    Shut up

Host talks way too much, cant even let listen one song
I love Hospital but the guests in episode 456 have no idea about to hold a podcast, I couldnt even listen to one song, they play music but they dont let the listener listen to it for like 1 minute….
  • Osakasky
    What Happened?!
All these complaints over the years about Tony talking too much yet all of you are OK with Degs just running off at the mouth non-stop? There is barely any music anymore, just some bloke trying food on DnB podcast??? I genuinely felt bad for Makoto on the last episode… not a very special “Special”.

    Episode 456
I have listened to the majority of these over the years. This Episode was one of my favorites! So Inspiring and Educational , especially learning about the equipment, early software, production techniques and how relationships were built! Thanks for the insight and memory trip. This Show is always entertaining and enlightening. We appreciate you both and all the Hospital Family!!!!

    Uninformed political opinions
Keep out of American politics if you aren’t informed. The police are not “torturing” black people. Look up the actual statistics about arrest numbers and uses of force across racial groups. Unsubscribed after years of listening.

    Yap yap yap
Keep yapping and twerking those jowls Tony, I LOVE IT. All the haters can go buy the music.

    Best DnB Podcast hands down
Although some people don’t seem to appreciate the DJ’s commentary, I have to say it’s quite refreshing these days to have it. If I wanted to just listen to music, I’d go to Soundcloud, Bandcamp, and elsewhere for that. Hearing the track names called out throughout the mix is great for those trainspotters out there. Tony’s sense of humor keeps me entertained throughout, and a lot of the shout-outs can be quite uplifting. Keep the music coming and the spirit behind the music scene flowing!

Love your podcast guys, great way to keep up with the latest dnb music out there and good guests also. One gripe is a little too much talking during some of the tracks but otherwise fantastic. Thanks

Second best drum and bass podcast!
Easily my second favourite Drum and Bass podcast after the Alpha Rhythm Podcast. The episodes that London Elektricity hosts are great, but the occasional guest host sometimes ruins the podcast for me. Some guests, like Bop, are amazing though! Truly a great podcast!

It's a stream...for the commentary and the music
With a name like Hospital, you know you're listening to most prolific UK jungle beats ever to hit the airwaves. The DJ is engaging in his streams and the tunes are rife with originality. Whiney is the best jock imo. A must subscribe no matter where you are.

Hospital's a legend in the scene and it's astounding to get to hear all these new tracks that a lot of us don't get exposed to around the world. (And no, Tony's talking isn't an issue. The upshot of having a podcast, is you get to do what you want. I enjoy the conversation he has, and I respect the fact he actually expresses his opinions instead of sitting quietly about them. There's a world outside of D&B and people ought to know that.)

    A favorite
I began listening to the Hospital Podcast in fall of 2011 while living in Minneapolis, USA and taking the bus to work at 6am in below zero (fahrenheit) winter weather. I used to blast Fred V & Grafix 'Basilisk' while running a mile to the bus stop in 7 minutes while fighting the wind/snow lol. Hospital is becoming more "commercial" I guess you could say, but Med School makes up for that. Oh well. Still appreciate everything Tony and the crew have done and love listening to the everchanging sounds.

    Awesome
Lol why are so many people mad he give good info about upcoming shows and everything

    Excellent & Unique Podcast
The music played on this podcast is excellent, and as a few others here have mentioned, the host talks quite a bit. I've been listening to this show since 2008, and Tony's talking bothered me at first. But since then, I've come to realize that beyond the occassional political ramble, his shout-outs, stories, and sheer enthusiasm for the music make the world of drum and bass feel like a close-knit family. There are plenty of media sources out there for finding drum and bass mixes, but this podcast gives beautiful music some refreshing life and context. One-of-a-kind podcast; would recommend to any drum and bass fan.

    Lose the politics
Used to love this podcast. Now I can't stand listening thanks to Tony's asinine political blabbering. Get a clue man, your country is becoming a hellhole because of brainwashed sheep like you. If you want to be political then have the balls to Invite an opposing view in for a debate or be quiet.

    Talk too much
Musical content is amazing when the guy isn't talking over the music every 5 seconds.

