Braden and Co. do a great job of providing what they call a “no empty calories” coverage. They provide real in depth analysis and opinions as opposed to the “hot take” coverage that has taken over most of sport media. Give this pod a listen if you are a Titans fan, SEC fan, or just like football at all!

Braden is one of the best in the business. Always informed and level headed about the games. 440 Media has lots of other good podcasts too.

Braden has identified a hole in the media market and had filled it quite nicely. These episodes are short and filled with info. Give it a quick listen, get smart takes, and go on the the next thing. The next thing should be one of his other pod casts. Well done!

Love the short morning update. He claims to discuss all Nashville sports, but usually leaves Vanderbilt out of any discussion unless they played another SEC team he chooses to bring up. You can’t even tell me it’s cause they are bad...he’s been covering the Preds after each disappoint game. Oh and he likes to pretend that Knoxville is Nashville...major coverage of everything UT so that’s a plus if you’re a Vol.

As a person that recently started a podcast and lives in Nashville. This is an amazing listen. There is no screaming or yelling. Just fun information. It is a must listen everyday.

The 440 has been a great addition to my morning routine. All the headlines I need in 10 minutes. Then if I want more analysis I can choose one of the other great shows on the network. Plus it’s great to have Braden’s voice of reason back in the Nashville media landscape!

This is the first thing I listen to when I get in my car for the daily commute. Little bits of info about the teams I care about. If I listen to this and don’t get to the email newsletters or Twitter that day, I’d still have a decent idea of the sports news in the area. Great concept.

I love the format as it hits a time window that is not only digestible but leaves you wanting more. Forget about the “screaming Bayless” and “hot take Rome” styles, this show is a straight-forward view into what’s happening... and that is a great thing!
