Ninny BinnySayed EpisodesI went into this podcast hoping for a fresh perspective and thorough investigation, but unfortunately, disappointed. I struggled to make it through even a few episodes due to the lack of depth and clarity in the content. The most frustrating aspects was the absence of cited sources. The hosts frequently presented opinions as though they were established facts, without offering any evidence or explanation. For instance, they claimed that “Adnan called Patrick to see why Jay got arrested” — but was this verified, or merely speculation? Rather than diving deeper or offering new insights, the show often rehashed information we've already heard, without adding meaningful context or independent research. It left me questioning the credibility and purpose of the podcast as a whole.

ND58504And we are The ProsecutorsI’m a prosecutee! I love Brett and Alice. The discussion, the humor, the research, and the friendship. It’s all so good. I appreciate that they lay out all the evidence. It isn’t just assumed someone is guilty. They talk through it to see what can be proven.

LAH129419TY for the April 1st EpisodeI’ve been listening to you all for a couple years now- love the show and love the side bar commentary. I am a first time mom to a 5 week old little boy, and am currently in the thick of the ‘newborn trenches.’ The past few weeks I’ve been so overwhelmed, sleep deprived and if I’m being completely honest, mourning my former life of independence. While also having my heart nearly explode from all the love I have for this precious boy. All that being said your April 1st ‘a little less conversation’ was EXACTLY what I needed to hear yesterday- hearing how special parenthood is to you both had me tearing up (that and Brett talking about the Bluey episode!) My question is, what are your ‘must-have’ products or routines for surviving baby’s first year? -Lauren

Asabove…Love the American Movie refsIn the pronunciation of the word coven, hilarious
-
NdodoskendkskenenenneReally biased & uneducatedI was wondering why these lawyer’s takes seemed so wild until I did some research on the hosts and found out they can hardly be classified as “prosecutors”. Really bummed at the fake qualifications here

Heidi. SHere for itI’m only here for the 1 star reviews

Johnny J. RamboBiased, dishonest, crude, pompous and not credibleThe way these two “lawyers” explained the MA v K Read trial was so twisted and insulting. When they later plead for grace and stopped covering the trial… I find this unforgivable. I would never recommend this show. The Prosecutors deserve the punishment they’d like to impose on the presumed innocent.

TnordyThe best true crime podcast, period.I’ve listened to The Prosectors from day 1 and absolutely love this podcast. Their coverage of cases is thorough and educational. I come away from each episode gaining some sort of knowledge about the law and I just love that. Plus, Brett and Alice are good humans and the world needs a lot more of that. Please, please don’t quit after WM3!!!

Eskay1313Best True Crime PodcastThe Prosecutors are my hands down go to true crime podcast. Brett and Alice provide fact driven, intelligent and insightful analysis of even the most controversial cases. They really earned my utmost respect with their coverage of the Adnan Syed case and their skepticism and outrage over the way the State handled the overturning of his conviction, and all the legal wrangling that followed. They go beyond the headlines and do not care about taking the popular position. QUESTION: How has the common law developed differently because only defendants can appeal criminal convictions, while the prosecution cannot appeal not guilty verdicts?

carly2025Favorite podcast of all-timeBrett and Alice are the absolute BEST in true crime. I’ve learned so much from them. I’ve even gone back and re-listened to many of the episodes for a second time because they are so entertaining and enjoyable. Their personalities make me smile every time I listen. As soon as you start listening to The Prosecutors, you will understand why there are so many of us dedicated fans who adore Brett and Alice. Thank you Brett and Alice for all of the amazing work you put into all of your content for your listeners. You are truly the greatest around! My question: What is your all-time favorite episode artwork that Hannah Hill has done?
-
cherylhingletopExcellent!I’m so glad to have found this podcast. Very detailed and thorough. They actually changed my opinion on several cases.
-
frances876Republican drivelThese people are incredibly stupid I’m shocked they know how to turn on a mic
-
Mia’s ride 69Not impressed. These hosts are full of biased opinions. Hard pass.

ricmorgan81Great PodAs I make my through podcast, found yours. Really love the show! I always enjoy when casters take more than one episode to go through a case. Would love to hear you two do a few episodes on theLauren Agee case. That girl did not die accidentally! Would love to hear your takes on the depositions of the lead investigator and Sheriff, as the investigation in her death was pure incompetence!
-
boodabettyBoringI do not enjoy this podcast, I find it boring- so many other podcasts that are more engaging with more appealing hosts.
-
Hay2217Love the podcast!I love your podcast any input on cases. I’m really excited to hear your thoughts on wm3
-
melissa starkLove love love!I’m a fan of true crime podcasts, but I really appreciate the unbiased and thorough way you guys present! I love the linear, no nonsense approach and how actually being in the legal system add so much to the story and perspective and how things play out like in the OJ case and Adnan Syed!

