A podcast for big thinkers with big goals, Laura reminds us and inspires us to know that not only do we belong in the C-suite, but that it needs us! Great guests, great topics, and a great host… this is a podcast to subscribe to and listen on the regular.

    Very Relatable
I really relate to Laura Eigel as an introverted leader and sharing the core value of advocacy. The diversity of her guests is great! I particularly enjoyed the interview with Amanda Knox about belonging and advocacy. While it looks very different in my life, her integration model resonated with me and needing a “hierarchy of priorities” spoke to me. I also am enjoying my first listen of Values First on Audible.

Bookmark it and thank me later!
Laura is a fantastic host! I marvel at how she can ‘read between the lines’ of what her guests are saying and put a question on the table that takes it three layers deeper than a listener would be expecting. I love her relentless pursuit of aligning her values with her work and encouraging the rest of us to do the same. This is a great listen — highly recommend!

    Values in Leadership
Laura discusses many things, and has a focus on gaining clarity and honoring your values in leadership and in your own career. This is such an important and relevant topic, especially for women, who often need to make important decisions that impact themselves, their families, their teams, their clients, and their companies.

    Your new boss up bestie!
As more women are pursuing their C-suite ambitions, there is a shortage of genuine support from other women who’ve been there & are willing to share their mindset strategies. Laura is the CEO whisperer who won’t let you struggle alone!
