Diane VadnalThe Best Guests!I love this podcast! Each guest has such a unique perspective on design. They’ve given me inspiration for my own home and have even left me pondering design trends (why don’t we have more size-inclusive furniture again?). It’s a great mix of the best designers in their field and guests who will surprise you with their design innovation (HELLO, SETH ROGEN)! Cannot wait to see who will be on the podcast next.

kimca07UghThis podcast has gone thru multiple hosts and none have ever hit the mark. This new spin on being “rebellious” feels like a gimmick and I can’t bring myself to get thru one episode without turning it off.

DG774boringvery very boring

lvjaimesKatie SturinoThe Katie Sturino interview was so bad. She mentioned having Cheap rugs, equating Mackenzie Childs to Nancy Meyers, doesn’t like vintage. And I won’t even start on her attitude toward furniture not accommodating her size??? Like whaaaaat? I don’t understand why this was included considering all the other episodes have been wonderful and fun to listen to.

eggsandearsLove the new season of Design TimeJulie is such a natural host and has a voice that was born to podcast. Can’t wait to tune in each week and learn tips big and small on how to be a rebel. Also, really love the never have I ever series of end questions!

Nashville DecoratorJonathan Adler - so inspiring!Fresh and concise, and incredibly well articulated - in both the host’s questions and Jonathan Adler’s colorful, powerhouse, lovely responses! Made me sad to end my run cuz i wanted to listen to the next one!

dognamedbunnydecent content, poor audio qualityThe guests and content are fun, albeit predictable. A bit self indulgent. The interviewer could switch it up, ask questions with more depth— all the dialogues feel the same, very topical, formulaic. The audio quality on the intro is cringe-y, I’m not sure why this hasn’t been corrected? It’s tinny and sounds amateur. But, like I said, the guests are relevant and entertaining.

Gail M DavisInformative & FunSuch a great podcast!
-
jennette qMiss old hostAnd miss the good guests! I mean how many people have to just talk about house plants?

Rachel Gill DesignTHE BestMy favorite design podcast! Such a great mix of designer guests!

Listening on iPhoneIt’s fineI want to love this podcast but even when I’m excited about the guest it’s kind of boring. They never dive into anything deep enough. It’s not any fun. Maybe they’re just trying to be too sophisticated and serious. I know every guest isn’t going to be the same but even bloggers that I have followed for years aren’t fun because of the questions.

SLT_19AmazingI was searching for inspiration and found it in this podcast! The episode with Sophia Roe was so beautiful and inspiring I plan to re-listen to it multiple times. I found the new way to start my mornings in this podcast.
-
Chelton6Pretty great but much vocal fryI love the concept and hearing the different perspectives of each guest. It’s been kind of like a comfort food when I’m feeling stressed. I had to take off one star because the vocal fry is really distracting and a little grating. Every person from interviewer to interviewees does it.😬

hershlagBrings Magazine to LifeI am so glad I found this podcast! I’m already a huge Domino magazine fan. These podcasts are beautiful stand alone info bits, but are also amazing adjuncts to the articles (e.g. just saw Sweeten mentioned in the Renovations issue). My favorite part of this series is the Domino quick fire asked of all guests. Keep up the amazing content and guest count!

Katiefuller👏🏻Inspirational!👏🏻I love lovvee listening to all these amazing guests. Very interesting and I feel like I’m a sponge taking everything in. My only 2 comments (requests? lol) is longer episodes! I could listen all day. Also, there are so many designers/artists/historical events/brands that are mentioned and it’s hard to catch them just listening. Would be really helpful to have a guide of what artists/etc are mentioned in the description. Thank you domino!

Mim in OHMixedA design podcast that gives us a break from politics is such a wonderful mind candy right now. This seemed to start out strong but could be improved by discussion of design concepts to educate and inform the listener. At times it has devolved into repetition of “what are your favorite colors right now?” followed by “I love that” and other “what is your favorite ______?” questions. Listeners might welcome more substantial discussion of design concepts rather than hearing the color and restaurant preferences of interviewees.