TdsunshineWaste of my time.Ugh the man is insufferable. Couldn’t be bothered to learn his name. Talking highly of the detectives that grossly manipulated the West Memphis three boys into false confessions is just disgusting. Seems like a very MAGA podcast as well as overly opinionated.
-
Feliciamack2020Love this showI started listening to podcast for the first time and was striking out. I started listening to this one and I feel in love with both of you! It just seems like I’m listening to friends talk!
-
KimB80Very enjoyableI really enjoy everything about the Prosecutors. I was turned onto them by Jodi from Caught in my Web. I wish they had a less biased view of the Karen Read trial. It’s frustrating how they don’t look at the actual evidence. They are just pretty hung up on how they dislike Jackson and Iannetti. I thought they were so thorough and honest with the JonBenet Ramsey account, and many others. This one, though, they’re not honest. But I’m still listening, so that says something!
-
Leslie_A44Annoying and opinionated; not factualIt is annoying that you guys keep saying niece instead of cousin pertaining to the Adnan case. It’s her cousin. Not niece.
-
PodcastsandchihuahuasMAGAAs someone who believes that women have bodily autonomy, I can’t support this podcast.
-
MattZipDon’t support fascismBoth of these hosts are actively seeking to undermine democracy based on their perverse, extreme misunderstanding of law and their fundamental desire to hurt people who don’t look like them. Now running a typical right-wing grift by exploiting dead girls.
-
Jpalm222Fantastic! (and educational)I stumbled across this podcast during my search for truth after the hung jury in the Karen Read trial. As a legal professional of over 10 years, I learned SO MUCH from Brett & Alice. Something about their podcast left me 9 episodes deep into their analysis of the KR trial and I just couldn’t get enough. Pretty sure I have become a permanent listener. B&A: thank you for your continued work to not only review each case but to also lift the humanity bar. The big picture messaging is greatly appreciated by this listener!

Jules Soet KingCongrats on the new baby!Always 5 stars/ so knowledgeable!!!

tek305Great Podcast! You guys are awesome! I really enjoy this podcast and appreciate how hard they work to make this quality show.

chigurl03Case SuggestionHow do we give suggestions of cases to do for the show?
-
amandarcollins122Love themBest podcast ever. I’ve been listening since the beginning and love their Patreon. It’s so fun to watch their live episodes. They have so much knowledge and are able to digest cases for the public really well. And they always talk about things I wouldn’t put together myself. I’ve finally thought of my question. Do you talk true crime with your spouses or does it feel like work to talk about with them? Would they ever come on an episode?? Love you guys thanks for all your hard work!
-
advanced millennial ageParenting and friendsThinking of Adnan and the Memphis 3, can you give some parenting advice? What would you do as Jennifer’s mom? As the parent of a kid who is friends with Damian?
-
subplotterLiars, apparentlyI used to be a Patreon member and huge fan just yesterday. Then I found out who Brett Talley actually is. You wouldn’t be able to tell they are MAGA just from the podcast, or that they lie about their legal experience. So disappointing.
-
Beagles124Ruined me for all othersOnce you go TP you don’t go back! 😂 Alice and Brett are the best. Their knowledge and interpretation of cases is so impressive. Please do the 1998 murder of 13 year old Greg Witman by his 15 year old brother Zach Witman. My question is, what is the movie or show that is closest to being accurate of what it’s like being in court? Which movie/show is the most wildly inaccurate?
-
BeastyPapa!Your thoughtsNever seen Paradise lost, but I have seen Stranger Things and listening to your coverage of the West Memphis three there seems to be a lot of similarities between Eddie Munson and Damien Echols do you think they based his character on the West Memphis three incident at all? Just wondering what your thoughts are?
-
RumiBeari love my dogThese guys bring in anecdotes from all angles making a grim subject sometimes a little lighter and giving real life experiences to flesh out theories. I’ve really been enjoying their banter and story telling. The story about Brett’s dog biting a box delivered was great entertainment to me (while also proving his point). Thank you