    Best D&B Podcast
This is my favorite D&B label, and the best chilled out D&B podcast out there. This podcast is great, been listening since the beginning, and still listening! Keep up the good work Hospital!!
  • ledz89
    Keep Talking
Yes Tony! Keep talking. I love to listen.. and believe it or not, some of us actually tune in for the banter as well as the music. It is a radio show after all. Exclusive new music, upcoming shows; everything Hospital. Keep talking all over brand new music to prevent radio ripping and protect your artists. If you like the music he showcases but don't like the talking, BUY IT.
  • jman531
please don't talk over the music you idiot
the music is soo good, and almost completely ruined by idiot talking why would you cut the song to insert your ugly voice???? whyyy!!
  • saturnsunrise
    one more chance
i got excited to listen to this podcast, then the MF started talking...and didn't stop. i'll give it one more listen and if he starts blabbering on about cough drops again I'm deleting this for good. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT TO BRITISH PEOPLE: nobody else likes your weird sense of humor!!!!! just stick to the music PLEASE.....
  • Hospital4life
Keep the talking. Keep the dnb blood!
The host "Tom" can talk all he wants to. That's the style of this podcast and the way dnb was meant to be.
  • R_Pieces
SWEET! But for the love of God, SHUT UP!
London Elektricity, I LOVE your music, LOVE your beats and style. Most of all, I can't believe you have a podcast that's so out of this world. I would have given you 5 stars if not for one thing: you interrupt the tracks at the most uncanny times! Please, please PLEASE: at least put in short breaks between each track if you feel so inclined to hear the sound of your own voice!!! To reiterate, your channel is the bomb; unique, fresh and mesmerizing beats from some of my favorite artists. And no podcast is complete without hearing what's going on with featured artists, but you go a little too far here. As all your fans are apparently saying here on iTunes, tune down the talking so we can turn up the volume!!
  • RIPROC1
    Oh my God shut up.
If you listen real closely, you can hear some sick d&b in the background in the rare instances when London Elektricity takes two seconds to breathe. But for the other 99% of the time, he seems to be actively trying to ruin the experience for everyone and completely overshadow all of the producers' hard work and talent by insisting to talk over every bit of musical content the podcast could otherwise be showcasing. Check out Drum&BassArena, Shogun, or Metalheadz to hear some actual tunes instead of Tony's vapid dialogues.

this is a label you know
Hospital Records is the name of a record label you know, it's not just the name of a radio show. You can't blame him [London Elektricity], as the label boss, for speaking on the podcast. at least he's sharing some of the Hospital (& Med School) sound with the public gratis. I don't mind. he's pretty amusing sometimes.
  • Dnb guy
    Less talk more tunes!
Don't need the comments but. I do enjoy the name o the song is mentioned .
  • JohnnyStrife
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE SHUT UP!
On three separate occasions I tried to listen to this. The songs are awesome. But the DJ simply will not stop talking. During the best parts of the song is when he starts talking the most, too. How anybody can listen to this is beyond me.

Hospital Records Podcast Is A Must Have For DnB Lovers!
This is in my opinion the best podcast for not just Drum & Bass, but all types of Dance. Thank you Tony Coleman for bringing us Hospital Records and all the beautiful tunes you have brought to the table. Epic podcast everytime! Everytime I DJ I play Hospital Records! Big Ups!! Sincerely, Drake J.

What's the pt of a mix
if there is THAT much talking? There are other podcasts w/ equally good tunes & waaay less chatter. 2 stars cuz it's dnb.
  • J-Nantz
    stop talking
Awesome tunes. Please stop talking over the music. I know its free, but come on.

    Dude shut the eff up!!!
Wow I'm sorry I can't listen to this pommies voice any more I'm 5 min in and I just can't... Deleting it now...
  • Stelliformdnb
    love it, banter and all
There are a few great DnB podcasts (Juno, DnBA, Random Movement) but this one is by far my favorite. Not much drum n bass happening here in the states so I'm grateful for the excellent selection of tracks Hospital provides, and I've actually grown quite fond of London Elek's banter. Big ups Hospital kru!
  • Michael Cardillo
    Too much talking
Maybe I've just listened to the wrong episodes, but this is literally a podcast of some dude promoting shows/tracks the entire time and talking over dnb tunes. I don't mind them trying to promote, such as Tiesto and AVB do, but those guys at least play just music for a while and promote for like a minute in between. Honestly, who the hell wants to listen to this guy ramble for an hour??

Champion sounds. Keep up the excellent work. Your team is Elite.

    Get your bass fix!
Big up to Tony and the hospital crew. I have discovered so much music through this podcast in the last year. Keep up the good work!
  • C.I.85
    Great tracks
I know he talks during all of the tracks to encourage buying them but that's not really necessary. If someone wants the track in their set they will buy it irregardless. Talking here and there is good but the whole episode is annoying and disrupts the flow of the music. Otherwise great music and a great label.

    Hospital Records gives the goods
I have listen to HRP since episode 90 or so, still new to it but there is no other podcast like this. Much love to Tony and the crew of HRP. Hi Bisky

    Insane!
I have listening to these podcasts for about a year now and they never fail. Tony Coleman is a legend. To prove how amazing this podcast is, I just threw a house party playing the whole special edition podcast from Australia and it was a massive success. (Guaranteed Va****)

    Stellar Sounds
Hands down the BEST music show out there. The Hospital crew are leading the contemporary music revolution. If any listener doesn't like Mr. Coleman's banter, then buy the CD, vinyl, or digital download of whatever artist you like. Don't be cheap. Spend your cash so the artists can make a living and make more great f'ing music for us to enjoy. Best regards, Mr. Orange Q-Dance. PLUR.