SmarkoMonotone...I’ve loved the diverse selection of guests, but often I just can’t handle the monotone, scripted ads and questions by Jessica... I hate to say that because she is obviously smart and intuitive with her interviewing, but a little energy would take that up a notch!
-
hemmyreneeLove the diversityThank you for thoughtfully including intersectionality in your roster of guests. It means a lot to hear different design perspectives that are bolstered from each person’s lived experiences. It has inspired me so much on my own design journey. Diversity breeds creativity. This is my favorite podcast and I look forward to it each and every week!
-
paraparasailingSo soSuper interesting guests and great format and layout of the podcast, but the intros are a little too read-through scripted for me and the vibe is a little too stuffy.
-
Janice9520YesI’m inspired by real homes real design. It’s a matter of loving your home. Today’s guest from eye swoon shares the same excitement for nesting. The interview style has a great flow.
-
noemi kyleVery informativeI love listening to every episodes
-
foxbeinsocksSo great! It’s so hard to translate a visual medium to audio, and Jessica does it so well! So many good tips, and fun interviews
-
Messy HomeCookExcellentJessica Romm Perez's interviews are thoughtful, well-researchrd, interesting, informative and fun! I'm loving listening to this podcast with the brightest designers and can't wait for more.
-
Dafs321Pretty good, but...I understand that Jessica has her own merit, but I can’t help but notice that she asks the guest questions then proceeds to answer her own questions with her own opinions. A simple review of interviewing basics would be helpful. We all want to hear the guest talk, and adding to the guests answers devalues them and makes me cringe! Obviously amazing guests so I will keep listening.

fanofashleyI’m a fanI am a new subscriber and so far I have really enjoyed catching up on the episodes. One thing I love about this podcast is the tone. It’s very calming listening to. Great guests so far and the topics have been relatable and in touch with the current times.
-
humanofnyInterviewers voice is not energetic enoughI looked forward to this content. She’s a nice and smart person but her energy level and voice tone is so low and without energy that it takes away from enjoyment of the podcast.
-
LDenahanLOVE ❤️I was so excited to see a Domino podcast! I love the conversations Jessica is having with these designers - they are both inspiring and actionable. Can't wait to hear the next one!
-
Ann❤️homeSarah Sherman SamuelI loved the interview with Sarah and to learn that she lives in Grand Rapids, twenty minutes away! I am looking forward to googling more about her. Appreciated all her tips.

Shosh of Love Your RoomSo many nuggets of inspirationLoving this new podcast! As an interior designer, listening to these creative experts is so joyful! Thank you! 🌺
-
CleoAlexyYikesit's painfully self absorbed and perhaps unaware that it's only relevant to rich white people. Also they should probably consider hiring an editor to cut the fat and a sound engineer to do basic improvements- every "p" and "s" is pretty awful.
-
Magg HoakFINALLY!I’ve been searching for a podcast about current interior designers for awhile and this one is perfect. I listened to the first 4 episodes in one day and can’t wait to see who’s on next!
-
Franklin SuSuInteresting and InspiringLove listening to these ~ thoughtful and relatable interviews with a variety of designers. A peasant getaway.

KBR in AustinLoving these podcastsI’m absolutely loving Design Time with Jessica Romm Perez! So many fun & inspirational ideas, and everything feels so accessible. I can’t wait for the next episode. Love you Domino!
-
AlicePenelopeThanks Domino! The challenge with design podcasts is that there are none of the juicy visuals we’re so used to with Instagram, Pinterest, blogs, HGTV, etc., but this one makes up for that with inspiring questions from the host and thoughtful answers from the guests. Actually, just hearing people talk about design is a refreshing change from the barrage of aforementioned images, allowing me to envision my own ideas talked about during the interviews. Listening to it during a walk was particularly nice. I also appreciate that Romm seems truly excited about design like I am. My only complaint is that Domino didn’t start a podcast years ago! On the other hand, it’s just in time.
-

-
AmallroseInspiration for the common woman!Love this podcast. Brings design to life in a way that is accessible for a regular non-aesthetically gifted person. Makes you think about color, texture, and different materials in a whole new way. And gets the wheels turning of how to make the spaces we live in more meaningful and chic. Romm-Perez’s questions and dialogue make design and styling one’s space feel less intimidating and more achievable. Can’t wait to listen to more!
-
isabelvidaAccessible and inspiringThis podcast is wonderful! Jessica Romm Perez is so smart but sounds totally approachable. She asks questions that make design seem totally accessible. I just bought a house and don’t have a huge decorating budget, but after hearing these convos, that feels exciting and not intimidating. I love the idea of collecting and layering over time...I also appreciate her focus on bringing in young designers and lifting new kinds of people into the field... just what we need right now. Thank you!!

StokedliveFinally!Just what podcasts have been missing. It was so inspiring to hear Kelly Wearstler in this first episode, cannot wait for what’s to come. Domino is such a well known design brand, great concept and definitely fills a gap in the podcast arena.
-
apscaBright spot in the madnessSuch an enticing and interesting podcast which has left me tremendously inspired. I learned SO much from these masterful visionaries and still have so much more to learn. Feeling connected in one’s home is so paramount these days and I cannot wait to use some of their suggestions in my own home. Counting down until episode 2!!