Bird is the word 1256ThanksQuestion: What high profile trail that was lost by the prosecution or that hasn’t been to trail as of yet would you want to be lead prosecutor on? Also for those wondering if you should listen to Brett and Alice the answer is yes! I love the legal commentary mixed with random singing from Brett of Bluey. How did you not know Bingo! Keep making content it’s detailed, unbiased, and informative.

ritamaeartKerr McGeeThis same company had its presence in West Chicago IL back in the day. Thorium was the offending agent. The search terms if you are interested is thorium, West Chicago, Lindsey chemical, Kerr McGee. Town was a super fund clean up site.
-
JoeJitsu412Best True Crime PodcastThey go deep and introduce me to many new things from old cases. The one star reviews are people crying about Brett being Conservative. 😂
-
BlackRawbAdsEight straight mins of ads is certainly a choice.
-
EMJ_19Great Podcast! This is my new go-to true crime podcast. I love hearing the host’s measured, thoughtful and logical perspectives on various cases. Brett and Alice have great chemistry as well, and neither host dominates the conversation. I even listen to this podcast to help me fall asleep!
-
KAZ7885Lacking Objectivity and HumilityI stomached my reservations about their offensive politics long ago and continued listening. I hate cancel culture and believe that we can do better than dismissing others just because we don’t agree politically. While for years this was one of if not my favorite podcast, it has become too tiresome to bear. The Karen Read coverage was like a disorienting red flag to me- I wasn’t super invested in the case but totally disagreed with their takes. I stuck it out, though…but in the months since I’ve just found their shows boring, their opinions biased and their once charming sidebars have become such a substantial amount of content. It’s disappointing to have lost a once favorite podcast- but over the years I enjoyed it and learned a lot in the legal briefs eps. Wishing them the best!
-
CydVicious34Where Sanity Meets True CrimeAlice and Brett use all their law knowledge for good and I have yet to find a better podcast for evidence following and sensible commentary. I appreciate when they get emotional and fiery because I really see that they focus on the real true victims in every case. My Question: I'm sure you started the podcast for specific reasons 5 years ago. What is one unintended outcome or development you've experienced since then that you didn't foresee when you began this journey? Keep it up!
-
PamdemoneeumQuestion! After listening to the podcast for so long… I’d love to hear either or both of you in action in the court room. Do you know if any of your cases have had cameras in the courtroom and would be searchable?! Thank you for all you guys do!
-
JoyGPharmDGreat podcast!I love hearing perspectives from actual prosecutors. So many interesting cases! I especially love the personal commentary! Brett and your lovely co-host Alice, please keep the episodes coming!!
-
IHateNicknames!!!!!!!AddictiveI love Alice and Brett! They are so smart and witty. Their easy going logic as well as succinct way of explaining confusing legal issues make listening to them easy and informative. Their shows are the equivalent of going out to dinner with friends and getting sucked into a great conversation. Listen to both podcasts - you will not be disappointed. Question: you’ve made it to the end of your life and have arrived at the Pearly Gates: St. Peter says that before you enter he will give you the answer to one of life’s great mysteries. What are you asking him about? (Who killed JFK? What happened at the Dyatlov Pass? Who is the real Dan Cooper? Etc.)
-
chinawhite66The BestI love this podcast. I can see why it has won the CrimeCon award. It’s how I heard of them. Being actual prosecutors and also having such a great rapport makes this the podcast my favorite. I always learn something:)
-
Christine19Congratulations AliceSo happy you will be going on A&E episodes you deserve all of the success. Thank you both for the podcasts! We love hearing from Brett and Alice. Brett had a great voice
-
JayMoo00YESSSSI freakin’ love you guys! Preach! Go away Adnan!!
-
Elly TruLove Love LoveMy Favorite Podcast! Here’s my question: How did you each feel when “another podcast” made a whole series trying to discredit your Adan episodes? He attacked you each personally and professionally. I would love to learn how to deal with such adversity.
-
KAInnessI love you guys!I love episode 298! What is the one quality about yourself do you believe has led you to be so successful? Law school, career, pod cast, family!!! Do you sleep? 😂
