-
katie__anneSo helpful and honest!I thought I was alone regarding painful sex. Everyone I would talk to about it didn’t understand why I was going through it. Then one day, I think Hannah stumbled on my reels page on Instagram, then I found her podcast, and almost everything she talked about, I related to! After finding out about dilators (I NEVER heard of them!) and listening to the episodes about it..I decided to give it a try. It only really took a few months and I’m already taking huge leaps in the right direction towards pain free sex!! It’s not perfect, but definitely getting there. And I believe it’s all because of a lot of prayer, and Hannah. Thank you for being so vulnerable for us!! I don’t feel alone anymore. 🙂♥️

WartneyAmmmmazzzingChanged my life Hannah’s so relatable and down to earth Amazing That’s all Made me feel less alone

i hate microsoft word so muchHelped Me With So Much ShameAs someone who was taught to wait until marriage to have sex (and did), when I finally got married I had SO much shame about sex. I didn’t have a place to talk or learn about sex until this podcast. Now my sex life has NEVER been better!
-
k.heaterI recommend this podcast to all my friendsThis podcast is such a welcoming, beautiful and honest space that is so vulnerable but is exactly what we need to talk about. Hanna talks about so many topics that are so relatable and really help you feel like you aren’t alone. Thank you so much Hanna!! Keep doing what you are doing!! 👏🏼👏🏼

livjmlincredible!!hanna is raw & real & we need conversations like this out there! love her & love this podcast!!
-
lalydsterThis podcast is changing the cultural narrativeIt takes guts to talk about sex and the topics Hanna does especially within a Christian framework but she does so with honesty, wit, and grace. I am so appreciative of her being vulnerable and doing the hard work to change the cultural narrative on females, sex, pleasure, vaginismus, and so much more. Cannot recommend this podcast enough.
-
DanlovesthomasUhmazingPlain and simple, it is amazing.
-
kitkatkennaThe sex is greatShe gives such a comprehensive view on walking through painful sex. So much appreciated.
-
Summerannlove5 stars!Hanna is super open and vulnerable. She is able to connect with her listeners!
-
carissabluntBeautiful, raw, and hopeful.I grew up in purity culture. I had no idea how immensely it affected me until I could no longer handle any form of physical touch from my boyfriend (soon to be fiancé) without feeling dirty or sinful. Say What has opened my eyes to see that sexual desires and feelings are not evil in the least. It is what we choose to do with them and our sexual agency that matters. Thank you Hannah for this gift.
-
chloe shif.Amazing Podcast! This is by far my favorite podcast to listen to on the way to school. Could listen for hours!
-
SadieSue98So personable!I love how Hannah addresses the audience like friends, having an honest, open discussion about these issues that have been kept in the dark way too long! She is a good Christian woman who loves God and Jesus and is doing what she can to help women feel of Their love.
-
Kacface12So grateful! So grateful for Hannah‘s voice! As someone who has dealt with very similar things and couldn’t figure out why, this podcast is like having a conversation with a girlfriend who knows exactly what you’re going through!
-
abeeson5Amazing!As a Christian who saved herself for marriage, this is exactly what I needed to hear in my first year of marriage related to sex. No one is having these real, genuine conversations in the church and I have loved finding Hanna and a Christian perspective on sexuality within a marriage. When I listen to the podcast, I feel like I’m having a conversation with a best friend!
-
MRS61790I love this podcast! More, please!I just stumbled upon Hanna’s podcast because we podcast in the same lane and discuss similar topics, but with a different flavor. I love how colorful and vibrant her fun personality comes across in these conversations, and it makes these sometimes hard (pun intended) topics so fun to listen to. Keep speaking up, Hanna! I can’t wait to listen to more. - Morgan (Sanctuary Woman) 💜
-
MeghantschanzLove her authenticityI love the honesty that Hanna brings to the table. She’s talking about things so many others won’t 💕💕
-
bwestbrook21Authentic & fun!Love listening to say what? each week. I love seeing a younger generation long for more than what they’ve been given. And soooo much of what Hanna shares about is 100% relatable.
-
BKCloseHonest, genuine podcastI’ve listened to the podcast since the beginning and let me say, I love Say What! Hanna is such a genuine person and her ability to put herself out there and talk about hard things is amazing and needed. I love that the podcast talks about touchy/taboo things. Normalizing sex, openly discussing relationship struggles and talking to women about difficulties they are facing; this podcast truly has it all! 10000/10 would recommend!!
-
umbelleaBiblical truth, not church culture truthHanna brings the heat with every episode of Say What? She shares how Christians SHOULD view sex in light of what the Bible tells us...a GOOD thing!!! Just as much as she emphasizes that “Purity Culture” is a false narrative, she points out that we can’t throw out purity as a whole. She’s made me laugh, she’s made me cry, she’s made me take notes on what she has to say. If you’re a Christian woman who is fed up with men telling you how to view sex & your body, this podcast is for you!!!
-
natboesche10/10 Love this PodcastThis podcast makes me feel less alone, but more than that - it makes me feel seen and wanted. Hanna is so intentional with the words she says and her heart is truly as beautiful + genuine as she sounds in the podcast. I messaged her on Instagram at a low point and she’s continued to pray, check in, and love on me, even when things got better. Hanna is a genuinely beautiful human and I’m grateful this podcast led me to her. 💛
-
Bangs21DisappointedI really thought this show was going to change the narrative completely, but i was super disappointed that this was not truly sex positive.

Musiclover12345678901234567890I’m not sorry for how much I love this podcastI just started listening to say what a couple of weeks ago and I have loved it so far! Hanna is so relatable and talks about the topics that we all struggle with, but don’t always feel comfortable talking about. She is so real and listening feels like you are chatting with a friend. I can’t wait to listen and learn more.
-
papicholulaPhenomenal ShowI love listening to the Say What podcast and hearing what Hanna and her guests have to say about different things of life. I really appreciate that she makes conversations regarding difficult or touchy subjects approachable for everyone and especially that everyone has a voice on her show. Episode content is extremely relatable and is one of the reasons I keep coming back to listen week after week.

KatjarviSo real and relatableI’m not even sure how I stumbled upon this podcast but I’m so thankful I did! Hannah is so relatable and honest.
