Royals Weekly is informative, approachable and entertaining. Marcus and Mike know their stuff. Their love for the Kansas City Royals, the sport of baseball and each other shines through in every episode. Keep up the great work, fellas, and go Royals.

It’s great to follow along the season with mark and Mike. Two both very knowledgeable when it comes to baseball metrics. Give very detailed opinions on the game. Also, they dive into prospects both in minors and in the draft. It’s something I don’t do myself, so they give a run down for me! Also we love guest appearances from ALEX DUVALL.

The place to be for Royals seam-heads like me. Keep it up fellas!

Truly great Royals podcast. So much good insight and useful banter.

I’ve been listening to Royals Weekly for about 3 years now, and these guys give the absolute best Royals content. Great in depth analysis for both the minors leagues and the Royals, they keep things positive but realistic, and are super knowledgeable about all things Royals. They are the first thing I listen to every Monday and Thursday, I have their post notifications on for their Twitter account (not on threads yet, sorry Mike), and you can tell they work very hard to make this show a success. If you’re a Royals fan and not listening to Royals Weekly, you’re in the wrong!

As a west coast Royals fan I rely on Poscasts to get my Royals fix and this is the best Royals podcast out there. They provide insightful analysis but keep it light and entertaining (a real feat given how this season has gone). I look forward to every episode and have made it part of my Monday morning routine.

Excellent analysis and great guys! Provides a ray of sunshine in these dark dark days of Royals baseball or whatever you wanna call whatever is happening on the field.

As someone who lives far way from KC this podcast is a great way to keep up to date on the Royals.

The guys here do good work; they’re bright and funny, make good use of evidence, and they do manage to balance the light and the dark. It would be easy to just pile on to the current iteration of the Royals (as some others do), but these guys are honest without forgetting that we’re watching grown men play a game for entertainment. I appreciate the banter and the tone. Always glad to give it a listen.

This is something I keep refreshing my podcast app every day in hopes of a new episode. This is truly something that everyone should get into for a Royals fans and the commentary and everything that goes along with it from beginning to end is great thank you guys for what you do to provide for an amazing Fanbase.

I love this podcast! The Meade twins are fun to listen to, knowledgeable about everything Royals (even talking about minor league players), and obviously passionate about the team. Anyone who is looking to stay updated on everything Royals should go subscribe to this podcast. It’s entertaining to listen to them as well-with a delivery of great zingers and witty banter in between the baseball talk. Which is good for people like me who don’t know much about baseball. My favorite part of the podcast is the Just A Bit Outside segment! Go Royals! Ps, Mike is hot!

I had to find a podcast once the Royals left FS1. It’s hard to keep up with 162 game seasons when you can only watch the nationally televised games but these guys do a great job of adding the context you need when following box scores all season.

Fellow Bearcat, so it was cool to hear the guys are from my school! Keep a little of the getting to know you thing, we like to hear just a bit about you guys, but great analysis and I like to hear about my team in an unapologetically fashion. I’m interested to hear about updates on the young pitchers since I can’t keep up, so guys like Kowar, Lacey, ect. I’ve been listening for a while now, but keep up the minor league updates during the season and prospect outlook. Anyway keep it up. Aaron in Topeka

The 80s had Bob & Doug McKenzie. The 90s had Wayne & Garth. The 2020s have the Meade brothers…and we’re all fortunate to live in such a time as this! This podcast has been a great listen so far this season. I’m a lifelong Royals fan, but I’ve never been all that familiar with the intricacies of the game. Royals Weekly does an excellent job of breaking down the game, providing analysis that improves my understanding of baseball, and also keeping it light. I’m a big fan of the “just a bit outside” segment for that reason. Keep up the great work, fellas!

This podcast really keeps me informed and into Royals baseball, with my busy life I miss a lot of games, so listening to this podcast while driving to work brightens my day. You can tell these guys know what they are talking about, the stats they bring up always compliment their talk. Love this podcast, I recommend it to all Royals fans who are looking for a good recap/commentary podcast!

I don’t blame Royals Weekly for the recent 11 game losing streak. I blame them for making me so well informed and caring so much about the 11 game losing streak. Information that helps me love the game and the team even more.

I’ve been looking for a podcast that covers a wide range of Royals news. I live in Tampa so I don’t get much Royals coverage on TV or radio, I’m glad I found these guys to catch me up each week! I have a question for you guys to possibly discuss if you haven’t already. How much would you be willing to give up for a front of the rotation starter if it became apparent that we are going to make the playoffs this year? Also, how good of a pitcher would it take to give up Soler and/or Mondesi?

I grew up in KC, spent a lot of summer days at Kauffman. It got harder to follow the team closely as I kept moving, and I had been looking for a weekly podcast to keep up with the Royals remotely. I’m glad I found these guys - they are by FAR the best option. Clear, comprehensive, and right in the Goldilocks zone on level of detail. Highly highly recommend to all Royals fans.

Appreciate all of the analysis that some of us “box score lookers” don’t always understand or get to see. With all of your insight on the Royals and Mike’s close friendship with Tyreek Hill I don’t see how you don’t have a show on ESPN before years end.
